Had a great experience at Lincoln Square Eye Care! The doctor was wonderful, efficient but thorough. They were very patient while I worked out some insurance issues and helpful while selecting new frames for my glasses. Bert is wonderful to work with and was very kind and helpful. If your look for straightforward eye care, I recommend LS!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very RUDE and Unprofessional! Been here twice and they talk to you like you very disrespectfully. I could not even have a conversation or ask questions and when I wanted to find out more about my daughter and her having to wear glasses they made me feel like i dont know anything. They have a cold office. No toys or tables for kids to sit at and the wait is long so the kids get impatient. Horrible customer service and very unpleasant receptionist with a nasty attitude. As well as the Eye Doctors. Very condescending when they spoke to me. I was so upset and I will never ever come back again. Strike 3! . Zero stars if I could give them that!😐 They need to start treating people with respect and be nicer to everyone that comes through the door everyone is equal.

Dr. Ethezaz provides very thorough eye exams, better than Ive had to date. She also requested a prescription for me online with my pharmacist as I waited. Her questions are very thoughtful with your eye care front of mind. I always feel in good hands with her. The front store/office is better managed now, too (fully staffed).

I just completed my first visit and I love the whole team. I have worn glasses for 20+ years and never had such a thorough, professional and kind experience. I also had a really positive experience being dilated and having a contact lenses fitting. Highly recommend supporting this female-owned business!

This has been my eye doctor place for a few years now and every time I come in Im greeted and met with respect and kindness. I just started wearing contacts and the doctor made the process very simple. This place is amazing and I definitely recommend!

Im not sure how to explain how amazing this place is, but i think the fact that they have not had a rating lower than a 5 speaks volumes.The office staff, the assist, and then the Doctor herself are all so nice, answer any and all questions, and really work towards saving me money.They are very careful about CDC covid guidelines, and making sure I feel comfortable before I spend a time.I found them on a whim and I REALLY am so happy I did. If i ever move, Im still going to come back here.

I’ve had a hard time finding a facility and doctor I feel comfortable with. Dr. Mariam made me feel comfortable as well as her staff! As a person who hasn’t worn glasses in over 5 years they also helped me pick out frames that suited my face well(:Highly recommend! They have a wide variety of frames to choose from as well!

This place is FANTASTIC. They take COVID precautions seriously and the doctor truly cares about making sure your prescription is right. My lenses are hard to fit due to some scarring and dryness and the doctor truly went out of her way to make sure the brand/prescription would give me the clearest vision possible. A++, go here, this is so much better than the chain places, and they accept tons of insurance plans.

Staff, especially Dr. Ethezaz, were kind and helpful They also made my new glasses in-house, for free after a lengthy delay due to problems caused by my former insurance provider. They went above and beyond to help me resolve issues I had with this provider.

I am so glad I found this place. It was my first time coming here and I feel that Dr. Ethezaz really takes her time with the examinations. I did not feel rushed or pressured in to buying glasses and contacts at the same time. But I found some great glasses at a great price. Thank you doctor and staff. I will be back :)

The staff and doctor were extremely kind and skilled at their jobs. Dr. Ethezaz and staff guided me through each step of the process and answered any questions I had. I was nervous going indoors during the pandemic, but all medical equipment was cleaned thoroughly and we socially distanced as much as possible. The glasses selection was varied and process was easy and without pressure. The cost for the visit ($50-$70) and glasses were extremely reasonable for me without vision insurance. Thank you to Dr. Ethezaz and staff.

Everything was great- it was easy to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I completed the paperwork beforehand online (which took about 2 minutes) and I had almost no wait at the office. Dr. Ethezaz was very nice and thorough and made sure I walked away with the prescription I needed. The visit and contacts I ordered were also very affordable. Excellent eye care facility!

My husband and I recommend Lincoln Square eye care, Dr. Ethezaz and her staff was awesome! She is excellent in her field, I am a diabetic and have never been given a diabetic eye exam, she walked me through the process and if I had question she explained thoroughly in laymen’s term so that I could understand. The pricing of our glasses was reasonable and we received them within 2 to 3 weeks. If you are in need of an eye exam and or glasses, please visit her office.

The dr was very nice and gave a thorough exam which I greatly valued. The dr as well as the assistant were very patient and polite. I hope the dr keeps my insurance, because I would like to return and make her my primary eye dr.

This was probably my best experience with an eye doctor! Dr. Ethezaz was very informative, patient and kind. She went out of her way to call my insurance company, since my insurance is through my spouse, and my insurance card didn’t have my group number on it. Would definitely recommend coming here for a great overall experience and top of the line patient care.

Emily was very welcoming and knowledgeable of any questions I had, she asked me a few questions about my preferences and pulled out the perfect pair of glasses that I just had to buy! I had such a good experience getting my eyes tested/ glasses here. Dr. Ethezaz was very kind, friendly and professional, answering all my questions about the tests/ how the exam worked. I always knew what to expect and appreciated her willingness to teach me more about her craft.They have a fairly wide selection of frames and really work with you to navigate your insurance and find the right frames for you. I was able to find frames totally covered by my insurance and they’ll be ready in like two weeks. Amazing.

I had a positive experience from the time I arrived, all through the eye exam, and through determining which frames were the best fit for my face shape.Dr. Ethezaz was very warm, thorough and meticulous about explaining everything she was doing and checking in frequently to see if I had any questions. She was enthusiastic about my eye health with each marker she checked, and explained what she was looking for.During the vision check, I felt unrushed and that we were in it together to determine the best possible prescription for me to see crystal clear. She really took her time and that felt great.Burt was patient and honest when he was helping me find the best frames for my face. There was another young lady working there who also was willing to give her opinion. I found some great frames that look really cool- their help was invaluable.I’m pleased Dr. Ethezaz is in the neighborhood. She’s a great asset here.

I was completely comfortable here. They only see one patient at a time right now for reduced contact due to Covid. The receptionist was very sweet and the eye doctors is amazing. Great service clean friendly and youre not theyre all day. They give you an 11:30 appointment and when you get there at 11:30 they take care of you right away thats what I love about this place as long as I can see Ill be going there.

However, I just moved and was nervous about going to a new optometrist - so it was an absolute pleasure to find Lincoln Square Eyecare. The staff and doctor were attentive, skilled, and welcoming. The space is beautifully designed and the glasses on display were unquestionably modern. Scheduling was easy and the staff was diligent in obtaining the pre-approval for my insurance. LSE is great and convenient. I was there tired right after work and was uplifted by the Doc’s positive attitude. I lost some vision due to working under bad light at my woodshop for too many nights over the years. The doctor actually spent some time with me explaining what needed to be done to help my eyes. She even recommended I get some better prescription safety glasses. She is the best and looks good too. Nice selection of frames and lenses. Loved it!
