I looked for a shop for my daughter who is attending UC and I am in Louisville and found the Shop. I could not be more pleased with the service and my daughter was impressed by the friendliness of the owner/staff. Finding a trust worthy and solid mechanic is one of the most important things in moving to a new area. Having a go to place for my kids cars away from home is a god send. Thanks for easing my mind and doing great work.

Needed a brake repair on short notice, and Rick (the owner) was able to get my vehicle in the same day. By the time I had work the next day, my car was ready to go, with no attempted up charges or anything else of the sort; my brake was fixed and thats all I needed. Im glad I decided to call The Shop, and Id recommend them for anyone else in the UC area looking for auto repair.

Yesterday 4/29 I called The Shop and spoke to Rick I explained to him that my son was a freshman at UC and the battery died on his car, I let him know he had a reconditioned one but didnt know how to put it in and I asked if they could do it for him. Rick said yes and was so NICE! We are from Cleveland so I am not familiar with any auto places in Cinnci . My son was able to get his car towed there today and they put the battery in for him and he too said how nice the guy was :) Thank you ! I will definietly have my son take his car there if anything should happen while he is down there over the next 3 years!!. Karyn from Cleveland :)
