I have been trying to get an oil change for weeks.Wal-Mart in Chicopee place for a quick in and oil change, God there is 7 out by 730. Customer service was great. Keep up the good work Walmart chicken pie

I ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com and had them installed here. I received excellent service - had no problem getting the store on the phone and get my issues resolved. When a tire was delayed they called on their own accord to find a solution and reschedule my appointment. I want to thank Cheryl for being so attentive and efficient. She let me know that a tire I was interested in was actually a summer tire, great advice. Took them about 1.5 hours to install which was in line with what I was told when I left the car. I tried other places around Springfield and encountered so many shops that were jam packed with people, maskless clients and service providers, and the personal safety standards at Walmart made me even happier to recommend them. Just dont drop in, call in and make an appointment.

Ordered tires online and waited 2 weeks, they became delayed so I canceled them and ordered some that were available in store pickup at my nearest Walmart. Those tires also became delayed which seems odd, not sure if they were lost between the back storage area and the front but now my time was wasted twice and have not been able to use my vehicle

Ordered a replacement snow tire online, with free shipping to the Chicopee Auto Care Center so I could get it installed. The web site tool for requesting appointments is broken. I went to their web site several times, and selecting any of available time slots all give you the error that the time slot in no longer available. Calls to the Auto Center do not get answered, going to hold, and eventually ending with we are unable to take your call after 30 minutes. Icing on the cake: they sent me a notice that they were automatically processing a return of the tire because no one picked it up, even though I still had 3 days left to the pickup deadline. Bring your business elsewhere.

Went in to have 4 tires weighed and balanced, cost 100 bucks and they wouldnt do it that day, saying they had too much to do, meanwhile I can see 2 guys in the shop spraying each other with air hoses.

Last week I had called everyday all week but got no answer. Finally on Saturday when i called the store manager, they were able to connect me with someone to set up an appointment. I came here for my app for a tire change and oil change 1pm Sunday and they were packed. I asked the manager how long and he told me an hour and $25 per tire though the sign said $10 per tire. I kept busy and at 2 i went to check to see if it was ready but it hadn’t been done touched. They told me it would be another 2 hours And there were only 3 people working per the tons of appointments they had.HOWEVER I spoke with a gentleman named Daniel and he set me up with an appointment for today at 11. He was completely kind and was genuinely sorry for he was overworked. I returned today and my car was done within a half hour. The price was correct and again Daniel was very pleasant.Mondays and Tuesday’s are their less busy days and I suggest anyone go on those days and speak to Daniel to make an appointment because it seems the manager doesn’t do his job and this gentleman does it for him. 3 stars for this worker

Worst service ever I had called to schedule an appointment to reposition my headlights get new ones installed and get the headlight restoration done firstly the woman told me the restoration was 25 when I had just saw online it came to 29.98 and when I told her that she repeated that it was 25 after that she told me they don’t do headlight repositioning when I had been there on many occasions and saw that they had offered that service will never go back to this location for anything related to my car again the most unprofessional and undertrained employees I have seen this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here either if I could give no stars I would

I went there for 4 new tires installed and the employees talked more to each other than they worked on my car. Over 2 hours to install 4 tires.After coming back from vacation one of them has a slow leak. I need to make an Appointment to have it fixed. Ok, so I call and the associate couldnt get into the schedule. Takes my name and number but never calls me back. So now Im getting ready to go on another vacation and have to take the tire to another shop to get fixed 😒Update: The managers there took care of everything. They did an exceptional job orchestrating getting my vehicle repaired. Even as far as going to the dealership to get the part that was damaged during the tire install.However, with that being said. The Walmart website states they repack and service the TPMS sensors. They do not do this. If it was done, I wouldnt of had the problem to begin with.I hope the wonderful managers can get corporate to give them the tools they need to do a proper tire service.

I would post less then one if I could.First, I ordered 2 tires. Several days later they cancel for No reason.I Call customer service. They blame a technical glitch, ask me to order again. The have me a $25 code for my trouble.So I order again surprise surprise the code doesnt work.Try calling the number they sent me in the email nobody picks up. I go there after work about an hour drive, Im told they no longer do walk-ins which of course was not noted anywhere on the website ordering you order process and it would help if they answered their bloody phone.At that time I couldnt make an appointment because they couldnt find my tires.half a dozen calls and several days later I finally speak to someone this time they cant find my account but apparently can find my tires I dont know how they know theyre mine.Almost two weeks after it began I have an appointment scheduled. At this point Ill be very surprised if it goes smoothly.for what its worth I tested the code they gave me on something different wondering if maybe there were restrictions. no joy it just doesnt work.wont buy tires at Walmart anymore and theres not a whole heck of a lot I buy there these days. thinking about it I think its only motor oil I buy there and Im not sure if thatll continue.While Im griping their website is terrible! if I wanted to deal with a thousand different vendors Id be on eBay, which I am not.

Mixed bag. If you get there first, I mean like an hour before they open, youll have a good experience. The staff there now arent bad, unqualified, or lazy. But they are pathetically understaffed, arent allowed to set up appointments, which means first come first serve, which means they cant prioritize or schedule jobs based around an optimized work-flow, which means even 2 or 3 customers can turn into an hours+ long wait.Also, dont bother calling. Youd have better luck getting in contact directly with the Pope.

For a $15 tire change, youd think itd be simple...nope. If youre lucky enough to even make an appointment (and I do mean lucky), your headaches wont stop there. Show up for your appointment at 4 pm, expect a 25 minute wait before even fully checking in. Think your car will be serviced then? Spoiler alert: it wont, because they never are on time. Though, that tends to happen when you have 1 person running around between the mechanics and customer counter, with the added duty of frantically searching a store the size of a piewee football field looking for a manager to approve every transaction. I gravely regret the time and energy I spent getting my tires changed at this location. $15 is not worth my sanity.

