I was a customer for many years and when I showed up to have some work done on my wifes car I was VERY surprised to find out that apparently this business was under new ownership?? Well the new owner was rude on the phone with me and then when I brought the car down for an estment he wanted to change me $25 buck...lol for an estment?When it was and still is a free thing at any other shop in the city. Its 😢 sad to see a great place like this go down the drain. I miss the old owner he was friendly, helpful and appreciated your business. #anywherebuthere

After getting in my first car accident, I took my car here on a recommendation from a mechanic. Although my car was determined to be a total loss by my insurance company, this shop and shop owner were very understanding. He worked well with my insurance agent and even though I could not use his services, he was very kind. If I have the need for body work on future vehicles, I will be taking them to him.

I received the best paint job in the Cincinnati area from this place. The guy has been doing it for over 35 years.

I had my car towed here after a wreck. They took my name, information, sent the tow truck away, and told me theyd call me. After not hearing a single thing for about 24 hours, I called, and they told me that they have a 3 week back log of work and wont be able to look at the car, so Ill have to have it towed off their lot at my expense. They had the same back log the day before, but allowed the tow truck driver to drop the car, and didnt bother to tell me or my wife that they had no time to look at the car. Dont expect them to be honest with you when you leave your car there.

Not the best in the business. New ownership, paints with the booth for open defeats the purpose of using a paint booth.

Very rude lady when I called. I would not recommend to anyone. If this is what its like before they get my car I can imagine hows it going to be once they have my vehicle. 1st impressions
