My sales rep was extremely helpful as we waited for my car to be delivered from the train that it sat on for 3 days. He constantly was giving me updates as it was moved around and eventually brought to the lot. He had called me prior to the car arriving and got all of the small paperwork done so as soon as the car would arrive we only had a few papers to sign and I would be driving off the lot. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful as they made the entire experience super great. They even helped knowing I was supposed to be at work at 3 told me to bring the car back the following Monday since they felt that my car hadnt been detailed enough but didnt want me to be extremely late to work. The entire team made me feel like I was really being thought about throught the entire experience!

Bought 2 cars here. Faith was my sales person. She found the car I went there for, got it off the showroom floor and we took it for a drive. Got back and before I hit the chair she had me financed. After a little negotiation we had settled on a price. Noticed there were a few issues that needed to be fixed to the car, they took care of it right away. Faith even delivered the car to me while I was at work. The experience was great!!! Thanks Faith.

The only complaint I have is I specifically asked for it for it by 2:30pm. The lady put on the ticket to be done by 1. However that did not happen I got it around 3:30. Every time Ive brought my truck there, its been a good experience and they have been done in the timely manner by the time I need it back. This is one time thing so I am still going to recommend and refer this service center.

Omg!!! My Jeep is everything & so is FAITH!!!! I told her I had to be at work & out of there by 2pm. She had everything ready upon my arrival. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. The Survey was great but the issue with my truck isnt. The torque converter issue needs to be corrected properly! Just changing the fluid will not be a permanent solution. I need to know what is and Chevrolet needs to fix as soon as possible. My vehicle only has 32,000 miles. So the people at Service and the mechanic were great,but i need my truck fixed....not for a band-aid to be put on it. Please inform me of a permanent resolution

I was quoted in person that a new programmed key would be $87. Then a week later the quote jumped to $217 due to adding a 1 hour labor fee. Google says programming a new key should only take 5-10 minutes.Next, I waited over an hour and finally asked how the work was going. It was done... they never came to let me know it was done. How long did it take to complete the work for $217? 10 minutes maybe?Big wait. Dishonest quote.

My sales rep was Faith. I told her I didn’t like buying cars at dealerships and that it takes hours and I didn’t want to spend time like that. She said she would not do that to me. I was only there a couple of hours and everything she promised me in the deal she took care of for me. Upon pulling into the service center I was met with pretty good customer service until I walked into the garage where I waited as if I didn’t exist. The woman who greeted me told me which person was free but when I walked down to their desk, they were not and gave me a very dry “someone will be with you” after waiting a few moments. I felt like I was interrupting the staff and felt very invisible and out of place. My car was done in a quick manner which I appreciated them for but the rude customer service happened again when I returned. No greeting. I stood there feeling very foolish as I watched a few reps talk amongst themselves as one of the women were apparently going on break and brushing her hair she told me someone wouldBe with me soon. I stood there very awkward watching not knowing who to go to for service. I wish there was another location to go to because I do not want to return here. Luckily this was my first oil change and was complimentary or I would’ve been way more upset to pay 100+ dollars for such terrible service. I didn’t think it would be hard to be treated as if I mattered but apparently it’s too much to ask.

I drive out of my way to receive this particular service and hence why I purchase all my vehicles from them. Rich Blank was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Talked easily about the difference between the differences in the models (Trailblazer RS v Trailblazer Activ). Finance department (I’m sorry but I think his name was Lewis, but forget) was equally friendly and helpful. Rich took time to show all the features and explain all of the experiences that I will receive and can expect from Chevrolet and Jake Sweeney Chevrolet in particular. Travis was great! Thank you Travis. However, it is truck month and you are suppose to get $1000 worth of accessories. We were charged $1495 of the steps. Also, once we got in finance we were hit with an addition $1500 for paint protection WHICH we did not discuss. I work at a dealership and I know how much paint protection cost. We should have walked at that point! Bad on us for not, bad on Jake Sweeney for sneaking that in.

