Slightly overwhelmed with choices, seemed like they offer more colors than Home Carpet 1, but their sales focus/approach was different too.

They are the best.!! Fifteen years ago I used them to do all my flooring - hardwood and carpet - throughout my condo. I stopped in this weekend to talk about recovering my two bedrooms. Josh went out of his way to help. First, he is very very knowledgeable - he knows all the goods, pros and cons. Secondly, he was so patient and had extreme customer service. I cant wait to decide on what I am going to go with and have them lay it. Superb!!

Conducted business with this company for 10+ years but they just cant seem to get their act together. All sales reps are very pleasant but either extremely overwhelmed or just dont have the systems in place to manage customers. I have waited over a year on a custom rug order and finally have to accept a refund and move on. I would save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

This place has a huge selection of rugs and swatches/samples for ordering something custom. Theres readymade rugs as well but they are $$$$. Customer service is really nice, they are quite helpful in getting you what you like. They also do a remnant sale annually and have a warehouse on Western!
