Hit a curb and pulled the tire off, wasnt punctured so they filled it and every tire for free. Great service, would come back.

They had 4 Goodyear Endurance tires for our travel trailer, which we could not find anywhere else. Matt and Jerry were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the price and timing were right. Would go back for tires and services for our other vehicles.

We just moved to the Greater Cincinnati area and was looking for a mechanic. We visited Northgate Tire and was pleased with our first experience. So we went the second time to drop[ off my sons car. We dropped of Saturday and was told Monday I would get a call. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday afternoon at 5pm I called and the car hasnt even been moved and they never called. Other cars were ready to go and ours wasnt even looked at. Seems like they didnt want to warranty there work and call me back.

Recently got an alignment done and noticed they carelessly left the tie-rod boot twisted 2-3 full rotations. Thankfully I noticed it before long or it would have failed very prematurely resulting in having to remove the tie rod and needing another alignment.

I was hopeful for good customer service here, after reading the reviews, but that wasnt my experience. Called the day before for an appointment, because the radiator my body shop installed was acting up. Spoke to Jerry (quite friendly on the phone) and he said to bring it in the next day any time after 9.Brought in my car around 12:30-1pm, explain to the man at the desk who I was and that Jerry said to bring it in ANY TIME AFTER 9. Turns out Jerry is the man at the desk, and he grumbles, Well, I wanted you here in the morning. Before proceeding with the rest of the interaction.Just found it very weird and rude that someone would complain about my arrival time, even though he didnt give me a specific time, or even a window of time. Any time tomorrow after 9 isnt the same as any time tomorrow MORNING after 9. If its that important, why not say so, especially after I called asking for an available appointment?This interaction, combined with unmasked employees, was enough for me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, or maybe they were less concerned about me since my body shop was handling any possible fees. In any case, this isnt the shop for me.

Matt is the best manager out there. He goes to any length to please his customers. He is supported by a capable crew who do excellent tire and mechanical work. Give them all a raise especially Matt!

I dont know, my car has never been in? I cannot wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my car fixed. This is what I have been told the half dozen times Ive called for a quote! Great problem for them!

Ive been a customer at Northgate Tire for about 12 years and I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else, even after I moved across town 5 years ago. Matt and his team are the best and I trust them completely. I go there for routine oil changes and all necessary servicing. They communicate well and dont do anything that isnt necessary. They even let me know that I will need something serviced soon and give me a time frame to expect, that way I get the longest life out of everything and Im not surprised when things come up. I tell everyone to go to these guys, its well worth it every time!

Excellent place to get tires and service done on your car or truck. I take my Emergency Vehicles there for tires brakes and more and the work is always good and the service manager is always courteous and professional.

Went out of my way to come here for tires, this guy Matt has to be the arrogant adviser i have ever met. AND i was told a much lower price before i dropped them off. Only to find when ready to be picked up its a LOT money $$$, i should have just had them put my old tires back on. Would never recommend these guys....

Matt always gives top of the line best care around that there is . My dad owns his own body shop and all his customers go there for any tire or alignment issues ! They also have snacks / coffee and TV for the wait

Im a firm believer in first impressions and excellent customer service & I just called for a quote and although the pricing was decent... I will not call back or go there because the gentleman (Matt, I believe) didnt sound like he wanted my business & when I thanked him for my quote... He blatantly hung up without saying anything sincere.Thats a household of customers lost based on the lack of even good customer service... So sad

Towed my truck that broke down, they tried to see what was wrong and after troubleshooting, determined that the engine was shot. It’s an old truck with extreme high miles. I was sad but not surprised. The staff at Goodyear was very sympathetic, didn’t charge me and gave me time to figure out what to do with it.

Went there this morning for a high end used tire after being told by Firestone they didnt have it in stock- they even told me that I would need to replace all the tires because of my AWD- THe salesperson at Northdate Tire explained why that is wrong for GMs and had my replaced and back on the road with in 20 minutes (I was there at 7am so dont expect the 20 minute service everytime)- Anyway, very pleased with my first experience with them.
