I brought my RAM in for a warranty replacement of a defective touch screen. I was in and out in under an hour and the work was completed perfectly. I have been a customer of Kings Dodge for over seven years and my interactions with them have always been positive. Over the years I have found them to be very good people to deal with and I highly recommend them.
I get my Grand Cherokee serviced here. I schedule my oil change on line and wait for my car. They do a very good job and no upselling for services or parts I dont need. Fast and efficient. Recommend Caitlyn as service advisor.

Worst customer service ever!!! I dropped my van off overnight when it started acting up and the engine light came on. This morning they said they wouldnt be able to look at it for 2 weeks. Its still under warranty! This is absolutely the unacceptable!!! How can you not service vehicles in a timely manner?!!! I had to have my van towed to another mechanic!!! This is not the first car we have had from Kings Dodge, but this is the worst service. Its completely unacceptable!!! Wouldnt recommend them and wont purchase my next car from them if this is the way the service department functions!!
Great experience with kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. From the minute I pulled in Craig was there to greet me and he’s very knowledgeable and very professional. Everything was done quick and proper. I will continue to take my truck here in the future.
Matt has proven to be consistently helpful. Feb 2020 I purchase my 2014 Laramie Longhorn from a dealer in Indiana along with an extended warranty. I appreciate the job Matt has done capturing all the info related to the warranty in his process so as I dont need to remember where the heck I kept the paperwork or contact info for it. He promptly returns my calls answering my questions and keeps me in the loop on the progress of my vehicle fix providing expectations on timing. Good dude. Ive got him on speed dial as I appreciate his consistently good service.

I went to Kings Chrysler to get a second key fob for our van. When I called to check the process and see if they could fit me in, Craig Ditmer had me drive right over and ask for him. I was in and out in half the time quoted to me. Craig was very personable and helped me out in a time crunch! Will definitely call them in the future.
I had a great experience using the Jeep Service Department. Jeffrey Colyer greeted me immediately and we discussed what I needed done. He explained a deal to help cut the cost of getting multiple oil changes very clearly. The Service Department was very prompt especially for a Monday morning. The waiting area had comfortable chairs along with a tv for anyone to watch.
Chris Randall, the service manager and your amazing mechanic Jerry Wolf are more valuable to us than good surgeons. They have taken care of our cars for 26 years and been a Godsend, especially when it comes to honest care and excellent mechanical knowledge. Purchased new Ram truck, our sales person Tracie Owens was the best salesperson that we have had in our twenty plus years of purchasing vehicles. She did exactly what we requested and was very professional and knowledgeable during the whole process. Our only complaint was with the detailing of our new vehicle, they stepped all over our truck bed separator instead of storing it against the back wall. They half cleaned the vehicle to the point that we had to return to the dealer to get it cleaned again. Tracie gave specific details to what needed to be paid special attention too. The Detail shop neglected to follow her guidance. Once we picked it up the second time it still was not detailed properly. We were offered to bring it back a third time and we refused. If the job could not be done right the first time why would we consider having a vehicle detailed when they half do the job. This is not a reflection on Tracie because as stated earlier she was awesome.
I had the best experience I have ever had while shopping for a vehicle! Sean my salesman was awesome. It was great to deal with. Vic was also awesome he helped me pic out the warranty and what I needed for my new Jeep. Neither one was pushy and treated me great!
Wonderful customer service, great communication by Matt in the service dept. and I felt he/they valued the customer. I have been taking my vehicle to get serviced for over 5 years. I have felt informed but not pressured. Matt got me in and taken care of quickly and then out the door at the end of the day. Highly recommend.
I always take my Jeep Cherokee here anytime a problem pops up. I happened to get Craig Ditmer during my first visit a few years ago, and have asked for him specifically ever since. He is kind, professional, and super helpful. He takes his time explaining things to me, and I never feel like I am annoying him. He is honest with me, and never makes me feel pressured to buy/pay for a service. In fact, this most recent issue will cost me over $2000 to fix, but Craig immediately told me that it is not something I have to fix right now, and gave me peace of mind. I never feel spoken down to, which is something that unfortunately happens to many women when it comes to fixing cars. I could not recommend Craig enough! They also have a nice waiting room area, as well as transportation options if you need to get somewhere.
Youth baseball had done a number on my truck’s interior! To address the issue, I decided to replace my cloth with leather! Donny from the parts department was awesome, with his guidance the new interior is a perfect match and the truck now looks brand new! Additionally, the entire process was super quick and the quality of the finished product is nothing short of outstanding! And it was all done for a very reasonable price! I could not be happier!
Craig did a great job and kept us in the loop ! He dealt with situations as they arose.The issue was no car to use as a loaner apparently short with COVID. It took 4+ weeks first figuring out the warranty, then getting the part and finally getting the car back in the queue to have the transmission replaced.From a Jeep perspective I have been driving for 57 years and have had 35 cars over the years this was the first transmission I had to have replaced on a 2017 car with 65K miles. I hope they look into it further.
I took my 2018 Wrangler Unlimited in for a warranty item on the steering. The appointment was easy to make and the work was done promptly and to completion. Kent in service made the drop off easy. His efforts to make everything as easy and convenient for me went above and beyond what I expect, and I expect a lot.

Matt was GREAT! took jeep in for recall of powertrain. He was very accommodating and had no issue including an oil change, which was coming due, at the same time. Easy drop off and pick up.

Matt was my service consultant and he made sure I was taken care of. Calibrating the camera and proximity cruise control on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator after the wind shield was replaced proved to be a challenge due the the dealer installed lift and large tires. It took a couple of days to get it calibrated and Matt kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks Matt for the loaner Jeep and all of your assistance.

I went in to get a recall done on my 2008 Chrysler town and country. Craig Ditmer was my service advisor, and everything went smooth. He advised my what the recall was about and how the repairs would be handled. He gave me an approximate time the car would be done then directed my to the waiting area. The repairs took less time than estimated so I was on my way in better than expected time.
Craig Ditmer was great and kept me informed on the process. A part wasn’t in stock, which happens and this was an inconvenience but he provided a loaner and the car was done the next business day. Everything was done in a timely manner and I will definitely call Craig again when my Pacifica needs service.

Both Craigs were great. The gentleman checking in my car (Craig 1) for an oil change, noticed the tread on my tires was extremely worn, and I informed him that I was going to get them changed and he informed me of a sale that they had going on buy 3, get 1 free, which provided a nice savings. Craig Ditmer provided a loaner vehicle, because I asked that they do everything at once so I wouldnt have to come back a second time.I highly recommend Kings Jeep service Dept and the two Craigs.

I had my suspension looked at in Dec. The service department found my pinion seal was leaking. The seal had been replaced 4 mos. prior at another Chrysler dealership. The repair was warranted for 2 yrs. Kings refused to complete the warranty repair. According to Caitlyn, they are unable to see warrenty work done at another dealership. I called Chrysler. It was a lie.
The staff at Kings is always friendly and professional.
