Other than being closed over the weekend (then long weekend), my experience was awesome. Very good communication about the status of my car and upfront information about costs and timing. Tom was really great about keeping me updated and was very understanding of the stress of not having a car so long. He made an extra effort to give me peace of mind throughout the process.

We had two service warnings appear on our dashboard. One Buick dealer in our area could not service our car until October 29. Pion was able to service our car in six days. The warnings we had dealt with all wheel drive and rear axle which were very important to repair. I appreciated the service we received at Bob Pion.

Had issues with my truck from the time I bought it. Had it looked at and “fixed” before I signed papers. Problem was still there and exactly what I thought would happen did. They bent over backwards to “fix” it before I signed then once the deal was done if was a night mare. Had to bring it to another deal to get fixed and on the first time there at that. Will never do business with bob pion again this was my 3rd vehicle from there in 6 years.

Weve been going to this dealership since 2003. They are great people. Their service people are wonderful. Work you in for an appointment quickly, listen to your concerns and follow up with attention to details. The sales person took the car to the person since they did not have a way to go to them. This last time they had our vehicle waiting overnight for parts and they took the time to clean the inside. Its the dogs office and we hauled hay so you know it needed a good cleaning. They even shampooed it. Super job! Very grateful for and pleased with the service we get at this dealership. After an extensive search, we recently purchased our vehicle here. Sterling was great! From the initial phone conversation to the time we arrived, he did an excellent job attending to us and making sure everything was explained and we were well informed every step of the way. Had problem with check engine light 20 minutes after leaving lot. Car taken to service department and was given a loaner right away. Two days later car was ready but light came back on within 20 miles. I called saying I’ve lost my new car feeling and didn’t want car. The dealership gave me upgrade to a 1.3L with all the same financial numbers along with a extended 60000 package. I’m just hoping the other 1.2L car I bought doesn’t have trouble down the road.

I had begun my search for a new Yukon in November and after not being able to find what I was looking for, I asked Pions to build and order exactly what I wanted. Sara and Rob were excellent to deal with. They kept me informed of the vehicle status throughout the build and once it came in at the end of January, they only needed a few signatures and I was on my way. I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. The end of 2020 was extremely difficult to find the truck I wanted and this dealership went out of their way to make it happen. Dealing with the sales staff and finance staff was a pleasure and continues to be a pleasure. The professionalism of the finance staff was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. When it is time for a new vehicle they will be one of the first places I look.

My husband brought his truck here for repairs and an air bag recall. They said they didnt have the tool for it but there maybe a minor scratch. Well nothing mention we were told the truck was all set and it had a big crack. Upon bringing the truck back they want to glue it with no guarantee if it breaks again. And the Rob Pion had nasty attitude and hung up.

I wanted a fully loaded Buick Lacrosse all wheel drive, not easy to find, and Bob Pion had it, emailed Sara to get started on a Friday, went in on Monday to look at the car, two hours later drove off in it, John Burke was our salesman, good guy. Between both of those people it made my experience the best one I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the Buick, it was used and coming off a corporate lease, a very clean car and with all the latest technology. I will eventually be bringing it there for service when it’s needed because they have been a fixture in Chicopee for a long time and have a good reputation. They have very clean vehicles on their lot and I’m sure you can find what you are looking for and be comfortable with it. They insisted I test drive it first even though I knew what I was buying, it was everything I expected and a whole lot more. Buick hit it out of the ballpark when they built this car, it’s a shame Americans do not want to buy an American made four-door sedan, because this one is a lot better than the Lexus ES 350 which is its competition. I went in with a coupon that Bob Pion se4nt me in the, ail and wanted to receive the oil change and tire rotation for the quoted price of $69.95. The service writer apparently just put down the oil change and neglected to tell the service person about the tire rotation. When I was told the vehicle was ready I inquired if the tire rotation had been done and the different service advisor said that it hadnt. I was unable to wait any longer as I had an appointment to get to. I really feel the initial service advisor was not paying attention to his duties.

Our daughter goes to school in the area, but we live over 1000 miles away. I spoke with Nancy in the service department early last week about a problem my daughter was having with her car that we wanted to have looked at before she headed home for her winter break. I was getting a new running board/assist step installed via warranty and I had made an appointment for 1pm. The truck didnt get brought in until sometime after 2pm and I didnt leave until about 330. This has been an issue with other times Ive made an appointment and wait longer to have the service started than it takes to do the service. Whats the point of making an appointment when its never even close to on time and then inconveniences the rest of my day.