Wal Mart clearly states closing at 7pm for Tire and Lube. We arrived at 6:30 hoping to get an oil change and continue to Boston. An associate said the manager had closed the department down and I could come back in the morning. Piss poor service and advice. Thanks for nothing and maybe the store should change the hrs since no one can do an oil change past 6:30. Do better people

Wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely horrible experience. It took 4 hours to put on tires. The staff avoid customers and avoid working. I called to make an appointment and was told they dont make appointments for tires, so I went there in person and they told me I needed to make an appointment ahead of time... They gave me the typical Walmart line that it would be a 2 hour wait, but of course it was 4. Every time I looked to see how my car was coming along, I saw workers leaning on cars hanging out and joking around with headphones in and on their phones...

The worst experience ever!! Waited for 30 minutes while the employee in charge ignored us. We need it a new battery and an oil change. I’m Hispanic so this is not about race, but NONE of the mechanics spoke English! This place is beyond unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or your money here. And don’t trust them to fix your car either.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Rude employees who didn’t even acknowledge us and left without saying a word. Then we of course received the typical Walmart answer that there was a 4 hour wait. Which I think translates to - get the hell out we are too busy. Then finally a worker came over and said that we had to buy our tires online and make an appointment. I have gone to the Walmart in Leicester Mass and NEVER had to do that.

Had absolutely horrible experience. After trying to call this place all week finally on day 5 get someone to answer. Ask them if I need to make a apt to get my new tires mounted on wheels. I get told no you do not. Go there to have to wait in line for a half hour due to their pathetically understaffed counter just to be told you need to make a apt. I explain what I had got told on the phone and am told sorry but they have a wait time of over 4 hours for people already there. 4 HOURS!? After wasting a hour worth of time dealing with everyone’s incompetence I took my tires and left. After my horrible experience I’ll gladly pay a local place that values its customers instead of ignoring the massive growing line that had built up. The money you save here doesn’t weigh out the horrible experience you’ll have. JUST DONT GO. Listen to everyone else they’re not wrong or over exaggerating, not even a little bit.

Went there in an emergency to get a new tire. The woman Carolyn was extremely helpful and all the staff in the auto center were very friendly. They were almost closed but took me anyway! I recommend then to anyone that needs a new tire for sure!

Negative 5 stars! This place is just plain horrible, service sucks and they’re slower than molasses. Went in WITH an appointment and still spent my whole evening there, why does it take 3+ hours just to get 4 tires mounted? First they tell me one thing over the phone and then tell me something completely different when I arrive. Wasn’t even told what I was getting done OR what I was expecting to pay, etc. when I checked in as the manager was helping me and plenty other customers at the same time, where they do that at? Crew has an idgaf attitude and it shows. Took them one hour just to find my order in the store. Plain ridiculous. Worst shop ever, Walmart stick to what you know.

Read all the other less than stellar reviews. Employees complaining about not getting breaks, 2 hours to put a tire on, forget about calling them over phone (which took 2 days), and the customer service here? Hope someone can find it because I havent found any customer service in 3 times here.

This place is the biggest waste of time. Whatever you save in costs is offset by the hours you spend waiting for them to do their jobs.It took over an hour to rebalance 4 tires. 3 men working, walking around, talking, picking their nose...anything but actually doing their job.This was my third and final bad experience here. Will not be returning. I would rather pay more to some other shop who actually values their customers and their time. You can tell they are hourly and not on commission by the terrible work ethic.

I showed up first, and things got moving, I was in and out in less than an hour for two tiers! I can see how things can fall apart as the day goes on!! The problem is that old crusty lady at the register has a huge chip on her shoulder, she needs to retire! No pun intended! And very understaffed!

Went for one tire and waited 2.5 hours. When I got there was told 1 car before mine. Shopped around and returned to ask if my car was finished. Was told it was after another car again. Everyone that came after me was gone. After waiting another while, I inquired again and told the staff I was waiting a very long time for one tire. Find someone that can speak English. Terrible 1st experience. Never going there again!!

Bought two new tires. One was leaking right from the start I found out after driving home. I bring it back to the shop two days later and I wait another 30 minutes, but nothing has changed it was leaking.Wish I had simply paid the extra 50$ and gone with the competition to begin with. Ended up biting the bullet anyways and having competition fix Wal-Marts mistakes anyways costing me way more. Glad I learned to avoid this place through a relatively cheap repair.Take my advice. Go to the competitor even though its a little more money. Sure I know what youre thinking. How can someone screw up a simple oil change or a tire replacement? I found out where they can screw those simple tasks up for you so. Dont hesitate and head on down if thats what you want. Dont say I didnt warn you.

My attempt to get pricing on new tires over the phone was absolutely pathetic. Four separate phone calls over the course of one hour and never got picked up in the automotive dept. Then I call back and the front desk rep who sounds like shes from India gives me a direct line number, and says she cant transfer me. I call that number back and its a fax machine?!! You cant make this stuff up. Finally i get another number for the dept off the website, and the lady says The managers very busy, let me try to get into this computer...Im not very good with computers... Wow!!! Forget it, Ill go to freakin KMart

I was so excited today to get oil change and tires replacement to my Malibu but that old staff lady was spreading her negative energy on me and everyone waiting for long time just to get checked in, eventually with a bad look and a lot of ignorance she told me that my order is canceled and I have to start over again .......its long story but at the end I didnt get anything done and all what she gave me is her negative energy that stayed with me for the whole day
