Professional and well streamlined serviced. I usually get my tires rotated and oil changed. Its generally about and hour if I wait. There is usually plenty of seating, a good wifi network, and a coffee/espresso machine to enjoy while I wait.

Very nice experience. Amber was extremely pleasant, politely informed me as to when she could service my vehicle. I detailed my suggestions about where and what my issues may be.She said she would call me, she did. I was very happy with the explanations of the work that was performed and the total of the bill.I will take my GMC Sonoma back to Borcherding Buick GMC to have it serviced in the future. A diagnostic from another party had told me that I needed an emissions valve replaced, but luckily Daniel and the crew were able to identify that the real problem was a mouse had eaten through the wire connection! Didnt have to replace that part, saving me some money! Thanks for doing your own inspection!

This company has had possession of my parents vehicle for 2 weeks. We have tried multiple times to get a hold of a manager at their service department and they are refusing to return our calls. Horrible experience so far and we dont even know if its covered under the $2000 warranty that was purchased. This is not how you treat your customers let alone a senior who has been without their vehicle for 2 weeks. The service department is really lacking and it starts with their manager.

I had an amazing experience at Borcherding! Junior Barrett was my mechanic and he was very friendly and explained exactly what he needed to do to fix my car. As well the people in the front were very personable and answered all the questions I had. The facility was clean and there was little wait time. Thank you for the quick service and I will definitely continue taking my car to Borcherding for maintenance work.

Hands down the best service I’ve had anywhere! Case was super helpful and accommodating and was able to get my car right back in when the check engine light came back on. Got my car back within the week with a new turbo in it! Amazing!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Borcherding. The salesman, Jay, was incredibly helpful and low pressure. He seemed genuinely concerned with finding the right vehicle to fit our family. He wrote down what we were looking for in terms of price and features and worked patiently with us to find the car that was the right fit. We both get frustrated with high pressure salespeople so Jays approach was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend!

I was sent a recall notice from GMC. I contacted Borcherding for the repair. From the first phone call until the job was complete I experienced nothing but professional service. I added an oil change and a tire rotation, along with the recall, for this service call. Their service was right inline with what was communicated to me. Great experience with this service team.

Arrived for our first service since purchasing the car last July. The service technician Amber Ellinger quickly checked us in and showed us to the waiting area. She was very pleasant and professional. The oil change and multi-point inspection took about an hour and our car was returned to us washed and ready to go. We were extremely pleased in the way we were treated and highly recommend this dealership.

This was my first visit to Borcherding Buick Repair Department, and I was really impressed. The service man greeted me promptly and explained theprocedue. He was very professional and attentive throughout the visit. He was ver helpful with two questions I had. Unfortunately, I did not get his name and it is not on my paperwork. The area was immaculate, and my oil change only took about 45 minutes. Terrific experience!

After driving our 2010 Buick Enclave for 10 years, we were ready for another. So we went to Borcherding Buick GMC for the first time and were welcomed by their Sales Consultant, Jerry Bittner. He was very helpful and informative on our new 2020 Buick Enclave Avenir. David Parker was extremely knowledgeable with finances and we had a great conversation with Steve Camp. All in all, we had a great experience buying our new car and appreciate all of their help in the process.

I made an appointment with Borcherding Buick GMC to service my 2018 Buick Enclave Evenir for transmission service, as it was fluttering between 2nd and 3rd gear at low RPMs. The service writer Daniel, provided me with a free rental rental on par with service I receive from the local Lexus dealer when I go in for service. The repair involved a software update and a fluid change as researched on-line to solve my problem. The vehicle was returned to me the following morning with my issue resolved. Going forward, Borcherding Buick GMC @ Kings Automall is my Buick dealer of choice for servicing the Enclave. This experience was provided with the highest degree of professionalism and care as I am 100% delighted with the end results, Respectfully

I brought my car in for an oil and filter change, and since the odometer had recently came up on 30,000 miles, any recommended services.Case Humason was my service advisor and besides the oil & filter change, they also performed a multi point inspection, rotated the tires and checked pressures and lubricated suspension, door locks and latches, and replaced the in-cabin filter. As always they also performed a complimentary car wash.The waiting area is pleasant and safely sanitized. They were done quickly with the services!

