The Manager Scott is his so kind. So helpful. Truly unreal. He took great care of me and thats not always easy to find. If you want good service from a great man come here and ask for Scott. You wont be disappointed!

I needed my battery replaced and wasn’t able to get in to any other shop, after calling multiple places. Scott and Mike were responsive over the phone and able to get me and and repaired in the same day. I compared prices online and the fee was reasonable and fair for the service.

Great service!!! I little over price for 2005 nissan altima (Fuel pump). The fuel pump was 501.00. Found on Amazon for 41.50. I understand they need to make money. You could charge me 2 hours labor instead of 1

Went in with a flat. A screw punctured my tire at an angle. Needed a new tire. They didnt have my tire, but helped put my spare on & didnt charge me a dime. The tech & manager with the shaved head & beard were extremely professional and made the whole experience go by nicely! Thanks gentleman...

Got me in and out fast. Everyone was very nice. Only complaint was on the way out saw a sign for free AAA with purchase over a certain amount. I was not offerred the AAA.

I walked in with no appointment scott who is the manager hooked me right up..He is very very nice and the work only took an hour..Its a very clean business with very hard working men..thank you scott..

Do not go here. They did a simple tire rotation and didnt put my hub cap back on and it fell off while I was driving. Thats really dangerous and if it wouldve hit something else I couldve gotten in trouble. They also werent ready for my appointment and the mechanic who did my tires tried to lie and say I need new back tires WHEN I JUST GOT THEM.

Joy, Cole and Joe were a Godsend!! My mother and I needed some emergency work done on her vehicle while passing through town and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road safely and quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend the stand up work and impeccable customer service at this establishment. 10 Stars.

So same as the other guy who commented. If you own a Honda don’t take your car here. They will mess with the cars tires sensors. How do I know? I got a flat from work construction on Harrison ave and should have been notified by my car. Pretty sure someone should sue these guys.

Thank you Paul & Anthony! Hands down best service I have ever received. My wife got a flat picking up our kids from daycare down the street. I was able to get a ride to her and put the spare on. It was 5:50 PM and I called and spoke to Paul and he said bring it in. Anthony patched the tire and they had me on my way by 6:15. They closed at 6 and didnt have to help me but they did. I asked how much and Paul said no cost thats what we are here for and thats what we do. I was able to get our kids and safely drive home. I have been coming to this location for the last year and bought the tires here as well. I can tell you that I will never take my vehicle anywhere again other then here because of their simple selfless act of kindness. I only hope that one day I can return the kindness.

Fantastic service. Some was making a sound, I had lost 2 caliper bolts. I bought for less than $10 down the street they put them in no charge. Ill go back

Great customer service polite friendly

Took a 2016 honda civic there 4 months ago and spent almost $1000 on new tires and balancing. Not only did nobody call me when it was done so the car sat in the lot all day after it was finished, 4 months later my car is out of alignment again. Called them and someone said they couldnt warranty that because its 1 month out of the warranty period.... and I would have to pay for another alignment ($90 again). Its a joke. Go to Brogen and Folz Firestone on bridgetown road. 100% more professional and understanding there.Edit 11/20/20- Today the manager of the shop called me and simply told me that there was nothing they could do and that a pothole is to blame for the alignment. She stated that thats the reason there are more costly upgraded alignment packages to purchase and left it at that. Even more money. She was respectful but unfortunately I will not return.

Bought my tires here for the warranty and have had to bring my car back the day after a tire rotation twice. Once because they said the balanced the tires, only for my car to rattle and vibrate horribly the following day due to being unbalanced. Yes, the warranty covers many things, but it’s not worth the wait and hassle.

I booked the appt for my tire check thru AAA. Quick check, found nail in tire, repaired free of charge bc I bought tires there.

Updated. I sent my wife in for 4 new tires and they told her she needed back brakes for a price of $1,100. I had the brakes replaced yesterday and theyre brand new. The car didnt need anything extra and they were trying to take advantage of a young lady. Do not get taken by these people! Avoid!

The worst service I ever had in 42 years.. I sent my car there because AAA said I would get a great discount and they would be great! Jokes on me had my car for days to tell me it would be ready on friday but Friday turned in to Tues.. Then they tell me one price but went to get car and its another.. I feel like it was a race issue or sex because the phone convo was mean and snappy too. I wont ever go there again and AAA will here about this in the morning

Thank you for your time in fixing my tires yesterday. I came in a little before 5:00, asked if they had a AAA discount and they took my car immediately. I had been having a slow leak in my rear tire. They came back to tell me that there was a piece of metal in a front tire and that 3 of my tires needed to be sealed. In less than an hour, all was complete and I was on my way, with my tire light off again. When I asked how much I owed, he told me no charge. If I am ever in need of tires or repair, I will be back.

