Easiest tire buying experience ever! I took my car to the dealer last week for a routine oil change and maintenance and was told that I needed new tires. The price they quoted me seemed high so I declined and started looking elsewhere. Found out I could get the same model of tires that came on my car originally for $100 less at Discount Tire than what the dealer quoted me. Bought the tires online and had them shipped to my local store. The store called me a few days later to tell me the tires came in so I was good to go for my appointment later that week. Got to my 10am appointment 10 minutes early and was home by 10:30am. Super fast and professional service. The two people I interacted with at the store were great. I will definitely buy all my tires here in the future.

Great customer service. Came here shortly after they opened and they fixed a leaky car tire for free. Came back today for new truck tires and was in and out sooner than I had expected. Maybe I could have gotten a better price, but good service is hard to find.

I went to five different places looking for tires today and walked out of discount tires with new tires on my truck helped me find what was right for me five hundred dollars less than tire discounters for same exact tires non commission sales people on my truck and driving in a hour the other places I went were like buying tires at a pet store I am truly satisfied with my experience I believe my sales person was tim stele he couldnt have been any better

I lost the tread on a camper tire and it is hard to find a really good rated tire. Trailer tires are hard to come by and they got me in a set at a great price in time for my big camping trip. I have never been disappointed when I use these guys for anything.

This Company has some good things going for it and other parts severely lacking.The good - their website is easy to use for ordering and setting appointments. The local shop team is good as well.The bad - delivery of what you buy online will test your patience. On two separate occasions what I ordered and paid for online did not make it to the store in time for my appointment. The 800 # is also an exercise in futility as I sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours trying to get help.

I ran over a nail as I was leaving for work and after calling over 5 other tire repair shops near me just to be told they couldnt help me and I would have to schedule an appointment for the next day I called Discount Tire and they told me they would fix my tire for me. When I got there they started working on my tire right away and even fixed it for free! Everyone at Discount Tire was very friendly and professional. I was there at 8am when they opened and out the door 20 mins later with my tire repaired FREE! All of the guys working were super friendly and polite. I was prepared to have to wait awhile because I didn’t have an appointment and I know everyone is short staffed right now, but these guys were amazing!

Usually I have a very positive experience at the Ohio Pike Store, but I did not this past Weds. Or today. My tire kept losing air and I wanted it looked at. I had always had such fast, courteous service in the past. He explained it would be a long wait, but no more than three hours. It was my day off and I had so many errands to run so I couldnt. I called and made an appointment to have it looked at today. The same man waited on me and just was not friendly at all. He was polite, but not at all like the rest of the times I had been there. I thought I heard they had several discounts, but he said they only had a military discount. The man explained on Weds. they were very short staffed and there were only four of them that day. I was not happy, but I understood. I may have to go to another DT for service if this guy is any intecation of how they treat people now. Especially an older women without a husband or son to help her with these things. I really was suspicious he was deceiving me and taking advantage of me.

Discount tire is amazing. We’ve gone here several times because they can beat pretty much anyone out on tire prices, and their service is very accommodating. I just called this morning pricing tire patching and they are going to do it for free and were able to get me in immediately. They’re the best around by far.

Did not expect them to repair and balance two tires for free but they did.... ( on a busy day as well) There will be no doubts to where I purchase tires for the future and where I recommend others to do the same. Of course, the morning of the day that I am scheduled to get my second shot of the Pfizer vaccine that my tire is flat. The left rear Bridgeport, part of the OEM package on my ‘17 Outback, had been punctured by a screw and wasn’t repairable. The guys at Discount Tire got it up on the rack just 15 minutes after I’d arrived without an appointment, and I was on my way in under an hour, total. Extremely professional, top-shelf customer service. Can’t recommend them enough!

Good customer service is important to me, and I received exceptional customer service at this Discount Tire location. I got a flat and they plugged my flat tire while we awaited the arrival of my new tire. We also had to attain approval from my tire insurance to purchase the new tire. Upon contacting my insurance company, we were told that they needed a picture of the flat tire. Well, that wasnt an option since the tire had been plugged. Instead of charging me for the tire, the manager, Nathan, gave me the tire, free of charge. His integrity and professionalism far outweighed any of my previous experiences. I really appreciate him and Discount Tires for putting their customers first. Thank you.

Ive had 2 experiences with this place and both were pretty negative imo. First I got new tires and happen to have my bf with me. Though I was the one getting the service the staff spoke to my bf instead of me the entire time, even when I was the one speaking. Another time I called to inquire about the other services they offer, asking if they fixed windshield wipers, and they abruptly said no and instantly hung up. :/

I have a local tire store that is just five minutes from home. I avoid them because of their lack of good quality and service. I drove 30 minutes out of my way for a set of 4 tires. This place has great pricing, service and product. All of their employees go above and beyond to take care of their customer. I would recommend them to anyone. Heck, I was even met at my car to start the process.

