Was seen at appointed time. Woman who waited on me (whose name I forget) was professional and friendly. Work (OL & F) was done promptly. Very pleased customer.
Staff have always been friendly, cheerful and informative whenever Ive come for service. Ive always been able to make an appointment when it was convenient for me. If I choose to wait while my vehicle is being serviced there is a nice, spacious, clean and comfortable waiting room on site.

Very happy with my new Rogue. This is my 4th vehicle leasing with Jarrod and again he did a great job with the process.I want to add to my post - - I havent received 3 survey links now and I have already submitted. I receive too many emails etc. that are generic and dont pertain to me. If the General Manager wants to speak with me then he should of done it when I was in the showroom instead of walking past me.

I would never recommend Curry Nissan ever. After 2 weeks, they charged me $2000 for a new module knowing it did not fix the problem. Then they lied about having a Master Technician. I have proof they did not do a proper diagnostics. Had to take it to another dealer. They found the issue, a bad wiring harness, and fixed the issue. Went back to Curry and they said Sorry no refunds on electronic components . REALLY? Had they done their jobs I would not have agreed to having it repaired. They dont even stand by their work.
Always receptive and prompt. Had vehicle over at country Nissan and they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes but I was driving around with a hanging rotor for probably around a year and they fixed the problem, glad I returned back to this dealership.

I would not purchase a vehicle from Curry Nissan. First, on Tuesday I called to verify that the car I wanted was still there. I was told yes and made an appointment for 1 that day. I arrived to be told by salesman that the car had been sold the day before. Then the salesman said he could find me one within 48 hours and I had to sign all the sales agreements before he would find one. I asked some questions and he said he would find out and call. I waited over 48 hours and no call. I called on Friday night and spoke to Chris who told me the car would be there on Monday and I could come fill out the loan paperwork that night (Friday). I said no, not until I saw the car. I called on Monday and no car. I called Tuesday to cancel the car and was told they could get one that day. I said yes, if I could make an appt. after work on Wednesday to sign papers and take it home. Of course! they said. and made an appt for Wednesday night after my work. I came on Wednesday and they were shocked and said I wasnt supposed to take the car that night. I said if I couldnt take the car that night I didnt want it. They rushed to get the car ready and very much rushed through the ipad review of features. The financial man was good and explained things, but the others were clearly wanting me to hurry and leave. The car wasnt washed. Now I am 10 days from purchase and have still not had a call about the registration. So, I am 3 days over the time I can drive on the old registration. Terrible customer service.
This was my first time using Curry Nissan since I relocated to the area and I was very happy with my experience. I found Curry Nissan to be professional and friendly and very efficient in the way they handled and serviced my car. Their service area and customer waiting area were very clean as with the showroom. I look forward to bringing my car back when it is due again and recommend Curry to anyone with a Nissan vehicle.

I had the worst experience at Curry Nissan in Chicopee. Till this day Im waiting for my rim and head rest I was promised and my 100 dollars for refuring someone to buy a car there. Its been almost a year and Im still waiting for a call from them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone these guys are liars and not responsible.
Very easy to schedule an on line appointment. Greeted warmly and given options about having additional services. I was able to use a coupon that Nissan had sent to me, so this helped with overall cost. Work was carefully reviewed with me and completed in the hour that they had indicated. Waiting area very clean and was actually being disinfected while I was there. Everyone respected social distancing and wore masks. Car well taken care of!

I’ve always dealt with balise and I wanted to try somewhere different. The only great experience I had here was looking at the vehicle. After filling out the paperwork, I was told that since they had a client that they were helping they would contact me tomorrow. I waited no one ever called. I had to have my husband call to get the status with no such luck. He had to end up asking for a manger due to the employees not being able to assist us in the proper manner. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I felt why should I spend money somewhere where I wasn’t treated like a valued customer. My heart was set on getting a Nissan but the customer service turned me off.
Cassidy was great. She is very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go to Curry Nissan for their next car.
I took my car in for an oil change and problem with starting. They fixed my car right away. April texted me and told me it was ready. She is the only one I deal with. She is excellent at customer service and always friendly and knowledgeable. Plus she gives me a free car wash! April is the best. I don’t deal with anyone else! It makes me more relaxed to know I’m in good hands.

Anthony was an exceptional car salesman. He spent so much time sitting and answering my millions of questions. I’m in a wheelchair and required a car that would best suit all of my needs, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire experience. They had my car for months and were never able to fix it. This is my second Nissan Altima V6 with the exact same problem. Nissan finally agree to repurchase it and screwed me over in the process. Im WAS a long standing Nissan Customer, but they do not stand behind their product AT ALL. Save yourself the time and aggravation and buy a different brand.
With one glaring exception the staff has been unbelievable!

Brought my vehicle in for the scheduled oil change and service recall. They’re there to greet you and quickly take care of your appointment. The service is excellent and the timely return of the vehicle is a plus. They went beyond to courtesy disinfect my vehicle for free. The service staff are friendly and helpful.

