I had a pretty good experience at For Eyes but I do think they need to be more enthusiastic and helpful about greeting people that look like me. I noticed more enthusiasm in the greeting for white customers. I just sat and observed and remembered the time that I first entered the store. My greeting was so cheerful and enthusiastic! My glasses are nice but I had to have them replaced for another pair because I think they damaged them in trying to adjust them because the piece that was supposed to go over my ear was cut and about to break off but since I didnt inspect the glasses before I left the store, I just wore them out and noticed the damage when I got home but I immediately called them back the same day! I was also glad I purchased that insurance in addition!

If you go in just say Desmond recommended the place ask for Colleen and youll leave smiling ear to ear. Ive been coming here for years!Ive tried the others and prefer 4eyes on Madison just west of State street

Was in and out with eye exam under 30 minutes. One of the clerks even fixed my broken pair of glasses for free. The Dr seemed very knowledgeable and provided me with several options. Overall great experience.

Excellent service and a good range of designer sunglasses make this store a new favorite. I stopped by yesterday during my lunch hour and the friendly, helpful staff quickly helped me pick out some new shades for spring.

Will not ever go back. Explained benefits covered under Eye Med insurance. Employees never looked up benefits. Contacted Lens Crafters that I dealt with in past. Lens Crafters understand issues and willing to accommodate. For Eyes never again.

I was not uset when they messed up my order and shipped it to the wrong location, even after I called 4 times during the week to confirm. I was a little frustrated when their voicemail was full forcing me to continually call back but thats not what upset me. it was the response I got when I told them my dismay of having to go way out of the way to get my glasses it was shipped to the wrong location. I was told it was not their fault. Not Im sorry just that it wasnt their fault. Im not sure who teaches customer service anymore but as I understand it youre supposed to apologize for the mistake and not pas the blame. Even if you were not the one directly responsible you still do the right thing by saying Im sorry for this inconvenience.

I went in to get my glasses adjusted because they had been sliding down my nose slightly. I walked in and the first lady to speak to me was rude and made me feel rushed. After adjusting the glasses terribly i realized that not only did she bend them unecessarily hard she also cracked my lens on the right. Absolutely embarassing service from a eye glass establishment. I wil never be returning to a FOR EYES ever in my entire life. Ever actually.

If I could put zero stars for this shop, I wouldnt hesitate to do so. This is the worst experience I ever had . Their customer service is terrible and they are rude.

I called the office before my appointment to let them know I would be 5 minutes late due to rush hour traffic getting to their downtown location, and the doctor informed the receptionist to cancel the appointment. Terrible customer service that they wouldnt wait 5 minutes for a patient.

This is my First time I write a review and I hope its the last LOL.I ordered a sun glasses and I have been told by the store manager Hayti and it was Tuesday when I order it,and I told her if I can get it by Friday and she said that she will do her beast to gave it to me in Friday,but I stopped by there store in Friday and I have been told that I should come Monday to get it,So I came in Monday and they told me still it didnt arrived and the order takes around three to five business days so they told me that they will call me to let me know the next day if its arrived or not but they never did,so I call them today Thursday and I asked them if its arrived or not and I told them tomorrow Friday its the 7th business day so should I come tomorrow but suddenly the store manager named Hayti told me that it will be there next Tuesday I asked here next Tuesday it will be the 9th business day and you have told me before its takes 3 to 5 business days.And she was just making excesses like it was my fault, and in the end of the call I just let it her know that I am not happy about what happen,and she was like she dont care.this is my first time I write a review because its so important that you should know about my experience, so when you go there just make sure that they dont gave you the wrong due date.