I drive for a living. Driving over 1,000 miles a week requires new front tires every 2-3 months. I have went to Rent and Roll and several different Tire Discounters locations and all their associates were dishonest and rude. They were very uninterested in my business. So I decided to try Discount Tires for the first time today and it was incredible. They were so nice and listened to what I said. Plus, they were so quick! Out the door in about half an hour! Changing my tire pressure sensors for free was awesome of them as well. They will definitely be getting my business every couple months from now on.

So this morning on the way to work I totally blew out my tire. Once I got back on the road with my spare, I called Discount Tire. Joel answered and helped with all my questions. He was awesome and didn’t attempt any sales tactics, which I really appreciated. I told him the situation and the quote was so low I couldn’t believe it. Told him I’d be there after work. Sure enough I get there at 5:45 and I’m about to get into my friends car, but then Joel tells me that they can fix it tonight. That’s right, 15 minutes before close. I was in awe. What car shop works that fast? So I basically got my entire car problem fixed in less than 12 hours thanks to Joel and his dedicated team. That, my friends, is what 5 star service is. We live in a world where relationship selling is the future and that is why I will be returning to Discount Tire for all my future tire needs. Oh, and keep your tires filled with air during the winter!

From multiple trips here I can tell you that they have very friendly and helpful staff. Today we were helped by Stephen who took the time to explain all of the options. The tires were put on in very little time. They have an excellent road hazard program. Definitely check this place out next time you need tires.

These guys are awesome. Be honest All Discount Tires I have ever dealt with are awesome. I own my own business and travel a lot so I always get my tires through Discount Tire and I get the road hazard on all my tires as well. Recently I had a tire going flat as I was headed down to Texas to go pick up a load. I stopped in Mount Pleasant Discount Tire they told me it would be covered by the road hazard and that they did not have one that it would have to be ordered. I explained to them that I would not be there the next day when it came in and they asked me where I was headed to so they got it ordered in the Cincinnati store and warrantied out on the road hazard. As we drop the spare to put it on we found out that it was the original spare from 1999. Mount Pleasant Discount Tire found a tire the right size for a spare and gave me a discount on it as well and sent me on my way. As I was bringing the load up this way I had a nother Tire go out in a curve with a guardrail on the shoulder so I had to limp it down the road till the guardrail was gone. As soon as I got away from the guardrail that tire was trashed. There was not a Discount Tire nearby I went to a local tire shop they were able to get a tire the right size on there but not the right tire. I called the Cincinnati store and let them know that I had another tire go out and that the road hazard would cover it and they ordered me another one that would be in that Monday after The Weeknd. When I showed up to get my tires taken care of both my tires were there by Monday and they even bought the one tire that I had to get at the small town shop from me. I cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire I will always use them.

On my way out to get some shopping done this morning, my Low Tire light came on. I had gotten that warning a week ago and filled up all my tires, so I knew I must have a leaky tire. I stopped in at Discount Tire, at 9-Mile and Ohio Pike. The place is very clean, and the people were very friendly. They repaired my tire quickly and didnt charge anything for it! I would highly recommend Discount Tire.

Went shopping for a new set of tires to match a pair I purchased elsewhere at another local tire store that my family has used for many years. Discount tire was new in town and when I searched online I found them to have the best price on the tires I was looking for. I gave them a shot and I was very pleased with my first experience here.It was easy for me to make an appointment online an hour before I arrived to ensure the tires I wanted were available. Chris at the counter was very polite and he respected that I came in knowing exactly what I wanted did not insist on pushing extra services on me unlike many other tire shops. He did a through tire inspection and I left my car at the shop. I notified Chris that my father would be returning to pick up the car and they were fine with that. The tire change was timely.When the car was picked up, they informed me that one of the tires I had purchased elsewhere was mounted with the treads backwards (I was aware of this but forgot to mention it). They took the courtesy to properly re-mount the existing tire for free! In addition because I was only getting the front tires replaced, they also rotated my tires for free as it is their policy to place the new tires on the rear of the vehicle when only 2 tires are purchased.So far Ive been satisfied with the work, and am extremely pleased that the extra service was preformed. All that and lower prices than anywhere around, means Ive been converted from my old tire shop!

I cant thank them enough! I had a flat and since I am traveling with my family with two dogs, they were able to get me in quickly. They allowed my dogs in to sit to the side. They found a small hole and patched them up! Always have done business with them in Tennessee and always had great service and experience there. Extremely helpful staff. Super friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of great services (sans alignments, probably to keep appointment times shorter), and will ship out of stock tires to the location free of charge. They do a very good, and timely job of getting your old tires off and the new ones on and balanced for what seems to me is a very reasonable price. My only gripe is they push the insurance certificate a little much, but thats how they make their profit so I understand that.

Ethan, Dakota and Tyler were great to deal with. They made sure to be timely with my replacements while I waited and even sparked up a cool conversation or two with the guys during. Very professional while being friendly. No crazy sales pitches which I appreciate.They seem very competent with technical details. Overall I am more than impressed.