I went in around 10:15am for oil change and check problem with slow leak in right rear tire. They changed the oil forgot to rotate and fix leak. I take some responsibility because I didn’t have wrench for security lugs. But I can’t believe how long it took than I had charge of $45 for tire repair totally I feel is out of line for tire repair. I left at around 1:45pm. I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership. It will be hard for me to come back after. Thanks. Bob Bond I don’t want anyone to get in trouble because of my comments.

I was told 3 weeks ago my new radio would be in and ready to install. I had to call Derrick myself, he has not reached out to check status. I had my oil changed, paid $120 for service and got my car back with low air in the tires and an alert my windshield washer fluid low. Maybe I am mistaken but oil change service includes checking air pressure in tires and fluid refills.

My salesman, Justin Gwinn (Jeep Tri-County (Cincinnati, OH) did a great job at making this experience painless. He met me in service and described to me what would be done along with the technician of fixing my door handle. Once the technician took my car away, Justin then provided me with a loaner for the day so I could still be mobile and handle my work obligations. He contacted me once my car was complete. When I arrived and dropped of the loaner vehicle, which was a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee (super nice!), my 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier was waiting for me with the key already in it. It was an easy exchange. Lending me the Jeep Grand Cherokee was a nice move because now I want one and will definitely be back in a couple years to get one. Justin did a great job and made the process seamless.

I was a little bummed to have not heard from anyone while my car was getting serviced but when I called in, I was told my car was ready to go. They fixed it within 4 days and were extremely flexible with me. I told them I needed my car and Stephen Vogt took initiative to go ahead and order the parts ahead of time so I wasn’t without my car for long. He has amazing customer service and was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this body shop.

Even though I always end up coming back 2 or 3 times each time I have an appointment, I get excellent service while Im there. This time was no exception. I approved service through text message, but the techs didnt get the message until I was already gone. Tiffany called and said I could come back to have the filter installed. After coming back the tech apologized for not seeing the message and installed the filter in the check in area so I didnt have to wait. Unfortunately, he forgot to reconnect a sensor and when I got home, the car wouldnt shut the fan off. So a third trip back and the foreman took a quick look, connected the sensor, made sure everything else was in place and I was on my way again. Everyone is always friendly and service is pretty quick.

The staff Derrick McWilliams was very pleasant and he greeted me with a smile. It is a nice feature to have work stations, Wi-Fi and charging stations so I could work from home while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. Your staff seem well bonded and display appropriate office conversation. All of my vehicles have been purchased and serviced at Jake.My greatest concern is that it usually takes 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation .

I came in without an appointment immediately after a road crisis of loosing all my motor water. Before getting to you, I had turned into a shell station to stop the car. To my surprise it had dexwater. I filled the car container and headed for you. Upon my arrival, I found the car container only had a1/3rd full. I was able to know what was needed before I left the car. I am impressed you had time for me.

I took my 2014 Malibu in for service and they charged nearly $1000.00 for the repair and the warning lights appeared again three days later. I took it in a second time and they told me they couldnt fix it, that GM no longer had parts for my car. The rep suggested I go to a junk yard and try to find the parts and have some other mechanic fix it. I must say I have purchased 5 cars from Jake Sweeney and never thought they would treat me like this. The problem is an air bag warning light and that is a safety issue. I feel at the very least I should get a refund if they cant fix my car. Its a 2014, which isnt a really old model. I was in the market to buy a news car within the next few months . I have always purchased GM Vehicles for myself and my business vehicles, but am having serious second thoughts about Jake Sweeney and GM as well.

Car engine light was on brought here for service. The car was here for three weeks. I called about updates on the car and the Sam (female) the rep that was working with me gave me the run around each and every time. Finally after three weeks of no car they called to a say it was fixed. I came to pick it up and and less than an hour the engine light was back on. I came back the same day and they said it was something that they did not fixed how ever the problem they said was already listed on the paper work as fixed. Once again on July 12 2021 I am here again being given the run around the engine light is back on. And I am supposed to have a new engine? The customers service sucks here. I will change my review once they have fixed my car but until then. I also asked for a corporate office number but they referenced me somewhere else.

