Eye doctor Beatriz very good and through with the exam. Very happy with the customer service, especially with Andrea Frias! We were there a number of times lately and every time she was professional, kind & super helpful. She was very knowledgeable about frames, lenses and promotions. She helped us choose a frame for me and my daughter. She was so patient with my 13 year old trying on contact lenses for the first time. Plus she made us aware of all the promotions. I really appreciated it her!

Saw Dr. Bertrus today at the Addison location for a child exam. I was very disappointed with her bedside manner. She was very impatient with my child. Seemed like she was trying to rush through the appointment. Working with children is very difficult, I know but she was rude and didnt try to make my child comfortable during the visit at all. Definitely, wont be returning and I live 2 minutes away. I asked for a copy of the clinical note and the staff tried to give me a hard time. Stating that since the visit wasnt complete there were no notes. I sat there for almost 40 minutes and watched her measure and assess. I actually need a follow up for further testing because of her findings. This whole experience was frustrating but luckily there are better options. I was just too lazy to drive over to the Elston location and see Dr. M Adas. Live and learn.
