Someones 38 min late to work sitting here with a bunch of other cars wondering what time someones gonna get out of bed and open store supposed to open at 730am

Been going there for years, however, not fond of the sales manager Anthony. He has an I dont care attitude towards customers. Dont think he will last long in that position. Now going to auto zone across the street!

Came here a couple weeks ago to swap out a battery I purchased with a warranty and under a commercial account, the manager said because the battery tested that it needed to be recharged and then it tested “good” after recharging that I couldn’t swap it out for a good battery. I’m a certified mechanic, I diagnosed the vehicle and ruled out every other option that would cause the repair not to work (the battery is the culprit for not holding the full charge) so now I’m left disappointed with a dead vehicle, an upset customer and now I’ll never come back to this store again for the careless management that won’t take care of their commercial accounts. I’ve had better assistance at rival Autozone and Oreillys

Go there very often always helpful staff always has the parts I need and if I dont they get it within a day and give a discount for the inconvenience thank you very much keep up the great work in this is definitely not from 4 years ago I go there at least once every 3 months to get a part a light bulb a wiper a battery anything you need for your car again keep up the good work!

This Advance Auto Parts location is awesome. Very easy to get in and out of with lots of parking. This store is very large and has a lot of parts in stock so I was able to get everything I needed for my project. Staff members where very helpful and super friendly. Overall an awesome experience here and would definitely go back.

Just moved here from a small town... Had my own little car part store that i went to i never really went to a chained store for things but i will continue because david is very helpful patient and kind! Went out of job description on his own time to be helpful! as in employers you guys should feel very lucky to have him. i know with a heart like that everything he says will be honest and true! I will keep coming back to the Chicopee location just for him!

Only auto store i use!

Has great difficulty identifying the correct part for your car. I am just off the phone with the manager who appologized for not being able to deliver the correct break pads for my car. I explained that my car is disassembled and I am not able to drive to the store to exchange the pads the sold me for the right ones. I also mentioned that I am a long-time, loyal customer, only live 6 miles away, am happy to wait until one of their delivery vans is in the area and that this is the second time this has happened to me - when I was doing my front breaks they also sold me the incorrect pads. Nice enough people but it is really important that they get you the correct part. Fortunately there is another parts store across the street.

Decent inventory of parts, etc. However, make sure you are confident in telling what you need or they will question you and make you feeI like you arent sure what youre talking about.