They took my moms 97 Honda accord in for a diagnostic check and said it needs a new radiator. She had them do the job and drove the car on short trips. Well it started over heating. I took a look at it and had to put a new thermostat in it. When doing the repair there was no water or antifreeze spilling out from where I removed and replaced the thermostat. When I finished I had the motor running and had to add a gallon and half of distilled water to the radiator. Now the car is running like it should and no over heating. Was there an actual mechanic that did the work on replacing the radiator? For what my mom was charged, what was close to a mortgage payment that is horrible. They did not finish the job the right way and wanted to push it out the door to make a few bucks. You should check your work and have another check your work as well from now on that way you will keep the business going!

Avoid these people, they overcharge their customers for simple repairs. Needed a T-fitting coolant hose installed and wanted to charge me $60 for diagnostic and an addittional $560 for installation. Refused the service. Bought the part for $62 and had it installed for $56, you do the math. As a AAA member I am disappointed with the service. Price gouging hard working people. Will not be going back.

I came here needing a tire mounted even know they were very busy he mounted and balanced the tire in 10 minutes and free of charge. I would recommend coming here for all tire services and needs

Charged me over 1000.00 to repair my truck and it was not fixed correctly!I am a member of the auto club and very disappointed with their service.Asked them to fix it correctly and wanted to charge me more money!

I have recently been back here. The manager has changed and the new one is sarcastic, unfriendly and generally not good to deal with. I would highly recommend you choose a different location.Old Review: The manager and employees here have always been very helpful with both my full size jobs and lawn and garden needs. They give me fair prices and treated me very well. I am on my way to have my 4th set of car tires installed by them.

These guys are very condescending and they will overcharge you. I called about a diagnostic service and heard one thing on the phone, got a COMPLETELY different story when I walked in and they didnt seem to care either. This place sucks.

Person I dealt with (S Schatzman) was very condescending. Was not happy that I only wanted one tire. Didnt have an oil problem until after they changed my oil..Not Happy.

Their “lowest price out the door guarantee” is in fact no guarantee.I offered them an opportunity to match Discount Tire (another national retailer) local competitor as they require. They won’t match the price, which is fine. But they were rude about it claiming I was getting 2nd rate tires and snarked with the comment of “good luck” on my way out the door. You don’t get 2nd rate tires from national retailers with lifetime coverage on the tires, period. Also every online retailer beat them by $100+ per tire (Discount Tire beat them by $100/tire)Was in the market for new tires on both of my vehicles, so they were going to earn my business as my go-to auto service retailer. But after dealing with a manager (seemed like the manager) who was trying to shun me for going with the ACTUAL best price out the door, not a chance I’ll go there or ever send people their way again. (Sent a co-worker when I saw their Buy 2 Get 2 Coopers deal and he got them)Needless to say, there is in fact no lowest price guarantee, don’t buy it. They’ll match only if they can still make enough commission off of you. I’ve been a TireDiscounters guy for years, but I’m also a tight wad so I shop around for the best deal before I get service done, pretty much always end up at TD once you throw in alignment and lifetime coverage. Discount Tire finally beat them and they were really friendly.I really didn’t mind that Bob Sumerel couldn’t match the price as I already scheduled with Discount Tire, but the fact that the manager tried to shun me for making a smarter purchase just wasn’t neccessary and showed me he was angry I wasn’t putting money in his pocket. Just my experience.

They do a great job. AAA members get a discount, but ask about any other discounts; they have relationships with many local and regional employers.

Wanted to leave a review of a bad experience i had about 2 or 3 years ago when this location opened. I bought 4 tires and agreed to purchase a set of cooper tires. After i got the truck back the tires were not cooper tires and not made by cooper tire. The saleman said they are made by cooper tire. I called the manufacuture (starfire)and they said they are not affiliated with cooper tire. so they pulled a bait and switch on me. On top of that, the Alignment tech aligned my front wheels but left the steering wheel tilted to the left by about 15 degrees. management told me its normal. It is not normal. Im a mechanic of 20 years. my truck went in with a straight wheel came out crooked. New vehicles do not come with crooked steering wheels. They refused to correct it. Do not use this location.
