I had a wonderful experience . I was having a recall fixed and the vehicle looked over since I had just purchased it. Sequoia was very knowledgeable and told me almost to the minute how long the service would take. Btw the chairs are SUPER comfortable in the waiting area. I almost took a nap!

I had the differential oil (front and back) changed and a tire rotation on my Forester. I was told the work would take an hour and a half, and it was exactly that. Being on time with repairs helps with planning the rest of the day. Much appreciated.

I usually bMW’s ex 5 and now I went to Subaru Forrester touring which is a much better value the service is fantastic the people are friendly and very caring of your needs when I purchased my car from Peter the sales person he went over this car with me so thoroughly I was so happy and then they sent out another gentleman to teach me how to use everything in the car for an hour this is unheard of this dealership is very caring I would recommend this to anybody

Service Advisor Jacob Morris was knowledgeable and courteous about the recall service provided on my 2019 Legacy. I also asked him other questions about my car experience, and he provided good advise, and even cleaned one of my window tracks that contributed to the window regulator occasionally getting stuck. Additionally, during my service time, I had good discussions with Sales Consultant Rob Fredericks. He showed me good features on the new Legacy, whats changed since my 2019, etc. Hes the type of guy that keeps you interested in coming back. Good job by both guys.

Going beyond all expectations to appease your customer!!!!I brought my Outback in for my sixty thousand mile tune up this week. Evan was the service advisor that followed all the instructions for the repairs. He even found a couple other repairs that were needed. Sequoia was very friendly as she checked me in and gave me an estimated wait time. My car was ready to go within that time frame. I wrote a review on Subaru’s website and mentioned something I had noticed with the recall work I had done in addition to routine maintenance. Within an hour of posting, Aaron called me. He saw my comment and was concerned that something was not right. I went back to the service department and all was made right very quickly. Fast and easy, My service advisor, Tanner Vernon met me at the car and handled everything efficiently. I was in and out of the Service area in 30 minutes. Along with an oil change, lube and tire rotation, they ran my car through the car wash. I feel that it is the little things that separate a great dealership from a good dealership. Excellent experience with Ryan from Subaru of Kings Automall Service Center. We had an air bag light come on for our Subaru that Ryan informed us was associated with a recall from a year ago. Ryan was able to get is in on the next day and 2 hours later our car was fixed (and sparkly clean after a wash). Ryan was professional, courteous, and helpful through the whole process and did not try to tack on unnecessary recommended maintenance at the same time like other shops do. I will happily go back to Subaru of Kings Automall for future needs.

I pulled up to the service bay and was greeted by Ryan. I explained to him that I had left another dealer where I had an appointment but after an hour they still had not moved my car. Service at Kings Subaru was efficient. Ryan showed me to the waiting room. Watched the breaking news and had an awesome tasting glass of water - seriously great water. My service was complete within the hour and Ryan went over the service report with me. Very thorough.

We unknowingly drove from Colorado to Dayton with an oil leak due to bad oil change from Grease Monkey and needed to get it fixed before we drove back. We checked with the Dayton dealership and they couldnt get us in for a week. We then called Subaru Kings Automall and spoke with Art. He was able to get us in the next day as a walk-in and took care of me in under an hour! We were able to drive home with peace of mind due to Arts great customer service.

Ryan from the service team is ON IT. Before we even finished the paperwork my loaner was pulled around ready to go. He texted me all throughout the diagnostic process.. keeping me informed iof everything they did. Then when I went back to get it my car was ready to go all washed. Literally NO WAITING. Great service and great employees. I dealt with Tanner Vernon and he was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I left property in a loaner car and he tracked it down for me. Also, when I was reluctant to take the loaner car, he told me Subaru would prefer me to take a loaner car (until my part came in) rather than risk being stranded in my car. What a great policy!!

My car had a couple of recalls. The service department was very friendly when I called to schedule and again when I had to reschedule. The service advisor, Evan Rogers was very professional and friendly also. The waiting area was a comfortable setting and there are restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It was also nice that they wash your car for free.

Kings Subaru staff took my vehicle on a short notice over the weekend just before close time Saturday afternoon, just after my vehicle stalled on the freeway I-75. They weren’t able to diagnose, and fix the issue in such a short time, 25-35 minutes, but they got to it first thing on Monday morning. Meanwhile Evan the service advisor has provided me with a complimentary vehicle to go home with, out of state (Michigan).On Monday my vehicle was completed approximately around 11:00 am, and I had asked the staff if they would do oil change, and tire rotation. Without any hesitation, Jake swiftly took care of the paperwork and put my vehicle back into the shop for oil change, and tire rotation.If I lived in Metro Cincinnati area, I would be taking my vehicle to Kings Subaru, for as long as I owned a Subaru.

I brought my car in for an oil change. The service person (Tanner) was friendly and answered all my questions - he showed me a few things I did not know about my car. I was in and out within 30 minutes...record time - quick and efficient.Not related to my service - my only regret in purchasing my Subaru was that I did not buy it from KINGS Subaru but from a different Subaru dealership. I will never by another Subaru from anywhere else. Kings is the best. I have even called them for support on how to do something and they gladly have walked me through my issues and have even offered to call for the roadside assistance I have. KINGS goes above and beyond from a customer service standpoint.

We have always received first class treatment from this dealer! From purchasing the vehicles and all normal service appointments we have had. This last trip was to check out why the cabin lights all went out. The service person immediately took the care not the service bay and within ten minutes came out and told us a fuse had blown and she replaced the defective fuse..I asked for the invoice to pay and she told me there would be no charge. Total shock!! I thanked her and when we went to the car we found she had also had the car washed… This dealership has a customer for life.

Jacob Morris was my Service advisor yesterday when I took my Subaru in for Oil and Filter change plus tire rotation. Jacob explained what was to be done and that my car would be ready in about an hour or an hour and 15 minutes. I had a problem with the gas gage which provided an estimate of the number of miles remaining with the amount of gas still in the tank. Theresa, the welcoming tech, was very pleasant and had the service manager review the problem . The service advisor Tanner and the service tech (name unknown) discovered a very serious problem in the wheel assemblies for both rear tires. We had complained about wheel noise to other dealers in earlier visits, but only these folks at Kings Automall Subaru discovered and fixed the problem. We appreciate their help and being so careful as to discover this problem, avoiding a possible breakdown on some highway later on.
