We were told twice our car was ready when it wasn’t even safe to drive. They didn’t test drive it and sent us on our way. I was almost rear ended twice because it could barely turn BACK into the dealership parking lot. We’ve paid over $1000 for a car that’s not even in our possession. STILL waiting to hear something and they’ve had the car for four full days.**update. Finally got the car back after we had to tell them to test drive it (absolutely shouldn’t have to tell them to do that????) ran fine for one day and now the check engine light is back on. Called before they closed to see if we could drop it back off and apparently everyone had already gone home. This has been such a frustrating and unprofessional experience and it’s not even over yet. Just go somewhere else. It’s worth doing the extra research I wish I would’ve done before leaving my car here.

I didnt have an appointment, but I was in Montgomery. I stopped in they were able to take care of me with no issues. Got to talk to Gary for a few minutes also good times.

I bought a thermostat from there for my Chevy hhr which over heated. I had the engine rebuilt so they said they wouldnt even look at it!. They are utterly useless!Forget me ever comin there for jack again lol just WOW! Why do they even exist?! Mechanics there dont even know whats going on w there own cars!!! Dont waste your money or time!

I normally detest buying cars. As a woman, I feel awkward, uncomfortable and less than.None of that happened this time around! Jim Mohrfield, Joe Becker and their team showed outstanding service, witty conversation and were more than polite.I feel that they went out of their way to make my experience positive and memorable and they also earned a customer for life!Thanks guys!
