Took my PC in as it was overheating (My i7 8700K was fried to bits, rest in peace.) and in 3 days they managed to not only provide new parts but also at the same time provide extremely neat interaction between me and them throughout a Saturday afternoon to closing. Overall a really nice place to pick up new parts as well if you’re looking to get a new system. I was honestly surprised that they were carrying 30 series cards considering the place the GPU market is in right now.All in all the experience was great and pleasant. PC is back in shape and I’m glad I took it here. Thanks again to John, Ben, and Tom for the lovely conversations we had. I’ll be very much so coming back whenever I get the chance.Outstanding. (:

Don’t know much about Computers but I tried to build my own and didn’t come out successful.. brought it to MCP and they not only fixed my issue but explained it to me so I could learn and know for the future. Service was very fast and very welcoming staff, definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their electronics!!!

I have been here several times and here is my experience(s):(experiences went from pleasant to utter rude, and horrendous/bad customer service)1st time: Great and helpful as I was building another PC and needed quick parts. Asked if I didnt need the parts if I could return then and they were totally ok with it and said yes.2nd time: Were not very helpful as I was looking to return some RAM that I did not need actually and asked what I would like to do, I said politely I would like a refund as thats what they said I was able to do. Then tells me we dont do that and can only give in store credit.. So now Im stuck with over $100 of store credit.3rd time: I go back to buy anything I need for my set ups to use store credit and some, starters one associate was going to order me a monitor and get it here so I could buy through them, then the manager quickly says no and tells me to go buy something they have. (I didnt want their product they had in stock) He was very rude and insisted it was better even though I knew the difference between the products. Yet again left without anything.4th time: I am back to give them another chance, looked for monitors again but higher end ones, the associate was uneducated on the products and also just was giving me the feeling I was an inconvenience for him to help. Basically telling me to Google the product. Then I go to ask about their Gaming Chair they carry (GTRacing) and they told me its roughly $199, not even an exact amount. The same product is $159 off GTRacing direct website, I asked politely if they would price match it since thats from the direct website and quickly said no, cant. Why do they not? It is because it takes 3 associates to build 1 chair is what the manager said. I then asked if they can sell me one in the box and said no we sell them assembled hence the $40 upcharge and they have none in their back so it would actually be the floor model that they sell you, that all their customers are trying out and sitting in. So if youre in the market for a $199 +tax USED Floor Model GTRacing chair, go for it.The service has slacked each time it shows they dont care about their customers and are quick to take your money and not be in your beat interest for your needs. Their product is the only reason I give them some kudos and 2 stars and even still its still meh. If youre looking for top tier product, you wont find it here but if youre looking for overpriced mid tier product, low end product or out dated product that is too expensive and bad customer service you will find that here.I do not recommend buying products here and instead find it online and take the time for the delivery. They will take advantage.

I had a computer built here and after about one year now and not one single problem .. staff was great, thanked me for supporting local . i love the ability to see and touch and even ask a person about what I am getting. A quality that harder and harder to find .

Staff is friendly and helpful and they have most products in stock. Docking two stars because I can understand inflating prices for GPUs but they seem to have inflated pricing for all their store offerings; I guess this is the price you pay to have components TODAY and not wait for shipping, still left a bad taste in my mouth though.

Dont know where to start but there were so many attempts and failures. I had bought a Dell monitor online and the cables or inputs were totally different. To connect to my computer I was like this for up to a month without seeing my monitor turned on, I bought so many cables, trying many times I felt defeated. I went to Best buy, it is only a monitor sales warehouse and other things, a worker was not so efficient in telling me the truth, lack of experience. I searched in Google and I found the best electronic store. They solved the problem for me in seconds, they returned that happiness to me seeing my computer turned on for the first time. They changed my computer disk for an HDMI wow! I saw it and I dont believe it, it was in seconds the truth, you dont think about it anymore. I recommend it 100%, very experts and professionals know what they do. Now I can say it is my favorite store and do not think twice if you have a problem with your monitor or computer, it is already solved. the best in electronics of San Diego I want to congratulate you and give you 5 stars. They have processors in stock; however, their prices are higher than normal, almost like scalpers high. I recommend everyone to wait for regular prices, or go to other stores; availability is getting better. I was able to get a Ryzen 7 5800x for 449 at Amazon, and now there are plenty in stock, this store sells them at 589.

The service was outstanding, Tom listened to what it was we wanted to do. (Building a new p/c) we told him what we were looking for and he gave us a straight run down on the possibilities we could take. He was very fair explaining the differences between the top end and products a bit below. At no time did he try to push only the expensive items. We will definitely be going back for any P/C items needed. The store is a bit small but he can pretty much have anything you need by the next day if he does not already have it. Very happy with the service and quality.

Needed PSU badly in April. Newegg and other 3rd parties had prices at 100% markup due to shortage of supply and increased demand. Was able to get an RM850x at market price and with quick help by phone at MPC Electronics. Will be back!

Ive known MPC brothers since 2006, Tom and Sang built me a laptop that got me through my Bachelors in Nursing in 2008. Until now I am still using the laptop. I had to come by this weekend because my little brothers MAC book was not turning on. So Tom is in process of fixing it. I trust MPC outlet because they never failed me. And they have an awesome customer service. They build this good relationship with the customers that makes them keep coming back. Since my laptop is too slow and beat up. Tom hooked me up with an HP 2020 intel Core8th Gen laptop.This is currently what I am using to type this review lol. It only took 24 hrs to transfer entire data from my old computer I used when I was in Nursing school. Tom at MPC is reliable, dependable, and provides high quality service. It wasnt till I picked up my computer that they gave me the option of waiting a week and ordering a $40.00 part. They should have told me before, I would have waited. Very unorganized. Owner and Manager are great customer oriented people, always remember my name and are more than happy to help. Some employees could take a page out of their book but over all great customer service all around. Prices are reasonable for parts and accessories. Although Repair Staff is fast, efficient and knowledgeable repair prices seem a little steep for my taste, but I am biased as a IT myself. Overall this is the place I choose for my parts and accessories.

Decided to try this place out rather that going all the way to frys, the guy knew what I wanted and had my RAM in less than 2 min.. and he sold me the best price one rather than the expensive one.. I will be going back

This place is ok. Their prices on a very few things are better than Frys or online retailers. They claim to price match, tried to price match Newegg and Frys before, but Ive been turn down. I was told they dont price match online prices.

Took my 2 year old Samsung laptop to Frys Electronics as it would not boot up and I was at a loss on how to fix. By the way am pretty good with minor computer repairs so I know my way around the components. Frys could not repair on site so they sent it out to their warehouse for further evaluation, cost $85 for diagnostics and $20 for shipping for a total of non-refundable $105. A few days later Frys called and said the motherboard was shot and that it would be $700 to repair. As I stated I know a little something and I knew it was not the motherboard. Took my laptop to MPC who charged $55 for diagnostics and within a week diagnosed the problem, ended up being a damaged cable and a corrupt hard drive. Total out of pocket expense $135. Laptop runs like the first day I purchased it.Customer service was great and these guys explained everything and even returned the damage components. This will be my go to choice for computer repair and components from now on.

Finally a place thats close by (a few miles away) that sells PC parts!! Very nice and helpful people! My Ryzen 5 1600 went bad and had to replace it and luckily i found this place and had the CPU i wanted to upgrade with!!
