Going to a dealership can be stressful and overwhelming. Unlike countless others, this dealership was the best! Jorge greeted my family and I with enthusiasm and walked us outside. He took us out for a test drive and showed me the features the vehicle offered. After the test drive we went inside to talk numbers, which usually means going back and forth for hours. NOPE! This was the easiest process. After 1 hour the deal was done. The next day I came to pickup my car and it was spotless. Garry pulled the car up front and reviewed all the safety and tech. Extremely happy to have found this dealer and recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth experience buying a vehicle!!
I have done my research for months and prepped for almost a year for when I went to make my next vehicle purchase. Crossing one vehicle off after another. I have had an SUV for 9 years... my last sedan was a Kia Forte!During my browsing of vehicles online I came across the new K5, which replaced the Optima. My lord... beautiful... and the new Kia Logo on the 2022... breath taking!After careful consideration I knew that I wanted the GT with the GT1 package (I think its called that lol) my preference in color choice was red. I knew these vehicles were rare... but to find out their was one available and ONLY ONE.. and in my color choice... it was a no Brainer to travel the hour it took to get to Quirk.I made sure to schedule the appointment through their internet department... as I know they get paid for me showing up.. everyone should do this! Tough times people!When I came in I met with Mike (Sales Manager). The K5 was on the showroom floor. I asked if I could test drive it.. and since I didnt know the area if I could have someone with me during the test drive.. that is when I was introduced to Gary.. a Product Specialist.Gary was great... Mike the Sales Manager made the process of me getting into the vehicle I wanted very easy. Therefore I would highly recommend Quirk Kia!

We knew the car we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. Frank was very helpful and willing to negotiate (slightly) but wasn’t at all pushy. Our new car was driven out of the showroom and plates were exchanged. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Seriously. No all night ridiculous battles to make a deal. Car mats, registration, and inspection sticker were ready on Monday. Couldn’t have been easier.

People say its near impossible to find a good price during the pandemic and with the chip shortage, but this is not true at Quirk Kia. Needed a part for my Kia, called, they looked it up, had it in stock, went and picked it up. They parts guy was very nice and polite got my part and went home to put the part in the car so I could go to work next day. Would recommend Quirk Kia for parts didnt talk to anyone in sales so cant comment on them, but did talk to someone in service department he was talking to someone who brought there car in and he sounded nice and polite, I asked him were parts department was and told me exactly were to go.
I had the best experience for now the second time at Quirk Kia. Jerry and Christopher were both extremely helpful and made the process super easy and understandable and I left the dealership within a couple hours with a brand new car. I couldn’t recommend this dealer enough! All of my research led me to wanting a Telluride, but after visiting a different Kia dealership closer to home I was SO turned off. They had a very “if you don’t buy it, someone else will” attitude and didn’t really seem to even care enough to even explain the car features to me. When buying a car, I don’t want someone giving me an over the top sales pitch, but I still want you to talk to me and help me make the best decision. I decided to check out Quirk Kia the next day and couldn’t be happier! I was still a little unsure, but Chris took SO much time explaining the features of the car, showing me comparative models as well as used options, and ultimately going through all of the settings with me to get the car set up exactly how I wanted it. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, and very patient with my indecisiveness! I also felt like he really knew the features of the car inside and out. Jerry was also very helpful with my transaction. I’m not exactly sure how their jobs are separated (I was told in the beginning that they don’t have traditional sales people) but together they made a great team and took a lot of the normal anxiety out of the car buying process. Honestly, even the guys not working directly with me were so friendly…something I can’t say about any of the other three dealerships I visited lately. Overall I felt very well taken care of, but at the same time didn’t feel like they were giving me any sleazy sales pitches just so I’d buy the car. As luck would have it, I drove my new car home that day, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone! I very rarely find the time to write long reviews, but these guys totally deserve it!