Just a terrible dealer. dont buy anything here. we bought a car, it broke down the next day. the engine had no oil. they do not want to pay to repair and don’t give money for the car. they are terrible people. dont come here

At first, they were nice, welcoming, really thought I’d buy my car there. But when I decided to focus my attention on a more expensive car, maybe 5 grand more, well then the whole tune changed which you’d think they’d be thrilled. I loved the car, but they apparently didn’t want me to have it. Right from the get go the dealer I dealt with treated me like I couldn’t afford it, and I most certainly could! I had pretty good credit, I had a large down payment the works! He kept trying to tell me that I may have to go with a lower priced vehicle, I was like why!?! Then he was going to try to make me go with a loan that had 8.8 APR!!! Making my payments close to 600 a month!! I was like are you serious!!! And boy was this man arrogant!! Kept bringing up the fact that he’s good at what he does and that he’s been in this business for over 35 years... yeah sorry those numbers don’t impress me, I don’t care how long you’ve been a dealer, doesn’t mean your a good one. I ended up going with a different dealer, got a better car, ANNNND with a lower APR and a payment that was almost cut in half!!! Yeah no thanks! Do yourself a favor and do your research, don’t settle for their numbers or for the first car that comes your way-keep hunting and looking- it’s worth it... don’t settle on one dealer, believe me, fight with the dealer for a better deal/negotiate more or walk away! I’m glad I did because I ended up finding the perfect car for me and a waaaaay better deal!!!

Your service department was terrific.Since I traveled a long distance I had to wait while my repairs were being done.I sat in the sales are rather than the crowded waiting room.My observations of your sales personnel for over four hours unfortunately was not.I watched as various sales personnel routinely walked about the showroom partially or completely unmasked. Given the severity of virus transmission of Covid-19 I felt very uncomfortable and was relieved when the service tech informed my repairs were complete.Since I moved to western MA I was in search of I new dealership to service my vehicle and possibly buy a new one when the time comes.I dont think I will be back anytime soon.

Love everything about coming here. I enjoy the honest service staff. They are always honest and tell me if I should hold off on something or if it would be cheaper to get stuff elsewhere. I love the sales staff. My husband purchased his 2016 GMC Canyon in 2016. We loved the service we received from being able to test drive on our own to the paperwork process. Only thing is that they took long, didn’t get the car the same day. Granted it was New Year’s Eve. So I can’t be mad about that. Had an issue with the car already, even tho they inspected it. But it was easily fixed and Oscar in the service center was very nice and helpful. Overall I like them a lot, and do your research in the car first and give them a try. They truly help in lowering your payments.

We have a service contract for our Buick. Bob Pion is one of the few Buick dealerships nearby. Thankfully, I had a good experience. Ive dealt with nightmares at other dealership service centers (Balise/Bertera Im looking at you.) I would say my experience here was as good as my experiences with Curry. Bought my 2016 GMC Sierra crew cab from Sara. She was very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for. Told her what I would be doing and she put me into the perfect truck. I’m still loving it two years later and just over 30,000 miles. The customer service is top notch! They work quick and thorough. The secretary was very accommodating and she welcomes you as you walk through the door . They are quick with coffee, snacks and water. Also the dealership has an adorable mascot:) 5 stars!

If there was something I didnt like about my experience here I would tell it in 2 seconds, but I could not find anything. There is a clear difference here and there was no rush or pressure to buy. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and wanted to make sure I found the vehicle and price I was happy with. Tom responded to me right away even though it was after hours when I first had a question about a vehicle I saw on their website. No surprises about anything from the moment John met me at the door for my first visit to the final sale. Its a good feeling to leave a dealership and really feel they gave you a great deal and stand behind what they say and sell. There lack of communication isnt even funny. The only way i got updates was by calling them. They were unable to find the reason why my SERVICE ESC light comes on because there isnt a code. Isnt that the reason we pay big bucks for you to solve? I then notify them there is a TSB for it. They charged me $162 to reprogram my ECM. Granted the car is only 3 years old and has 36200 miles on it. I so regret going here. Never again!!

Guys this dealer are scammers. We bought a vehicle with clean title from them and clean carfax. They showed us carfax report it was clean somehow. We started selling this vehicle recently and client asked us for vin # to check its status. Came out that this vehicle was in pretty big accident. We took it to shop they confirmed the whole car was repainted. The accident date confirms that dealer owned that vehicle at time of accident. They knew definetly knew about it and somehow they got clean carfax report. Dont trust them. Now we cant sell this car for a non accident vehicle. We are losing alot because of them.

Very professional and very satisfied with the work they have done to my vehicle

Arrived for an oil change, State inspection and tire rotation on my 2011 Enclave with 49,000 miles. Having gone to Cernak Buick since newly purchased every 6 months, I assumed all dealerships were as honest. The oil change and rotation took over 2 hours. State inspection was not done yet I was told I needed $2,413.44 worth of work. I was put off that all this was estimated prior to inspection looking at a REJECT unless completed. I left at that point and went to another dealership to get a Sticker (no issues). Today I went to a private shop to look into the rest of the problems noted by their mechanic. The shop found only one minor issue not requiring immediate concern requiring $800.00 to fix (Pion wanted over $900.00). The tire rotation they did was not reset so I needed to go to another place after State sticker to correct tire locations.. I paid $50.00 to have my car gone over by that private shop to ease my concerns, Bob Pion did not offer to reimburse this cost.

I am very satisfied.

Brought vehicle in for a “ service theft deterrent system” issue. Truck sometimes would not start. Had truck for two days and could not make it happen. Since then it has not happened again, I believe they did something to correct problem, but they said they did not. Either way I am happy that trouble seems to be corrected.
