Truly honest. Wouldnt do my repaint job, but for a perfectly valid reason.

They were very responsive and always friendly ! They were very patient and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. If there was anything I needed, they were there.

Did not fix car, sensors came on as I drove away, not aligned. Refused to give me $1000 cash deductible back when I retuned in 5 minutes after leaving to tell him car was not fixed. Screamed at me and my mother, called us crazy. He was red faced, screaming, abusive. Scammed my insurance, did not do repairs he billed for. Have to take car elsewhere now,have GEICO investigate. Dont trust this shop! Very shady, terrible attitude and faulty work. Scammer!

I have taken a few vehicles to this body shop and they do excellent work despite it not being a preferred body shop by my insurance company. Although on this experience there was a communication error on the completion of the job the owner made it right. Great place to get your car body repairs done! Will definitely use their services again should it be necessary.

They did a great job repairing my cars front bumper. Patti in customer service had great communication and was incredibly helpful with scheduling and explaining the process of working with them through my insurance. The car was ready 2 days later than originally estimated, which was fine because the end result was very good. The only area to improve would have been to proactively let me know if theres a delay. But overall I was very happy with the service level and result.

Incredible friendly people, felt like they had a personal interest in fixing my car. Was getting minor body work done and they got the need part in quick and they did all the work with state farm.Directions note: On Mayhew ave, but Google directions currently say that address but drives you to Delhi.

Great service! They posted pictures while it was being fixed, even fixed it while I was away on vacation! They were great at scheduling and my car looks fantastic. State Farm paid them directly so all I did was sign! Loved my experience!

Couldnt ask for nicer folks...or a better body shop. After squishing my Audi into another car, I thought it was surely totaled...I was proven wrong. The car is good as new with absolutely zero signs it had been in an accident. Genuine parts were used during the entire repair process and they seemed in no hurry to get my SUV out of their shop so they could get on to the next job. This may sound like a negative, but to me it indicates a pride in craftsmanship and an acute attention to detail. I never thought Id see my car again...I am still in awe that the crumpled mess I handed these guys was restored to factory condition...and it couldnt have been done by nicer people, you almost want to hang out and talk a while. Brilliant work: the red carpet treatment, excellent communication, genuine parts and attention to detail make this this not only a better repair, but for an entirely different post-accident experience than I have ever had with other shops. Cheers to a job well done!
