Extremely satisfied with my recent wheels and tires purchase. Stewart provided excellent insight as I picked out tires and wheels for my old Ford pickup. He listened closely and understood the look I was going for. Im thrilled with the final result and have already received a lot of compliments!

I trust the auto repair people here, and theyre always nice & professional. Several times theyve been so honest as to tell me nothing is wrong, or a cheaper repair fixes the problem. My only issue is it sometimes takes a while to get an appointment.

Service gave an estimated time of 2pm and at 5pm they still hadnt shown up. Cant seem to get answers from anyone, other than, dont worry theyre on their way, and theyll send you a text when theyre close. Ive called 3 separate times with no helpful response.

Great place to do business, I needed an ezpass and they were able to sell me one, and awnser questions, and provide maps

We had another road assistance provider before today that failed us miserably. After waiting over three hours for a simple home jump of our car battery we went immediately to Sumerel Tires where they installed a new battery and fixed both a front and rear tire that had punctures. While there we signed up for AAA which will replace our former roadside assist provider. The staff were pleasant and the wait was shorter than we anticipated. Covid protection protocols were being followed so we felt safe. We are glad to be new members to AAA and the Sumerel service program. Good work from everyone.

Great technicians to service the car and very experienced travel agents.

Went for a free oil change that is a perk with new aaa membership and told me to leave car all day or schedule appt for over 2 weeks later!

The travel agent for road trips is the BESTEST

Its been 2 months and still havent heard from the agent at this location! If I could give then a 0 I would! Booked our cruise through vacations.com and got excellent service. Been a AAS member for 20 years and have never had such poor service.

I walked in to get a TripTik as our plans had changed. There was no wait and the lady who waited on me was exceedingly helpful. This was the first time I ever did a walk in as I usually order the TripTiks online or print them out myself. It was a great experience.

The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and had a lot of wonderful information and ideas.

The ladies at AAA at Cherry Grove adways do a good job. The wait was a little long this time. We had four people in front of us needing service before they could get to us.

Wow waited an hour on a tow truck, was told they were ten miles away, thirty minutes later, was told it would be another hour...aaa? More like fffGreys towing was only ten minutes up the street.... Bravo prepaid service.....

AAA NEEDS TO LIST LOCATIONS OPENING TIMES. Not all are open at 8 a.m., as listed on their site.....sure glad I called before I drove all the way to the Cherry Grove area.......
