UPDATE: Issues were fixed by company. Thank you for the service!Absolutely no accountability at this shop. My insurance suggested this shop for my car body repair. I was quoted at a 2 week work window. It ended up being 3 weeks because of a part on back order. Ok. I received my car back and it took a few days to notice my keyless entry had stopped working while in their possession. They quickly fixed. A week or so later, I notice the turn signal chime and headlight chime does not work. What does my turn si7gnal chime have to do with work on the passenger side? The rubber wire sleeve in the door jam appeared to have been ripped out of the connectors without any regard as it does not attach flush to the body of the vehicle anymore. Today, June 14, I see that my front passenger tweeter piece damaged and then poorly superglued back together. This is not a very professional service. There is absolutely no quality control. I received my car back from Joseph Collision with more problems than when I brought it in. I am just wondering when the next broken thing I will find.
Very professional office staff and their work on my car was excellent.. they also cleaned my car inside and out which I didn’t expect.. looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Very much appreciated! It made my day as I am handicap n haven’t been able to get my car done lately.. so thank u 😊
Ive seen the places where a large national company owns an auto service/collision center. The employees seem only interested in getting the job done. This place has good people who hang around because they are happy where they work. The end result is excellent. They strive for the best job at a reasonable price. Much better than the auto repair shops that have been bought out by the mega companies. They did the repair, and delivered it on time at the right price.No calls that the parts didnt arrive, no calls that the job would take longer. And, no repairs without a call and approval.Paint match was perfect. The car looks great.Five stars. Great people, great service.
They have a very friendly staff that are there to help you. They also work quickly and were able to get my vehicle in and out in 1 week. They were also one of the cheapest places to take my camry to get it fixed. Plus the ease of mind knowing that it was being taken care of by people who work on toyotas often helped.
Wonderful facility dedicated to doing the very best work. I have used them twice after accidents over 5 years and never had a complaint about the work or the timeliness.

I recently had my vehicle repaired by Joseph Toyota Collision Center and I wanted to let everyone know they are true professionals and they are the best body shop I have ever dealt with. They answered all my questions and returned every call. My vehicle was clean when they returned it and the work looks like it just came from the factory. I will give them my full recommendation when anyone asks.

Only place I use for damage to my car! Ive had to come here twice for a hit and run and a theft to my car. The people here are so kind and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get damage fixed.

Bought my truck from Joseph, that was a great experience. I have had my cars serviced at Joseph Toyota, thats always been a good experience. So, when I got into a bad wreck, and all of the local shops were busy for several weeks, I thought hey, why not try Joseph Collision Center? That was my mistake. While some of my complaint has to do with my insurance companys handling of the claim, it seemed like I got hounded for the payment, also, some items were left unattended to. Specifically, when I entered into the truck, the blind system was shut off. I was so excited to get the truck back, after several weeks, that I didnt even notice. The rental I had, didnt have one so, I forgot about the feature. I got a few miles down the road, and realized it, turned the system on and immediately failed. I got back and e-mailed Joseph and called them, no response. It wasnt until 3 (business days, considering they work on saturday) that I heard a response from my insurance company saying that they had it working in their shop . . . I question the veracity of that claim. Also, when there was a dispute over what I was unhappy with, in regard to the body work, I was asked to come out and meet with Bill the manager. I called and spoke with an associate and I explained specifically what I had issue with and said it shouldnt be a hard thing to fix, just a little adjustment and thanked them for the opportunity to discuss the matter, but tried to get out of it. They insisted that I come out and speak with Bill. So, I drove out to meet with Bill. I was told to wait for him. I waited 20 minutes for Bill, because he was in meetings and discussions, when the associate went to get Bill, he asked her to handle it. So, given that I already talked with her, she could have done that, a day earlier, without me having driven out there. I am sure this experience is a fluke. But, I will never take my cars to Joseph Collision ever again.
