Went in for an estimate. Asked for same to be emailed to two different email addresses. None arrived. After several phone calls we asked for the estimates to be snail mailed to us. Promised to be sent next day. Weeks later still nothing. I will certainly NOT let this place perform any repairs on my car.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY! Unless you have the time to call them everyday to make sure things get done, please save yourself the frustration!I went here to fix my drivers side mirror when my car got hit and had to call EVERYDAY for two weeks to get my claim written and submitted. Then, I had to continue calling to have them order the needed part. They said they would call when the part came in but didnt hear from them for over a week. When I  called, they told me they had the part and scheduled me for an appointment. I even called Brittany two days prior to my appointment to confirm. When I arrived, Brent didnt even know about my appointment and said they couldnt see me but to come back next week. It took over 2 months to get a simple fix and thats only because I kept on calling.The communication skills and competence of this place is horrendous! Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I had a person rear end my CRV. I had Caliber Collision perform the work done to my car.The staff from the front desk lady to the technicians in the back were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was handled without any worries on my part. I got my vehicle back earlier than I anticipated which was nice. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends.

Had some minor issues that got dragged out but once the time came caliber corrected and made things right again. The manager treated me as if I been coming there for years and went completely above and beyond in his efforts the fix everything. I can honestly say Ive never met a manager so generous in my entire life. Theres no better way to run a business.

They repaired my car after a wreck. I had a sticker on the damaged part of the vehicle that they went out of their way to try and save for me. the sticker isnt usable anymore but I was fully expecting it to be trashed with the damaged car parts so it was pretty awesome that they tried to save it for me. repair job was very good too and got my car back earlier than expected. was super convenient that there was an enterprise car rental right next door to have something to drive while my car was being repaired.

The service I received was beyond expectations. Im totally satisfied with their service, repair of my vehicle and service and attention I received. Their location right off of I-75 was also perfect for me.

My fender and door was fixed and an intake valve was found, and Mr Riley was very helpful and kept me from having to take off work. I cant say every single thing that was done, but Im very thankfully to Mr. Riley, If not for him I couldve been fired from my job.

I had work done on my Focus recently and overall it was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable .I liked how I was kept updated through text message too, that was super convenient. They even added on another service for me last minute that I had requested and the car looks great !

I took my car here for a repair after my insurance company recommended them. I was skeptical about taking the advice from anyone else, but Caliber ended up being very HIGH caliber. I had a great experience with caliber. When I got into my car accident they sent a tow truck to my work and picked up my car. As my car was being worked on I would get updated as to what was being done to my car and how close it was to getting done. It was a great experience and if I ever need my car worked on for any reason I will definitely be going back for sure.

I used Caliber after a semi merged into my lane on the highway and moderately damaged the passenger side of my 2018 SUV. They were friendly, easy to work with, followed Covid protocols to keep everyone safe, and texted me regular updates on the progress.My SUV was finished a day early, but when I came to pick it up I noticed a small dent near the top and a few tiny paint imperfections. If my SUV was a few years older, these wouldnt have even been an issue to me. However, Gary was completely understanding and fixed both issues within 24 hours. So in the end, they still had my car ready by the original estimated repair date.The final repair work is excellent quality, especially for a vehicle with around 15,000 miles on it. The paint matching was perfect. Their work also comes with a warranty for as long as I own the SUV.This was my first time having to go to a collision shop, but if I ever have to go again, I will come back here.

The repairs to my 2012 Ford Escape were pristine. Looks new again. Their covid protocols were easy to follow. Took truck in on a Thursday and was ready to pickup the following Wednesday.

Industrial area of town, business located in back of large lot, lots of laborers, have to drive over one lane bridge and look for business. Got quote from dealer $2600; CC quote $1500. Was rec by Geico (called express service) and figured topical paint job no dents. Well you get what you pay for; after leaving lot morning of completion and going directly to grocers, noticed new deep inch long scratch where trunk was repaired and scratches on top of hood.Also Enterprise rental is decent but depends who is working. Never again.

Had insurance work done through geico arx program and picked this place since it had the highest ratings of all the options. Good paint matching and paint finish. Finished job had 1 impurity in paint (large piece of dust) and bumper was slightly misaligned. I had to come back and they fixed the bumper alignment but they werent fully able to buff out the impurity in the paint. Personally I think they should have caught these issues before delivery to customer. Repair was done on time and they have an Enterprise rental next door. Gary was pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process and even threw in an oem part in place of a generic for free.

Customer service was very professional and kind. My car was completed earlier than expected. They did such a great job on the bodywork and painting, I’m proud to drive my car again.

It look a long time to fix the front of our car. 2.5 weeks and there was part(s) ordered and paint. It was an auto accident and our insurance covered it minus deductible. Insurance recommended this place. If you have an accident for whatever reason it usually takes way longer. Ride services are expensive and we werent able to get to work. Rental car wasnt an option. (that had nothing to do with them). We got the car back they had let us inspect it to make sure we were happy, told us what they did with a print out, cleaned and detailed our car a little bit... We are happy with the results and are greatful. Thank you Calliber Collision for your work and getting our car done with great service!

Editing my review from a one star to a five star. The location made a huge mistake with my car but have since reached out and apologized and are going above to correct what happened. The regional manager is professional and responsive and really listened to what my issue was as well as explained the miscommunication and how the company would address it moving forward.

