Josh lied to my face the entire process. These guys have no idea what theyre doing without Corey. Took 4 months to get a lift kit done and the powder coat job looks like it was done by a child. The truck was unaligned and filthy from them cutting concrete in the shop with my doors open.GO TO SPADEMADE.

Ok, I DO NOT RECOMMEND All Hustle. They hustle alright, you right out of your money. Steve is a nice guy and a great mechanic. Josh Baldwin is a crook and refuses to give me money the company owes me. I took my truck in two separate times for a lift job. First time for three days and the lift didn’t come in. Second time the truck was there for 5 weeks before the lift was installed. It was excuses and lies over and over. I filed a BBB report on them and this is why Josh refuses to refund me my money until I take it down. I explained the whole thing on Yelp! if anyone wants to know the full story. Looks like I’ll be getting a lawyer to get my money back. Sad that a place that claims to be Cincinnati’s “Premier” shop operates in such a way. You can blame Covid all you want for parts not coming in but the lack of communication and ignoring a customer is what got me. Heck, I even had to call the local police to make sure my truck was still there at one point because no one would answer the phone.

Store is abandoned dont waste your time trying to buy something from here !!!!

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2018 Durango! I had them install under glow lights and I had no complaints. If you are creative, they can do almost anything you want to customize your car or truck!

I needed my 10 year old factory wheels cleaned up a bit and the crew at All Hustle did a great job on the powder coating. From color suggestions in the beginning, to a finish product that turned out better than I ever imagined it could, it was an all around great process. I wish I would have done this years ago and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

This is a great shop for all your auto needs. They do tires, rims, powder coating, lifts, and just about any custom work you need or want to your car, truck, jeep or whatever. Easily the greatest shop in the area. Never been to a shop that will go out of their way to help you in any way possible with your vehicle needs like these guys! Very high quality work i wouldnt trust anyone else with my car! Defiantly recommend this place to anyone that needs anything done to their car whether it is tint, wrap, sound system, performance upgrades, lift kits, or anything custom this place can do it all!

Got a set of wheels powder coated by Cam at All Hustle. Turned out really great. Black on Black on Black. The prices were super competitive. They also repaired some curb rash on a couple of them. I would recommend them for their wheel services.

These guys do awesome work. Whether its tint, wraps, lifts kits, or whatever custom work you want done, they can handle it. Attention to detail is second to no one. They also sell and install premium remote starts and all other electronics. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!!

Spoke with Cameron on the phone. He answered all my questions and gave me some really good prices on a lift kit and a set of Forgiatos. Im dropping my truck off on Wednesday! (Ill update this when its done!)

Great customer service from James - he gave me recommendations for upgrading/fixing my front headlights (they had been installed poorly before). I have tested them out and look great, cant wait to see how bright they are at night. They also install a new head radio unit and rearview camera as well - these work great.Josh the owner took the time to drop me off at my house. Really great group of guys at this shop. I have a couple of other modifications that I want to do soon and I know where I will be going to again.

All Hustle Motorsports did a roof wrap and caliper painting job on my 2014 IS350. I was blown away by the job they did. Everything looks factory it is so clean. Super clean shop that does quality work. They also worked with me to get the car done before I went on a trip. This Is by far the most unprofessional business. You can tell they have poor Leader ship. I should have read the reviews before i brought my business here. I was lied to for weeks about everything. My first and last time doing business here. The guy at the desk was rude and not at all knowledgeable. I would not recommend this place for even a car wash

I’ve recently purchased a set of wheels and tires off of Josh and we ran into some complications but josh always kept me in the loop and great customer service, we will definitely continue to do business and l would recommend him for all of your aftermarket parts and accessories, he will always put the customer first and won’t stop until the customer is completely satisfied! All Hustle has done a great job with my vehicle tint and sound system installation. They also assisted in fixing a wiring mess on a car I purchased and gave me an excellent deal on some wheels. They were professional, prompt and courteous with my vehicles. I will be going back to have some more work done on my truck. I cant say enough great things about the entire crew there.

Hands down the best group of guys in the city. everytime ive reached out to them to help me out even if its just for a friend they get the job done. I dropped my car off to get the windows tinted windshield included they had it done in literally no time and I didnt have a single issue. simply they just have a ton of knowledge within this group of guys at this shop, instead of just selling you something to get you in and out they actually take the time to educate you on comparable products to make sure your getting what you want..

Made an Friday saying that I will be bring another car Monday at 9 am. Came around 930 to find out that they didnt open. Have someone tell me that they are on there way. Waited another 20 min for them to show up. Business store hour said open at 9 am Monday through Friday. Guess thats just a false advertisement. Dont open a business if you cant make it to work on time. Especially if someone made an appointment with you.UPDATEI been here several times aND have nothing but great things to say about them. After they changed location there customer service went down the drain as stated with my issue above. Thats until the owner Josh personally tracked me down to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. Josh was apologetic about his previous worker lack of customer service and was able to work with me on getting the remote starter put in. After some revamp with his shop I am very impresse with there customer service and there great work. I have return a happy customer and will be coming back to them.

Brought my Silverado in to get a lift kit and wheels. The guys at All Hustle hooked it up with a McGaughys 7 inch lift and some 22 inch Specialty Forged wheels. Couldnt be happier with the way it turned out.

Took my challenger to have a pro charger installed from the time I paid for the parts it took about 30 day to get them in, once they had my car in the shop it took about 5 days to install the parts and they kept the extra oil that came with the pro charge. Could never get a hold of anyone to check the status of my car, they also put dents on the top side of both fender from leaning over the car . very unprofessional group of individuals.

Just happened to be circling back with a friend Craig that has done powder coating for me on occasion to pick up a spare set of wheels for an Audi. Happened to have 20 inch Rover wheels available & I had the full brake rotor and pad set to install. Jason & Craig gave me the best combo deal ever. Painted calipers, brakes installed front & rear, and my brake light trim complimentary. Seems like they have a premium blend of talent to tackle just about any type of work one might be after. And thy are really close in the Lockland/ Neumann way warehouse area, bonus!

The only way this place could have received such a high review is by made up/fictitious accounts. Im sure this activity was spawned by the owner Joshua D. Baldwin. Pathetic he had to review his own company. If you want to be overcharged for mediocre work, this is the place to be. No integrity or ethic to be found here.UPDATE: One 15 minute visit in your showroom and was very apparent there was no concern for your customers best interests, as well as the allocation of their money. Your employees took no concern in limiting the volume of their voices while conspiring their intent.Hence why you will never see me or anyone else I care about in your customer records.

Everything sounded great from the start with AllHustle but I quickly figured out they couldn’t handle financially a build like I wanted. I gave them $7500 deposit up front to do a $11,000 job, also provided them with the lift, wheels and tires back in Dec 2017. It took them to August 2018 to even start the truck after only powder coating my lift in that 8 months and continually asking me for more money till the job was paid in full before they even touched the truck. Was told all my parts were there to complete the job (in a 2 week time frame) so dropped the truck off in August 2018 only to pick it up in October with nothing but what I provided them on it. On top of that, my curb mirrors were missing, truck was severely out of alignment (I paid to fix locally and also had ruined my new 38” front tires in just 1,000 miles), sway bar wasn’t even tight, powder on my springs was already flaked to hell from my hour drive home and half my exhaust was left off. After 4 more months of promises to complete it, I never heard from them again. Now 19 months later I still have an unfinished truck and am out $13k taking legal action to recover my money. Would steer way away from these guys!

Had a remote start installed on my Suv, and the front two windows tinted to match to the rear, good customer service. Will definitely be back in the near future.