This place is terrible I cannot wait to get my car from being serviced here. Or lack thereof I should say. They dont take the Kia warranty coupons and I wanted to get my car inspected and none of the totally rediculous reasons for not passing made any sense. I understand that they have a state inspector and that is fine but at least offer what you can to help customers pass. I drove all the way from Seekonk to take my car here because friends recommended it and because I had never been here its like your treated like a outsider with no history and they dont want to help you.

I recently purchased a new KIA Seltos. The people at KIA in Braintree were fabulous. The salesman, Michael Edwards, was terrific in helping me choose my new car. The top dog at this dealership though is Christopher Lomax, Delivery Specialist. When you pick up your new car, he is the person that goes over all of the features and shows you how everything works. He spent a long time explaining everything and was very patient answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed. He was very thorough with his explanations and I left the dealership with a fairly good knowledge of how everything worked. There wasnt any feature that I asked about that he couldnt answer; he certainly knows his vehicles. Christopher always repeated that if I have any questions feel free to contact him. He was very professional, courteous and extremely friendly. He understands customer service and Kia Braintree is lucky to have him on their team and would be doing themselves a great disservice if they let him get away. Okay so I Had a 2021 Kia telluride Ex and had been interested in upgrading to the nightfall package for A WHILE. They sell too fast to go look at one on a lot so i picked one out online. I Got intouch with Jerry at Quirk and let him know that my family (wife and 3 kids) didnt have the patience to travel back and forth multiple times to go over paperwork and I wanted to set everything in place so that we could make the trade-in go smooth and quickly as possible. Thats exactly what happened. Jerry emailed me all the paperwork after making sure the car had exactly what I wanted. The car was supposed to come in 2 weeks, the car came in 6 days. Got the phone call and drove to Braintree and literally pulled up, Jerrys team switched the plates for us, swapped the carseats and left. It was like a carwash except you leave with a new car. I cant even imagine doing this any easier. Thank you Jerry and Quirk team!

What a great experience I had with the dealership and Jerry who helped me out with the process. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and they had the car that I was looking for. They gladly worked with me through phone calls and emails allowing me to complete the whole process without even have to come down to the dealership. I was a bit of a tough cookie but they were able to get me the pricing I was looking for both on my trade in and the new vehicle. They even quickly shipped some accessories I decided to add on last minute onto the car directly to my home that they didnt have in stock at the time so I didnt have to drive back down there to receive them. Nice finishing touch they had someone walk me through all the features and tech in the car. You need to check these guys out!

On Saturday August 14th, 2021, My two daughters and myself went to Kia of Braintree.We are black females.We approached the service desk wanted information on a specific kia carThe black male with whom we spoke with was totally unprofessional and dismissive.His behavior came across to us as if we were wasting his time.Needless to say we left feeling very disrespected and never to return to this dealership.This is not the type of behavior that should be displayed by any sales person.
Save your time, go to another Kia to be taken serious. I had an apppointment, arrived about 10 minutes early, was ignored the salesmen were standing around talking (okay cool it was the end of the day so I didn’t think much of it) when I was finally assisted they took my ID asked me what I was looking for and then informed me they no longer had the item or that trim level in stock (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, they called me and emailed me for the past 3 days including this morning to confirm my appointment.) They could’ve informed me they no longer had what I inquired about in stock oppose to wasting my time.
My wife and I had a great experience at Quirk Kia in braintree leasing our new Kia Seltos. Mike worked with us in the numbers and made things easy to understand and tools care of all the communication with our insurance company. Gary took us on the test drive and after we purchased the car took his time to explain everything about the car. He treated my wife and I like royalty and made us feel like we mattered. I’m traveling from Florida with my family on my awesome Kia Carnaval only 3 months old. During our way here I reached the 5 thousand miles oil changed and I called them on 7/8/21 to schedule an oil changed and of course I explained I was traveling and was returning home on 7/12/21 and the person who answered said sorry my next oil change is only 7/19/21. I called Kia on Norwood and they understood my situation and took me in the next day. Way to go and help the ones in need Kia Braintree!!!