We had spoken to Steven earlier that day and explained that we couldnt come in until late in the day to discuss our purchase, due to work schedules. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Faith Burton sold my brother a car and lied about the full amount and monthly payment amount. This place is great if you’re looking to get ripped off, and lied to about everything when it comes to price. Additionally, they will give you someone else’s paperwork (with all their information) and claim it was a mistake. Also the 3 day void is a lie and they won’t take responsibility for their own actions. I would rather buy a car at a buy here pay here. We will be contacting BBB and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible from this corrupt place.

Terrible service. Temporary tags expired on new leased vehicle, reached out to salesman to figure out where my new tags/plates are, no email or phone call for 5 days. Once he finally got back, he said they were on their way and should be here on the following Thursday. Two days later, he figured out there was an issue with a payment. We fixed that issue and he said they would be send out to me. Over fourteen days later and still no tags/plates. During this process, I received no phone calls, only emails that were always delayed. During the 5 day period of no contact, I tried to ask for the manager, they said he would not be able to help and didnt transfer me. I tried to email the sales manager, no contact from him as well. Never will come back to this trash place again.

It has been driven very little I have insurance that cost about 2000.My car leaked all the antifreeze I was told that it would take a little more than a thousand dollars. I am a senior on limited income. My car is now parked I dont have the funds to repair. So what is the use of getting extra coverage on a fairly new car?

*RADIO WAS WORKING BEFORE SERVICE, HAS NOT SENSE*My 2015 Chevy suburban was delaying during ignition/starting. I had PLENTY OF BATTERIE POWER but car would delay then start, leading me and other more mechanical friends to lean towards a bad STARTER, I also had 4 open recalls.The truck was towed to Jake Sweeney service department.I was contacted and told the battery was the first issue and then they could determine if the starter was the issue. I questioned that being I was certain the battery had plenty power and had been starting the car with a delay. I spoke with the tech and asked why he deemed the battery bad, he responded low cracking amps, I then asked did he attempt to charge the battery or attempt to start truck with a jump box as this deeper diagnostic would help determine and save on my cost. I was told no, but was still asked to buy a battery. I decided to have my truck towed to another dealership.The other dealership stated the starter was bad.I had the car repaired and recalls performed.When I picked my truck up the radio wasn’t working, I questioned the dealership tech and was told the car arrived this way from Jake Sweeney.I payed Jake Sweeney around $150 for diagnostic and NOW MY AUDIO DOESNT WORK!!!I’ve called and had no response. Not COOL!!!I previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, welllllll why did I return!Please do better!

08/31/21. Jake Sweeney Service is a joke. I bought some New Brakes and Rotors for almost $2,000. That come with 12,000mile/12month warranty. Couple months later I’m having issues, I call in for a service. I get there, they diagnose the car and tell me the issue is from my rotors basically. I tell them I have the warranty, I just came in not to long ago. The service manager tell me they declining my warranty because of the performance of how I drive my car?! What sense does that make? It haven’t been 12 months or 12,000 miles. Never spend money there. Chris Owens is not a good Service manager.

The service department did a great job with our installation however the sales department was unresponsive and unprofessional in the handling of our account. Running boards to be installed by the dealer were part of our sales contract. We purchased the car on 6/2. As part of the sale we were told we had to work through our sales representative to schedule the install. He told me 8 times they were on backorder and that he was not able to provide any date as to when they would be available. When I pushed for more information I was elevated to the Sales Manager who actually looked into the order and found out the running boards had been in your possession for 3 months as they were delivered to your parts department on 6/3. This means they were in stock every time I called and not on back order at all but Cleveland was not willing to take the time to look into our order and get accurate information or elevate the request to someone that could help sooner. The sales person was more than happy to make a hefty commission off the Tahoe we purchased but unwilling to do any of the follow up work that was necessary as part of the sales contract. I would not recommend anyone to deal with your dealership as you only care about the initial sale and not customer satisfaction.

