Businesses that when I use my bank catd say I must use it as a debit instead of credit, Im refusing to patronize. There are other business that dont put that requirement on their customers and carry the same merchandise. So I left and I left the merchandise. We hold the power....just learn how to say no more!In response reply about banks security may not be up to par. That comment wasnt professional.In response to their response Most data breaches occurs from within a companys own business where they neglect to install cyber security protocols or their own employee sells customer information. My bank does a phenomenal job of protecting me from merchants and others so I worry if I choose and thats why I have been with them for decades. Customer loyalty. So Im not buying what you are selling.

Theres so many wigs to choose from, I couldnt make up my mind. It was a very good store with great prices.

It was my first time shopping there and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a pretty large store and I had difficulty finding the right products so I welcomed the help they offered. The prices were reasonable, the staff friendly, and the store was fully stocked so I would return for my beauty supply needs.

I was In Chicago a week ago. I went to Sistar beauty and was very pleasantly surprised. I am home now and wished I had gotten a few more things than I did..The service was nice, the store was clean, And my entire experience there was super Great.. I will definitely go back..Yes I will.. This is one of the biggest beauty supply stores in Chicago. If they dont have what you are looking for its not because they dont carry it, it is because it is out of stock because so many people buy from this store. The workers are very helpful, it is very clean and organized and the head of security is a great guy and he even helps customers when the floor workers are busy with other people. I recommend this store highly.

I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. The return/exchange policy is HORRIBLE. Security makes you feel like a criminal the moment you walk through the doors.

I will definitely be back. Walking inside I was taken back at how huge this place is. Tons of wigs and other beauty supplies at reasonable prices. The store was clean and organized which makes shopping easy.

Wide variety of products, hair, wigs you name it. Can find just about anything here which I love. There wigs are overpriced though so if you are not in a rush I recommend looking online for the same wig first

Was upset that they do t tell you about returns or refunds until you check out. If I spend 135.00 on hair I should be able to return. So they just lost a customer?

Chile, I love this place.. I’ve always lived about 30 miles from this beauty supply and it’s always worth the drive. *this is not your average supply store, like they literally have everything. Wigs, weaves, dye, pocket knives, hair dryers, and the list goes on...

Love the large options and clean . I come here often but hate the customer service. I asked an associate if that had Mommner (liquid acrylic). She told me they don’t sell that but they sell acrylic and it’s behind the counter. then asked if they sell acrylic would they have the liquid. She told me no that she works here and She knows what they sell and they don’t have it. She said it with the nastiest attitude. Long story short they sold it behind the counter. I almost left without purchase. Good thing I doubled checked and didn’t go off her reassurance. Know what you sell and teach customers service without attitudes.

Overrated large beauty supply store with the hardly anything that you need. The store stocks a lot of repetitive items and wigs and you would think you would find almost everything here. But that is not the case.

The beauty supply I need to have more people in this building supply they need to have more parking lots for the beauty supplies they need to have like 10 more beauty supplies in the parking lot

I like this store however, today they were out of some of the products that I needed. The security personnel was very kind and welcoming. Some of the staff on the floor could use some additional training, for example when a shopper inquires about a certain product they should walk them over to the product instead of guessing where the product is. Otherwise, I had a great experience today.

The options are great, but you never feel like a customer here. You feel like your being watched constantly by the owners and their hired associates arent really helpful. There are other beauty supply stores that offer better service.

This place is like a super store for hair care products. Its located right next to the I-94 Dan Ryan expressway and has ample parking. They have a really large selection of bundled hair for braiding/weave and wigs as well as a large selection of equipment and accessories. If there is anything a hair stylist/ barber it do it yourselfer would need youd find it here.There are assistants on the floor if you need help finding anything.They take cash credit and debit cards.

Bought the wrong hairb about a month ago, wouldnt give me my money back and Im having the hardest time spending this almost 30.00 credit they gave me.

This place has to have at least 1000 wigs. They have all types of hair for braiding and weaving, hair products, and hair accessories. I come all the way from the north side and my mom comes from the west suburbs.

The store is nice,but people watch you as though everyone steals. That makes you uncomfortable as you shop.

I love coming here for all me & my daughters hair care needs. I also like some of their cosmetics & nail polish. It is very spacious, clean & well organized inside. The young ladies are friendly not with a stuck up dont feel like being bothered attitude.

The employees are mannequins. They stare at you and roboticly move around. Huge store with dull employees/mannequins YAL😰

I went there and I want a pair of houseshoes; every shoe place should have some footies but they didnt and they didnt want me to try them on either so I bought a pair and I tried them on in the car and they were to big and I ask to take them back and they would not take them back. So, dont buy no kind of shoes because they dont have footies stockings. Another thing; they get rid of a braid hair to fast, say you find a hair you like, but next two months its gone or they have raised the price up to double the price.They dont really act like they care about the customers, they just there for the money. I start ordering online!

I love this place. Their selection is awesome. I find something new everytime I go. This place is huge. Every thing is organized and displayed well. They have nice sales. Love the samples. The location was a Toys R us then a Best Buy. I was disappointed when those stores closed, but what a better way to make use of the space. Check it out. Its worth it.

They have a wide selection of items there, me and my sisters just went wig shopping there, the staff can be a bit rude at times but if you ignore that its great!

Just left this store. I was looking to purchase a wig. The Asian woman I approached mumbled and pointed to the item I asked about. When I asked what did she say, only then did she take me to it. She was not at all interested in helping me. The parking lot is beyond FILTHY. THEYLL NEVER GET A DIME FROM ME.