No comparison! The 2020 Sportage drives beautifully and handles turns seamlessly - absolutely love it! Ali Tubaishat was a pleasure to deal with - no gimmicks, no high pressure, no having to sit down w/a finance person — he did it all and got the deal done quickly and professionally! He emailed us the paperwork, we sent it back - and within 2hrs the car was registered and inspected and ready to drive home! It was so nice not to have to sit around for hours haggling over things - easiest and best car buying experience we’ve ever encountered!!
Ask for Ali Tubaishat of Quirk Kia Braintree if you are looking for a quick and painless new car transaction over email/phone or in person. I have an autistic daughter and needed to do an at home transaction via Docusign. From start to finish he lead the process from estimating my current vehicle trade in and figuring out monthly payments that would not break the bank to including every fun amenity and perk possible on my new 2021 Soul EX. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and differences in trim. He will make the numbers work for you to get you what you want on your budget. Ali also dealt with my registry paperwork in record time the day after I signed the contract so I only had to miss two hours of work, and had the car detailed within that time frame to ensure the car was spotless and ready to go. I will be a returning customer, and when I do, I will be sure to ask for Ali!
UPDATE TO REVIEW: Went to a different Kia dealer in the area (Kia of Attleboro) and they found me the same exact car (trim, exterior color & interior color) for $5000 less than Quirk Kia had it for sale. Legitimately the same car (2020 Kia Stinger GT1). They didnt have it in stock, but were awesome about locating it at a dealership in Connecticut and having it delivered in just two days. Purchased the car there for more than $5000 less than Quirk was selling it for and was actually satisfied with the service I received. If possible, take a drive 35 mins south to Kia of Attleboro. Not only to save you money, but to have a good car buying experience.------------I had an extremely disappointing experience recently at the dealership, followed up by a second poor experience with an employee via e-mail.I visited Quirk Kia in Braintree in late April to inquire about a car and take a test drive. The dealership was completely empty with no customers in sight, as the MA stay at home order was in effect due to Covid-19. I ended up working with a salesman named Jerry Hunter who, throughout the entire process, I found to be short, rude and completely uninterested in treating me like a customer. Throughout my entire interaction, Jerry treated me like my being there was an inconvenience. He often spoke to me like I was a child and didnt know what I was talking about. At no point did he show that it was his goal to help get me a new car. To him, it was only about selling the car and making his profit. At one point he even told me not to waste his time and to just tell me what I expected out of the visit. When I inquired about a different dealership in MA that had the same exact car (make, model, year, trim,) at over $3,000 less, Jerry told me that there were no other cars like that in the state. I told him that I was talking to another dealer about the car in question (for $3,000 less) so I know that there are others available. After that, he simply told me to go to the other dealer if thats what I was interested in. Again, never tried to earn my business or treat me like a customer. I left the dealership that day for two reasons. First, I didnt like their price for the car when I know it was available for less elsewhere. But mainly, I left because there was no way on earth I was going to give my business to a salesmen who treated the buying experience so careless.Two days later, I reached out to the dealer via e-mail as I wanted to have an opportunity to share a detailed review of my experience with Jerrys supervisor. I was contacted via e-mail by an employee who simply gave me an e-mail address that I could contact. After looking at the e-mail address, I got suspicious that the person I was told to e-mail was the salesman I spoke with. So I responded back asking for this persons full name and title. I received an e-mail back stating that the person I should contact was named Jerry Hunter & he was the sales manager. I was very surprised for find out that Jerry Hunter was a manager at all, based off his selling technique. Realizing that this person & the salesman I worked with were one and the same, I responded again with my concern. I stated that my experience was with Jerry Hunter, so obviously sharing my thoughts on it with the same person who gave it to me wouldnt do much. I politely requested contact information for his supervisor. The response I received was there is nobody above Jerry Hunter. Really? So Jerry Hunter owns the dealer? There absolutely has to be people within that specific dealership that are above the sales manager. I immediately responded with my concern and that it was impossible that there was not one single person at the dealer that was above Jerry Hunter. I requested to please be given the contact information for the General Manager of the dealership, but received no response at all. Quirk Kia is clearly not interested in learning of experiences their customers have, unless they are positive. Just an awful experience. Stay away would be my recommendation.
Called in originally looking to buy a Tellurides. The sales manager Ali helped a ton to keep me updated with what was on its way in (these are impossible to get). He texted me from his phone with all the details for the car I wanted and let me know when it had arrived. Brought my family down and ended up buying it out right, leaving the same day with it. This was the best business transaction I’ve had to date. Everything was too easy and we got paired with the right guy. Not to mention this truck has everyone in my town breaking their necks when they see it. Get one while you can it’s worth the money!!
Went to Quirk for the Telluride and left with not only a new car, but an outstanding experience. Dan was awesome! He even sat in the back with our screaming toddler and tried to comfort him, while we took at test drive. He was overly nice and answered all of our questions. We also had a great experience with the sales manager Matt. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the car buying process. We will be back. No one attacked us at the door or made us feel pressured into purchasing.

