My father in law and I had both of our truck beds lined there. We drove all the way from Indiana after seeing the quality of the work done there. I cant say enough great things about this location or its friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. They take the time to explain every single detail of the process and answer any questions you have. I was very impressed with their no nonsense honesty. I was leaning toward a premium package and was educated by the staff that wouldnt be my best option for how I use my liner. This saved the look of my liner for the future and us some money! The showroom and bathrooms are immaculate! They offer so much more than bed liners. They display and sell a variety of bed covers and caps, rims, tires, accessories and they do leveling kits and window tinting. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

Love the lining! However, they put a sticker on back window. I dont like stickers on my vehicles. Other than that, excellent customer service, no price gouging to a younger female, answered all my questions, done in a timely manner. Thank you!

I would recommend this shop to anyone, beyond just the great quality of the work they produce, they are consultative and a pleasure to work with all around. I took in my front grill and all four fender flares to be line-x coated, the job was completed quickly and improved the overall durability of each piece I brought.

I have been purchasing all of my truck accessories from Frank and his crew at Line-X for several years now. I have also referred several family members and friends. I can’t say enough good about them, their work product is top notch. I highly recommend them for any type of service you may need. You won’t be disappointed!

Frank and team at Line X Southern Ohio provide the most amazing attention to detail and customer service. Today, I just needed a couple things fixed on a backup camera install from last year and ran a 4 gauge to the back of the truck for an inverter install. Line X has enabled me to own a 2006 GMC Sierra truck with all the latest technology including kenwood 6.7” touch screen w/ apple iplay, backup camera, and now 110V AC outlets in the bed.

They were friendly and tried to find a solution to my tonneau cover issue ( it wasnt purchased here) but they tried to help me get a new seal for the cover, they do take care of their customers.

Stop! Just do it. Bed liners and mats are no comparison to line ex!! Service is top notch. Go see for yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised!! You wont be disappointed!

CJ did a great job on my mario go-kart. Its a little on the heavy side now but the turtle shells dont do as much damage.

Amazing from beginning to end. I was in the market for a tonneau cover and spray in liner for my 2019 f150. Frank educated me on all my options and made some recommendations. He didnt try to sell me anything above what I needed. He didnt disappoint. Installed my cover and liner and they done an outstanding job and I loved everything. Dropped my vehicle off the night before and received a courtesy call the following morning letting me know they got my keys and everything was good. Very happy with the work and install of the bed cover on my truck. Took the time explain how to work the cover and advised me on how use it.

Not sure why anyone would rate this place any less than 5 stars. I had a remote start installed on my Challenger and its worth every penny. The remote start itself was defective (not Line-Xs fault) BUT these guys apologized anyway and did everything possible to make it right. They ordered a replacement part to correct it and fixed it. Their shop is clean and nice and the employees know what the hell they sell and install. Ive had 2 cars tinted there and my remote start and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my cars. Jess and Frank are friendly and informative and they take great care of the customers and their vehicles. Your stupid if you go anywhere else, period.

These guys are awesome! I had some fog lights I wanted installed. the Ford dealership wasn’t able to figure out how to do it on my raptor these guys knocked it out in a day. They also installed a bed cover for me. Prices are great. Their response time is fantastic and they are extremely honest about the ups and downs of the various products they offer and which ones are better than other ones. Highly recommend them!

Took my vehicle in as the radio wasn’t working right. Instead of them charging me for something I didn’t need they diagnosed that my battery voltage was too low. They didn’t even bill me for their time. Went home and charged the battery and we are all good. I highly recommend these guys. I’ll be back with my other vehicles soon.

Super awesome customer service. And even better quality with the work!!!! 2020 ram 1500 got my windows tinted and my bed line-xed all in the same day. Super affordable pricing and they definitely do t try and up sale you. They are so good im going back for my bed cap, which was a seamless process to order thru them. 100% recommend!!!!!! Also they are all about safety when it comes to covid. Everyone has on mask and practices social Distancing. Oh and the do killer car stereo work also!!!

