Good Clean Store. Easy to Find Stuff!

Had to stop here for batteries for car starter...The staff is great! They even put new batteries in for me. Batteries were only 5.95. I stopped at dealership and they wanted 199.00 for new starter!!!!

Price are really low. Great place for auto parts

At first they gave me the wrong part, but when I went back to exchange it they were very courteous and helpful. I realize that mistakes happen so I did not go in there with an attitude. I feel like most of the time when dealing with employees who work in retail, you get back what you give. The only thing that sucks about AutoZone is certain parts have a core charge, so if youre tight on cash bring the old part back in as soon as you remove it to get back your money for the core charge.

My two visits there were served well.

Went in to see why my check engine light was on again, this has been the 3rd or 4th time. Karoline told me that it was the same code as the last few times. Mike G asked to look at my car. He took the time to look at the issue. He was patient and kind while explaining the problem to this non-car girl. Mike and Karoline were very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. I would definitely recommend going to see Mike G and Karoline for any of your car needs!!!

They have excellent warranties and have usually had what I needed in stock. Also they have good hours and a decent location. Their basic efforts in customer service, such as greeting and making the non- mechanic consumer feel welcome, could use a lot of improvement.

Had the battery i needed for my Harley. Dont feel great about $100.00 for a auto part store brand battery but got me out of a pinch

The store was not crowded, we asked for help finding what we needed (a nail in tire repair kit) and were told in what aisle to find it. The price was reasonable.Would give 5 stars if one of the three gentleman working walked us to what we were looking for and made sure we didnt need further assistance instead of chatting with each other upfront, because we were the only shoppers there at the time.The gentleman who rang us up was knowledgeable when we asked questions about the product.

They helped us diagnose our car... Which had a check engine light on... And we found that the part the dealership had us buy and changed was not needed... It was a completely different piece that needed to be changed... The car is working a lot better, and the check engine light is off thanks to AutoZone telling us what we needed!

Good selection. They have minimal Staff on the floor, so sometimes getting assistance right away is poor. Besides that it seems as if their employees are very knowledgeable. Once assisted on is, they are pretty thorough. Im a fan of the cash back points system that they offer. Ive earned back quite a few dollars over the years.

I dont know a lot about fixing cars .Thats not a problem with Auto Zone . They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all models of vehicles no matter how old. They installed my new car battery when I bought it which was awesome. My check engine light was on and they ran a diagnostic on my car for no cost and found the problem super fast. They printed me out a copy of the issues and the part I needed to resolve the problem. Thank you Auto Zone, you rock !!!

Auto Zone is a better choice over other auto parts stores. I was looking for a break light bulb. Advanced Auto Parts didnt have the one I was looking for and told me I would have to special order it. I chose to visit Auto Zone a few minutes away. They sold me the bulb there and then. This has happened a couple of times. Now I just go directly to Auto Zone and skip the disappointment.

Service is awesome bunch of gd guys very helpful and not a long wait no matter how busy.. Ill keep going back. Thanks guys.

Good place to buy auto parts. I get most of my stuff there. Usually have lower prices but not always so still pays to check around for more costly parts. The manager with the glasses was very knowledgeable the other 2 guys.. did their best and were very friendly. Was there about 4 times last week. Other workers Ive encountered were all real cool and helpful. They offer a rewards card for free as an extra incentive to check for parts with them. Located conveniently off memorial drive.

I went in the store today looking for something to reattach my rear view mirror, which had completely fallen off. Aaron went above and beyond by showing me the products they offered, volunteered to scrape off the glue from the back of the mirror and the windshield (which took quite a bit of time, yet he didn’t seem at all bothered), and cleaned and adhered the small piece of the mirror to the windshield, so that once it dried, I’d be able to reinsert the mirror into the other part easily. I was really impressed with how courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful Aaron was with me, and the other employees were towards their customers. This will be my auto part store of choice from now on. Thank you!

Always get great service here .and did you know that any thing you buy here the people who work there will put it in for you . For instance I needed to do have a light changed and they remove the light put the new light bulb in and put it back in even if you try to give them a tip they refused to take it because thats part of the service guidelines for the AutoZone. Ive had windshield wipers put on my car, batterys replaced, etc. Highly recommend auto zone.

So on Sunday April 19 at 1:15pm I stoped by and picked up a KN-303 oil filter and valvoline full synthetic 10w-40 motorcycle oil 1qt and cashed out and one of the workers added sea foam motor treatment 16oz to my bill and I didn’t ask for it and I didn’t even get it they ripped me off for $9.99 and I’m really disappointed and I’m never going back I’ll go else where for my parts or I’ll just order them online next time.

I went to a seperate location for a new battery and installation. The battery they put in was too small and I was told it was ok for the battery to be moving around. This didnt sound right so I called the Chicopee store and spoke with Leo, he had me come over and was able to get me the proper battery and install it. They did this all while dealing with several customers. I am very appreciative of the help I received and the fact they didnt just brush off my concerns.

Always in and out they know their stuff and they dont mess around in ordering what you need.

AutoZone Auto zone AutoZone ... how do you rate a business on the incompetence of its employees?!?! I mean they sell everything for your car needs at a reasonable price BUT they have literally given me the wrong part every time Ive gone there. FOR F*** SAKE THE COMPUTER TELLS YOU WHAT TO GIVE ME LOL. Over the years Ive heard crazy questions from these people so I know its not a fluke. Apparently its the only place you can work in a job specific place (car parts) and not know s*** about that job. So if you wanna make two trips Get in the Zone- AutoZone!! or save gas and go across the street to Advance Auto Parts. Their inventory computers have a more specific break down to get you what you need.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but the parts they sell arent the best quality and the rubber hoses they sell are the pits.

Needed a new battery. They installed it in just a few minutes.