My insurance recommended this place after i totaled my car. They were very helpful in providing me information in places my insurance company lacked. Reuben was very kind & helped me get my belongings from my car!

They were really good at fixing my car with the exception that once I got it back I discovered that they had broken the button on my door that rolled down the passenger window and they shot the bulb in the drivers side headlight but when I called to let them know they had me bring it back in and they fixed those 2 things. So if it hadnt been for those 2 things then I would have given them 5 stars but I will definitely use them again. They have a very friendly staff.

I cannot thank Caliber Collision enough for looking at my car after my accident! I did not have a ride home (due to my cars state of damage) and Laura gave me a ride home to Mount Lookout. She went beyond customer service to ensure I made it home safely and saved me from paying for a Uber or Lyft ride. She is a fantastic employee!

The work was great, and their customer service was amazing. We are from Canada, and had to fly back to pick up our truck. They picked us up from the airport on the weekend. The also we in constant communication about the repair. They went above and beyond.

Fabulous experience and impeccable quality of work. I had a bumper with peeling point and other dents. They made the bumper look like it came off the showroom floor at a very reasonable price. In addition, they detailed the outside and inside of my car. as part of of their standard service to the customer. It was returned spotless. All work was done in one day and they even offered to take me back home and pick me up to get my car. In a day and age when personal customer service seems to be an afterthought, these folks are old school and caring. I will never go anywhere else for body work. True courteous professionals at the Loveland location that I visited!

They did the work but my vehicle had to be returned multiple times due to the fact that they didnt check everything. They rushed my repair for the check and I ended up staying in Ohio for an extra week and a half. Friendly staff but poor work ethic. They wanted me to leave a review so here it is. They asked me to leave a nice one because its bonus time. Sorry, but if you cant perform excellent service then the reviews will reflect that.

On their website they clearly stated that they repair alloy wheels. When I told the guy I have a wheel with a slight bent on the backside, he said “I honestly don’t understand what you are talking about”. Explained it twice and mentioned that it was a service advertised on the website, he still couldn’t understand. I apologize for saying “haha you are funny”, but indeed this is funny.

I came to pick up my car only to find they didnt fix part of the damage they were expected to. I hoped for an update with a new timeline to repair the damage that was missed, but received another call a few days later stating my car was ready to be picked up despite no more work being done.While waiting for them to investigate why it hadnt been thoroughly fixed, I overheard another customer that arrived to pick up their car only to find it was still waiting to be painted and the messages theyd received about it being ready were not accurate.Something needs to change.

I had my accident on Dec. 12 and I still dont have my car back. To their defense, this is not completely their problem. They did, however, tell me several times that they got the wrong parts or that the parts didnt fit... The shop will text or call with daily updates and they will provide a rental for warranty repairs (Enterprise rental on site). When they said my car was ready, I found several problem on the spot, and after driving it, the whole steering assembly was messed up. They are working to fix those now (after I left a bad review on their satisfaction survey). Be warned!

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to be repaired. The adjuster and the Abra employee who looked at my car agreed to use OEM parts as my car is a current model year (‘18) and had fewer than 8500 miles. I had relatively minor repairs to be done, a fender repair, headlight replacement, and bumper repaint. The estimated time to repair was 5 days. It actually took 9 so I didnt get my car back until the following Friday, but that’s where the trouble only just began.Upon getting my car back, a non-OEM headlight was used despite OEM being agreed to by all parties. The paint on the fender had dimples in it, and had several dirt clumps stuck in the paint as well. The fender was scraped on its edge like it was damaged when being put back together. The bumper had a bulge in it where a fastener was forced into place, and the paint around the lights and trim was rough and beginning to peel. I brought my car back and the shop manager said all this could be buffed out, and these things were “normal” for this repair process. I’ve had several repairs done in the past on different cars and this is NOT normal for paint to have imperfections.After bringing my car back to have them redo the work they had done and not just “buff it out” it took them another 8 days to complete the repairs because they had to redo the paint again after redoing it. That’s right, the paint was bad again after trying to redo it, at least they looked at it and decided to redo it before I had a chance to look at it. They replaced the light with an OEM one at this point too.So long story short, they tried to pass off aftermarket parts despite agreeing to OEM, and had to do the paint work 3 times. This wouldn’t inspire confidence in me if I were someone considering using them, and I’ll never use them again. The only bright spot is that eventually they got it right, but I’m not sure they would have if my insurance weren’t helping me along and demanding the repairs be redone.

They do a great job, and they always keep you up to date on your repairs.

Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. They have zero accountability at this shop. Always blaming the dealership and not knowing who is in charge of the car. Shame on them for conducting business the way that they do. Borderline unethical.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMENDS THESE GUYS RUN THE OTHER WAY. The front end of my car was hit, repaired by Abra it took 3.5 weeks for the to finish and my stearing wheel has to be turned 30 degree to the right in order to drive straight. My airbag light, and check engine light are still lit up, and my passenger windows will not roll up or down.

The only drawback was how good of a paint job they did to the area that was damaged,now i gotta go get the whole car painted. Id recommend abra and id go back,hopefully my car doesnt get hit again but if so i dnt need to research where to go for service.