Worst almost car buying experience ever! Called in to discuss purchasing a 2021 Trail Boss Custom and was told a price - planned on normal tax, title and fees. Upon arriving the sales rep took my jeep for a drive and came back with a decent trade in value and then we sat down to discuss numbers on the truck. I was comfortable with MSRP given market we are in - However, Jake Sweeny felt the need to add a $2,500 Covid market fee given environment we are in. I felt that was unprofessional as business to take advantage of the situation. I was told good luck that I wouldnt find a better deal or dealership that wouldnt be adding these expenses on. In 3 short days I found a dealership that sold me a 2021 Trail Boss LT decked out leather seats / 6.2 engine etc. for less than what Sweeny wanted to sale the stripped down Custom for. Hate to leave a bad review but they did the same thing to my sister at Jake Sweeny of Kia.

Over the last 30 plus years and 6 kids, I have purchased several new and used vehicles. I have typically used a Chevy/ Auto Mall near my house but have not been pleased with them on the last couple, so I decided to try a different dealership and I am so glad I did. From the very first contact I had with Chad Lingenfelter. I was very happy with his approach on selling. He as very relaxed and understanding of what I was looking for in the purchase of a new truck. Although he was not 100% up to feeling great (allergies) he did a great job. My total time at the dealership was 3 hours.. that is a new record. I have already had conversations with many friends and people who have just commented on liking the truck about going to see Chad.I have to say, one of the top reasons I think I enjoyed my experience so much was the no BS from anyone. Chad and the finance guy were straight forward and honest. I will absolutely be back for our next purchase.

Robert Davis is the BEST!!!! I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone was so nice even the financial man whos name i can not remember sorry.. Everything about my visit from start to finish was amazing. They were all so nice and respectful even treated my children the same. AMAZING TEAM!!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Washington. The entire experience was smooth and no pressure. Thanks for working with me and GL in all you do. (UPDATE) The AC that was supposedly fixed, wasnt. 3 days after purchase I contacted the salesman and no offer to repair. I know I purchased ASIS but, this was an item I mentioned prior to finalizing the deal. I was told it was repaired... I believe this should be on Jake Sweeney to fix. I currently have an appointment to have my mechanic to check... Hopefully not the evaporator (very expensive to repair)!

Absolutely don’t recommend going here. The workers are absolutely ridiculous. The one sat on his phone for 10 minutes playing on Facebook while I stood there. Then I had one doing at least 50 around the corner and almost hit me. Mind you I’m pregnant. And then I go to pick up my car and the lady gets rude and tells me I need to call in advance so it’s going to take 30 minutes just to print off the paperwork. I didn’t even get any work done on my car and I will never go back to them and I will always advise people not to go to them either.

Yesterday, the service department took me in on a same day call and gave my car a complete inspection. I thought I had run over a rock and damaged something. I was relieved. Also, I was offered a fast charge for my Chevy Bolt.

Didnt have to wait long time for oil change and service check. The time they said was pretty accurate. He explained issues I was concerned with to me. After I got home read notes they marked that needed attention. Wished they had brought it to my attention before I left shop. Overall my experience was okay.

I went here to look for a car. I told the sales guy what I wanted. He showed me a few cars. An old Saturn, Ford Focus and an Audi. All of these cars looked old! I told him that I wasn’t looking for anything like that. I needed a good reliable car. He tried to play off my I’m in an need of a car and just give me whatever. So after I told him those weren’t the cars I wanted he replied and said well how you gonna be picky like you said you need a car. He never even ran my credit or anything. I left and went to kings and got a brand new Camry. I didn’t get his name but he was short, brown skinned and had a ton of acne. So rude.

I do have to say, I was happy from beginning to end. This was my first time in a Chevy dealership. And guess how I got there as I did not have a ride there?. My salesperson Brad came and got me, yes you heard me right with the virus and all it was a random act of kindness. Also I am a senior and not good with electronics Brad was very patient with me showing me more than once how everything worked, he even helped me with the music part as I had no idea how to work it. I was used to a c.d. player. If you are like me and a senior and not the best at electronics ask for Brad, you wont be disappointed you will feel comfortable with him. He did not pressure me in any way and always showed me options. Now a Chevy buyer for life.