I had a great experience buying my new Escalade. What you have to realize is that most dealers charge $500 to $1,000 for dealer prep and Doc fees. They charged me $290. Huge difference. Very successful Dealership and I can see why. Thanks again.

I bought my vehicle there in Feb 2018 and my experience at that time was 5 Star! I even let Finance Manager Scott Casey talk talk me into purchasing the Extended Premier Plus Warranty for an additional $1375. Now that my vehicle needs to take advantage...for the first time...of said Warranty, I cannot get a return phone call after a week of leaving 2 voice mails with David and Pete in service, then from Pat the GM of the dealership and finally an email to their website over the weekend. (2 days ago) Starting to wonder exactly why I purchased the service agreement if this is what it gets me. The cost was $1375 with a $100 deductible on service. While my car purchase was satisfactory, based on my current experience with customer service...I would recommend against letting the Finance Manager or F&I guy, upsell you on a WARRANTY upgrade. It appears to be a pure profit center.

I have been a Borcherding customer since 2012. Over the last year I’ve experienced nothing but poor quality work at Borcherding Service.The service department fixed a mirror sensor issue by replacing the mirror, however, the new mirror is a different style from the original. Now they won’t correct the difference.My last vehicle began experiencing transmission issues around 90,000 miles. My vehicle has been serviced regularly at Borcherding since it was purchased new. It has been in 4 times to diagnose the issue. Borcherding could not find an issue, however, 20 minutes with a transmission specialist and problem identified. As best I can determine, Borcherding is pushing the transmission repair off until my warrantee is up.They had a dedicated customer since 2012; in purchases, referral’s, service, and collision repairs. All are no longer. Like many businesses, Borcherding has decreased its response to customer concerns and increased its indifference to customer service.

Took my Mom here to test drive a new Buick. During the test drive we noticed the back rotors were going to need replacing. When braking there was a vibration in the cabin and you could hear the rotation. When discussing the purchase with our sales consultant, one of our requirements were to replace the back rotors, NOT to resurface them. He stated that shouldnt be a problem. After the purchase an appointment with service was made to replace the rotors - or so we thought.We live 45 minutes away from the deaIership so 2 days before the appointment I called service to speak to someone about the appointment. I wanted to make sure it was for replacement and not for resurfacing of the rear rotors. When I called and got transferred to a service advisor I got his voicemail. I left a voicemail, but never got a call back. The next day I repeated, left message, no call back. So they definitely arent in the business of returning phone calls!When we took the car in and the service advisor checked us in I discussed everything with him and made sure again that they would be replaced and not resurfaced. Today, I get a call from them to tell me car is ready and they resurfaced all 4 rotors. WTF!? Every word falls on deaf ears! I stated replacement NOT resurface ... DO.NOT.RESURFACE!!! It is a brand new car!!! We now regret the purchase!! We will not be giving them a good review once we receive the survey from GM

I had to have my engine rebuilt. Right after I got my car back, I noticed the check engine light was still on & had to take it right back. My Equinox was still showing a P1004 code & the actuator failed for the timing belt. Another week & $1200 worth of work done at no cost to me.

Found a used truck online, was suppose to have 39,600 miles, clean Carfax, purchased vehicle and drove off lot, stopped a nearest gas station to read owners manual to turn of wipers and read about displays, found no manual, called back and was told I would be sent a brand new one in a couple of days, as I drove down the road, (10 miles from the dealer I noticed that the mileage was over 41,000 miles, when I got home I called about the mileage and the manual, was told they changed their mind and would not be sending the owners manual. By this time I had seen enough of this dealership and cancelled my extended warranty. (I had lost trust in this dealership. I then requested the free Carfax, just to check if they were telling the truth about it being clean, my truck had front end damage reported the previous year. Most likely will not purchase another vehicle from them

I purchased a 2015 certified Buick with 31k. By 60k It has lost 2 water pumps, an ac compressor, and even though THEY replaced the power steering pump 19k ago, they wont fix their own repair. They say its because I yelled at them... REALLY? This is a terrible dealer and service center. Go ANYWHERE but here.