My experience with Curry was super. My car dealer was Shane and he really went above and beyond with his service to me. My lease was running out and I wanted to by the car my one problem was my husband had a stroke and I could not make to the dealership to sign papers he came to my home and had me sign the paper work and he did everything for me. People like this are such a valuable asset. I will tell all my friends of the great experience you all go above and beyond. I will always be a Curry person and there service is the best. Edit: Manager replied to my review, as you can see. I called the number and extension, left a voicemail with my name and phone number. Never heard back. I called about 10min after they replied to my review. I clearly stated on the voicemail that I didn’t want anything from them or anything. Just to let them know my experience there.I wasn’t gonna write a review but I kept getting texts, asking me to do so. I only get my oil changes here because it’s around 40 bucks. Other than that, they are dishonest. I was told I needed new calipers in the front, but they would only replace all 4. I went somewhere else to get front calipers. They told me mine looked brand new and I definitely didn’t need them. I reached out to my buddy who also gets his Maxima services here, to warn him. He told me the same thing happened to him months ago. Calipers and everything. Seem friendly there, but dishonest
We were there to look for another lease vehicle since ours was up this Oct. Everyone there is very helpful. They did work very hard for us because we wanted a specific color with a specific package and unfortunately that was not to be so we had to settle for a different color with a premium package. Still very happy with our choice. They worked extremely hard for us but there wasn’t the car we wanted to be found. Very happy with Curry and their service dept. we recommend them to our friends all the time
The people at Curry are knowledgeable and willing to help. They do not make you feel inferior for not knowing what to do or when to do it.The dealership even with all the craziness in the world was clean and well marked re covid rules and safeguards.They even put up with my bizarre sense of humor.

While the beginning of my brand new car purchase was going smoothly, as soon as the down payment was placed and my check was cashed it was like this salesman and the manager didn’t care anymore. I received zero phone calls back while I had pending questions. I was lied to about license plates, registration, inspection stickers, insurance information… You name it. I was very frustrated with my service post payment.If you want customers to return you should treat them 100% from beginning to end. I did not appreciate the runaround, the lack of care, and the simple on acknowledgment of both my phone calls and my physical presence. When my phone calls were not returned I went there in person and I was swept under the carpet. They had several customers and I was no longer a priority.
I have been coming here for 10 years to service both my Nissan Rogues. I highly recommend the service department for their excellence. April is always on top of my vehicle needs and insures all of the service is done and explains everything to me if I may need addition service, I would not service my vehicles any where else. The employees are like family to me and you cant get that anywhere else, they are trusting, informative and most of all friendly and honest. I would highly recommend everyone that needs their Nissan serviced to come here, you will never receive the type of loyalty that these employees have for their customers.

I was scheduled for a 8:00AM service appointment (oil change and tire rotation) for i could go to work right after. I arrived at 7:50AM and was taken right away. The service person (April L.) was professional. courteous and made my experience a great one. My car was done and I was on the road to work by 8:30AM

From the car buying process to further maintenance, everyone I’ve interacted with at Curry has been knowledgeable and very friendly. Service is always very timely and affordable compared to dealership prices. I’ve been very impressed with all services rendered here!
Although everything went well, the process was very time consuming. It literally took 1 full week for me to get my vehicle from deposit to delivery of my vehicle. That has never been the case with my past purchases.

Julia the sales rep was fantastic. Could not ask for more. However the dealership is short on personnel which impacts the service. Time and time we ran into the personnel wasnt in that day which led to delays in processing the lease. For example there are NO personnel who can go to the Dept of Motor vehicles EVERY day of the week. Another example is long wait time because there is only one financial officer for all the customers and that person doesnt begin their work day when the dealership is open. Again this leads to delays and long wait times to process a deal. We also experienced being told to contact so and so only for us to call and then find out they dont work that day. Again leading to delays. Better communication with the customer is needed. If we are told to contact someone and leave a message it is important for us to know when they will receive the message if they arent working the next day. Everyone we worked with was very polite and professional. The problem is lack of personnel and poor communication with the customer when the customer wants to reach the personnel.

Every time i go to curry i always have a pleasant experience. Everybody is friendly and professional and this day was no different. I do however have a negative comment about the waiting room as i felt very uncomfortable about the choice of channel that was on. In these days of politics and racisim everybody has a different opinion. You should be showing things that are unbiased like price is right or something similar but i was subjected to listen to a trashy show call the VIEW which i think is a disgusting show. So i would hope as a company you would consider thinking this choice of programming in the future.
I felt changing the oil took to long. There was confusion about the coupon I was told I could use for the discount. Communication between employees needs improving... I come to Chicopee to have my car serviced without the perk of having a pick up and drop off by Curry. I live 2 miles from Country Nissan where I could easily go and that could very well be what I do. I definitely felt a push by the rep that signed me out for tires and a job on my car that will cost $1200. My car is just over the warranty and something is that wrong. No way...do I expect a car with 32,000 on it need that kind of work....especially right off the warranty.
They are very courteous and remember me from my previous visits.

As always, super friendly, super knowledgeable- I went in to trade in my lease and get into another one. I told my salesman in advance what I wanted and he had it waiting for me. When I got it, the car was very clean, and everything was ready to go within 10 minutes.

My first oil change and routine maintenance on my new to me vehicle was done on the house to my surprise. It was done in half the expected time frame which was another surprise to me. Over all the experience was a pleasant one, while having to follow all CDC guidelines for safe social distancing.

I was asked by my Dad to give Nissan a try. My family are mostly Nissan Owners... I had a Ford. My car was ready to say Sayanora! due to my many travels. It had been good to me. It was time to upgrade and Curry showed me options. Tony W. in sales was ready to show me the lot of cars. I told him my requirements and he widdled down the options on the lot. He offered to let me drive a car similar to my Dads car...I was not interested. I wanted my own Nissan not a duplicate. He laughed and asked, Does the color matter? Anything but Black or Red. I ended up with a White 2020 Nissan Pathfinder...Platinum of course (I wanted leather and a sunroof!)! Today my baby (car) decided it missed the dealer so we went back because he got a flat tire. I told my car we signed the papers and this time was the last time we could go back until maintenence was required. He is enjoying being back(The car). :) Thanks for all of the help and support --> Especially, entertaining my Dad during the process.