At first I was hesitant to do business with this place. Talked to Frank the first time and he told me all about the service of getting a bed liner sprayed. When I heard the price I was turned away. But after I talked to a master mechanic who does all sorts of vehicle upgrades I asked him who he recommended. Of course he said Line-X in Eastgate. Takes all his trucks there. Called them back about a month later and I was sold. I asked about tonneau covers as well, I was planning on doing it myself but they sold me on theirs. And I have to say with all truth is I was blown when I saw the finished product. Those guys did a amazing job! There was no rough spots or mess and both products were explained to me. They were very helpful explaining the differences between the different bed liner processes. The finished product looked great. I also went with their recommendation on the undercoating.

Today I called this company because I had an issue with my truck cap being jammed, locked shut. The gentleman took the time to explain to me what the likely problem was. Line-X is more than just bed liners.Ive bought many accessories for my truck at this Line-X shop. They have always been very helpful with selection, and ordering specialty items. Most of the time its been less expensive than buying online. They offer installation services also.

I may be super early to post a review, but Im very happy with the service I received from the time I called to inquire about my window tinting from the time I picked up my car.The gentleman I spoke to when I called to inquire about prices was extremely nice and patient with me with all of my questions. I was extremely surprised with the cost of window tinting (happily surprised, was a lot less than I expected). He set great expectations with me, too. He was also very nice when I was pretty difficult with trying to schedule (I wanted a Friday afternoon so I could go after work). We picked a day and time and got me booked probably within a month of scheduling.When I came in to drop off my car, I was only in there long enough to pick the tinting I wanted for my car and I was out. I dropped off my car maybe 45 minutes prior to my appointment.I got a call two hours after my appointment time staying my car was ready.Go to get my car, the woman explained care steps and warranty and took payment. Answered my questions very politely.I get in my car and Im in awe with my windows. Everything looks even and beautiful. I have been driving my car without tinting for three years and let me tell you, it made such a huge difference. When I had my A/C blasting (middle of August here in Cincinnati), I noticed it took less time to cool and it stayed cool. My arms are usually burning through the windows.Im sure Ill be super satisfied here in the future with the tinting. If anything changes, Ill be sure to post.TLDR - Highly recommend getting your windows tinted with Linex. Prices are great and service was excellent. If I ever get future vehicles, Ill definitely be coming back here. Thanks again!!!

Got another truck last week, it needs steps on the sides no other company to look toward. LineX in Eastgate has ordered them, and will do the installation when they arrive. Drove 30 mins to get an idea of what I wanted and schedule when to get my truck sprayed bc it says they’re open Saturdays... come to find out it’s only the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month been really nice to know that before wasting an hour

Ordered my ARE cap and was really satisfied with the experience. They gave me an estimate on arrival and kept me informed. I had previously had an ARE cap and was expecting to just have them throw the new one on, but they went ahead and replaced the front bed seal, installed a new brake light lead with fuse (both of which were installed by another dealer) would have worked but they went ahead and did it anyways. They also squeezed me in on a friday afternoon so i could have it for a camping trip that weekend. This says a lot about this shop and anything concerning the quality/satisfaction of their end of the work was put first.

I continue to go back to Line X because of the quality of install and the staff is knowledgeable. They dont try and sell me things I dont want or dont need.

I had line x/pro audio do an audio install on my f150, i was unsure if they would do it being i bought all the equipment. Not only did they do it and do a great job it was cheaper than i thought. It was done on time and on top of that they parked my truck inside until i picked it up awesome job!!!

The liner has held up great for over 4 years and so has the tonneau bed cover.

I did not even meet these guys face to face; all interaction was done over the phone and I was able to conveniently drop my truck off and pick up after hours, which made it extremely convenient as a business owner myself with young children. When I called, Frank knew what I wanted (front tint to match rears, and basic LineX), and there was no upsell of higher dollar services. They installed a tonneau cover that I brought in myself as well that was purchased elsewhere.They kept me informed of my vehicles status, called to confirm my note (with a mistake I made) that I had left, and I was able to pay over the phone. I felt good about paying for the work (fair price and quality work) which is a rare find these days! Highly recommended!
