Good experience all around. Salesman Charles came out to the house with several samples of what we might want, answered questions about all the products, and weighed the benefits and advantages of each one in comparison to the other. Im glad we went with Nationwide. We vetted two additional companies, and Nationwides estimate was right in the middle, but in service, they far surpassed the other two. Were happy with our new wood flooring, and would recommend Nationwide Floor & Window over larger, national competitors.

I used NFW Chicago for carpeting our master bedroom and tiling our master bath. It was such a pleasant experience working with Charles and his crew that I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my closest friends or family. Charles came out with samples and kept us in the loop throughout the duration of the project. The tile job came out so nice that we never want to leave the bathroom now. Kam, the tile installer did a phenomenal job, was extremely pleasant, and cleaned up afterward! what more could you ask for? I cant wait to remodel the kitchen so I can have these guys back. A+
