HORRIBLE. The atmosphere speak for it self. I had 5 packages sent here thru Wish.com for pick up here. They released 4 out 5 of these packages to someone else. There service was worse than the money I just lost. Not only did this punk kid throw my package at me thru my window he started arguing with me after I asked him why he gave my packages to a person who was not me and if they had a camera to see or any way to track the orders coming in from and leaving from wish.I was informed he does not check ID and who ever had that QR code will get the package and he will not assist me in finding out what happened and more less my loss not his problem. He also insisted he could not see the multiple order numbers I showed him after he told me it was my mistake an those were all the same package. This store is a hackers dreams and now my personal nightmare. If they are this lax on there packages and willing to risk federal prosecution for assisting in mail fraud then I highly doubt this place is any were you want to leave a high priced item like a computer(cough). God forbid you drop your recipe in the parking lot and a someone picks it up, I’m sure that punk would give it to any bum on the street. All I hope is nobody else try’s to save some money buy having an order off of Wish.com sent here. This mistake has costed me quite a bit of money.

I was having issues with my PS4 Pro overheating and shutting down. The fan would sound like it was trying to propel my ps4 into the next dimension. I took it in to see what the issue was. Manny was extremely nice and professional. Answered all of my questions honestly, and with knowledge. Manny had it for less than an hour, and had already cleaned it and did what was needed. I took it home to try it out, and it is as quiet as a mouse and running like new! Manny even cut me a break on the pricing, because of how quickly he repaired it. THIS GUY IS EXTREMELY HONEST AND REPUTABLE! I brought in a PS4 for repair. Manny told me he couldnt accept my money. He told me that my machine was still under warranty from Sony. I told him that I lost the receipt, which was needed to send it in. He told me step by step how to retrieve a copy of the receipt from the store I bought it from! He couldve EASILY not said anything and simply took my money! Thanks man!

Fantastic establishment with great ownership. I brought in my non-functioning ps4 and asked them to see what the problem with the console was. They took a look at it and let me know the problem next day with no charge. A kindness I did not expect but was delighted from. Ultimately I didnt end up getting repairs because of the price tag to go along with it, and the fact that I could use the warranty from Sony, which they suggested. Overall I had a good experience with Easy Computer Solutions.

Great shop. Took in gaming computer because it kept shutting down after only a couple minutes of usage. Was checked out within hours and was told it was the operating system. Took it home the next day, turned on fine but soon as we started reinstalling programs it shut down so took it in again, got called within 2 hours and turned out it was definitely the motherboard and had to be replaced. So in total took about 5 days. Service was fast, reasonable pricing, didnt take long, and computer is working perfectly now. Best part is that he always kept me updated whenever he found something and shows that he really wants to help and fix. Happy customer will definitely go again for future problems.

Brought my computer in for repair blue screen kept showing up and after a couple of hours they diagnosed it as a hard dive issue. They applied their time already devoted to the diagnoses to replacing the hard drive and did it within a very reasonable time and price. The customer service was outstanding and could not have been happier with the service and the price. I will be always recommend them to my friends and family.