Seamless, painless, wonderful experience! I went in to Quirk Kia to browse different cars, with no real intentions of making a purchase that day. However, salesman Clayton was so helpful and genuine. Even with my pushy father in tow, Clayton remained patient and flexible. I love my new Kia Sorento and will definitely go back when its time to trade up! I was comfortable enough with Clayton that I will be able to leave Dad at home next time! Ladies, you can rest assured that you will have a great, respectable experience and not feel swindled!
This week i had the pleasure of leasing a car from this dealership. It was a pleasure because of Ali Tubaishat, the sales and leasing consultant with whom i met. Ali was great.. He was so personable, knowledgeable, and so helpful. He worked with me to find the right car and leasing plan that best suited my needs and budget. I would highly recommend this Quirk dealership and Ali in particular. I had never leased before, and Ali made the whole experience positive.

Ali Tubaishat was the Salesperson that my wife Ann and I were so fortunate to get when we walked in unannounced to Quirk Kia in Braintree. We told him we needed the lowest lease cost possible but at the same time both Ann and I are car people so we wanted a car we could love for a long time.. Ali recognized what kind of people we were and what we wanted and was immediately in tune with us. Ali showed us three Kia Optimas extremely well equipped for the cost. We drove one and a smaller Kia model for comparison. We settled on the Kia Optima in Silver. However, there was a strict limit to what we could pay and we could not go above that amount - so Ali had his work cut out for him. All of the back-and-forth was handled in a most pleasant and professional manner. Ali brought in Sales Manager Jerry who continued the discussions with the same tenor of good feelings. Thanks to them we finally struck a deal that worked for Ann and I, because Ali and Jerry made it happen.We love our Kia Optima. The drive, steering and cornering performance is exceptional. If you are into safety and electronic features, it has them all.Most important in life are people you can trust. Call and make an appointment with Ali and you will experience exactly what I have described here. I write this about Ali and Jerry because it is true and they should be credited for the fine people they are and their professional ability to make you a very happy new car owner.
I have nothing bad to say about this store. Ive leased two vehicles now from Kia and both times were very easy and the staff was very helpful and informative. Ask for Sean Conway. He did everything to make sure I was getting the best car for what I need and the best deal that I could afford. He showed me all the ins and outs of my new vehicle which made the switch a lot easier. Service is always prompt and straight forward. Ive never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend!

Our salesman was David McCarthy and he worked diligently on our behalf to get me into a vehicle at the monthly payment I needed for my budget!! We are now the proud lessees of a beautiful 2020 Optima!! I cant say enough praises for David as a salesman!! I highly recommend him and this dealership!
Just got my second lease with quirk Kia! Leased the optima 3 years ago and just switched to the Sportage yesterday. Both times I mainly dealt with Ali, who was always super helpful any time I had any questions. Even throughout the entire lease, if I had any questions, I would text him and he would get right back to me! Mostly dealt w Ali but also Jorge and Mike.. all worked together in this most recent lease and they are a great team! Would recommend

The sales people are cold and slick. They embody all of the negative stereotypes of car dealers. I understand when you are in sales, your livelihood depends on commission and time means money. However, you need to be decent and at least pretend you care about customers. This isn’t my first bad experience with Quirk. The first bad experience was in 2003 when I tried purchasing a Mazda. Quirk just has a cold and impersonal business model. If it works for them, then good for them. But bad for customers who want more of a personal interaction and save some money.

