Sanchez Computers has always been a great resource for my computer repair needs. Did the public know that when theres a power outrage, the D drive is the weak link. It will stop ✋working some way. David has always repaired my computer in stellar fashion (perfectly). He has moved on so the folks @ Sanchez Computers are my only resource for repairs. Best Buy doesnt repair hardware. I will be calling 📞 them in the future when I need repairs.

Called about a tech. issue when it came to random fps spikes that would cause my gpu to put out 1000 or more per sec, even though I have a 75hz monitor. Instead of knowing anything about it tells me Im wasting his time. Some computer tech help this place was.

I really like Oscar as a person, but my computer was there for almost an entire month and he ended up giving it back to me saying theres nothing he could do about it and then I still had to pay $35 dollars for a bench fee.

I had windows 7 professional installed at a price of $85 done in one day. Unfortunately windows contained some corrupt files that did not allow me to update it. This prevented me from downloading Microsoft office. It took me two days to get this resolved with three different Microsoft techs. However, I rated it three stars because my computer did at least start due to the previous windows that crashed every time I used it. I also never went back to ask if the issue could get resolved.

While the repair was affordable and and hiccup-free, Oscar not only clearly explained to me what needed to be replaced on my laptop (the memory/RAM), I also learned WHY it needed to be replaced.Great service. 5 stars

Ive been coming to this guy for years. My first experience with Oscar was with my bogged-down laptop. It was super slow, loaded with adware and constantly crashing to the point that it was almost unusable. He got it up and running smoothly for me the same day and even upgraded for a few bucks more. Since then Ive come to him when the sound busted out on it, and I also got my headphone jack and cracked screen on my phone fixed here. His prices are awesome and he gets the job done quick. This is the guy I always recommend when someones thinking of getting ripped off by Geek Squad.
