Gorgeous campusHad an amazing time during my college years.

Went to return my rental and had a similar experience as the last reviewer. Told me that I would have to purchase the book because I brought it back in damaged condition even though that is how I received the book. They need more consistency across their employees and company, if they are gonna send me a book in damaged condition then they should take it back in that condition. Or at least an online system that can keep track of condition so that I’m not accused of damaging the book. Will never rent or purchase from this bookstore again, cheaper prices and better customer service is out there.

Loyola, that place to acquire all your ramblers gear. I stopped by to get final four gear.

Went to return my rental and they made me purchase the book because pages were falling out. I told them I got it like that but they said they dont give them out in that condition (but they did).After I left I realized that I paid to purchase the book but they kept it. I bet they will tuck the loose pages back in and rent it out to another student, only to charge them more when they try to return it.Dont get your books here.

On one of the busiest days, when students are returning textbooks, they will do every thing in their power not to open up more registers. One of the most inefficient bookstores I have ever seen.

This place is great at profiling it’s customers! Did I mentioned I am a Loyola alumnus too? Awful experience.

Repeatedly went looking for a book that they said they had but did not even though it was for one of my required classes. They told me a shipment would be coming in soon for the book. I kept going back to the store for about two weeks and they never had it. I eventually didnt even need the book anymore because my class had already moved on leaving me behind.

Beautiful views of the lake and open green spaces make this campus a great place to take classes or just go for a walk

Place for Final Four gear!

Their customer service sucks! I ordered a book in store and they had me wait almost 2 weeks. I eventually requested a refund. Overpriced books and poor customer service. This bookstore is absolute trash!

Buy books online or really just anywhere else. This place is way too expensive. I went there today to get some Loyola merch and ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes. Save your time and money.