Met the salesman Ali and he answered all my questions and let me test drive the same car as many times as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Not at the least pushy and it was very simple to come to terms. The EV Niro is such a value for what it is!!! Im loving it!!!
This is my first Kia and I simply love my New 2018 Horizon Blue Optima LX. I bought it for a 2 year 12k miles per year lease and I am delighted with both the price and the car. I especially love android auto/apple carplay, blind spot monitoring/alert, rear camera park assist & cross traffic alerts.Clayton and Jerry were very professional and got me the lease for an unbelievable price. After my Honda Accord was totaled when someone rear-ended my car, I thought it would be a stressful few weeks to get a new car. But they both made it very easy for me. Jerry even joked that he was in a very good mood and so would offer to lease it for the price that I was ready to pay. I was a little disappointed that the car I got did not have the power seat(convenience package) while the tester car had, but I can live with that. Frank too was very helpful and explained all the features when I went the next day to pick up my new optima.Thanks Quirk Kia and thank you Jerry, Clayton and Frank.
It truly does pain me to write this or rather these reviews however in this situation I find it cathartic for myself and maybe helpful to the consumer who may purchase a vehicle at this location. I’ll all start with finding the model and price that worked for me at Quirk and figured this would be an easy transaction considering the pandemic and the fact that Quirk Kia promotes E-sign which makes purchasing a car fairly simple. Well:The first gentleman I spoke with presented me with a“true price” higher than what the website advertised. He also wanted to know (via text) my credit score, money down and if I’ve ever owned a Kia before. I had no issues giving this info and was told to come in and “we could make a deal” what happened to contact tracing and doing the process online?Next, after expressing my frustration with this associate I was given a number to speak with Frankie who I called but had to leave a message because he was unavailable but he would call me back (neither of which happened).Yesterday Dec 1st I was texting the dealership regarding my frustration, one I lost out on Nov incentives and two lack of a professional business model. I later received a call from (unsure of name) who I described the situation to. This salesman was willing to try to make a deal however he couldn’t locate the car and seemed to think it was sold. I was sitting at my computer with the vehicle still listed on the website as available. I expressed my disappointment professionally and stated that I’m considering writing a review about my experience. Well:This sales agent became verbally HOSTILE and asked if I was personally threatening him, I said I’m threatening to write a review (big difference). I was also referred to as a coward who sat behind his computer and acted as an internet gangster!Let me be clear, I own a large truck with awful mpg and wanted this model of kia (that I have purchased before and was very happy with). I need a car like this because I am a CRITICAL CARE NURSE who cares for Covid patients in the ICU and traveling is a big part of my job. For many front-line workers and especially ICU nurses like myself in direct contact with Covid-19 patients, we live in stressful times during the pandemic and it’s only getting worse. I work extra hours to help with the shortage of skilled ICU Nurses and find great satisfaction being part of the solution battling the virus. The last thing I need is someone belittling me and showing profound disrespect.One thing I am not is someone who sits idiley behind their computer wasting my valuable time writing reviews for no good reason. Another: I have never had anyone disrespect me such that this associate did, I place my life in jeopardy everytime I go to work and try to make a difference and to be treated like this its incomprehensible.My father used to purchase his Buicks from Mr. Quirk back in the late 80s and always had a positive experience. It’s discouraging that this practice no longer exists and one can be so verbally berated over the phone. I figured being the consumer, a bit more respect would be expected.Pease and health to everyone during these times.
