Nice store, super clean just didnt have a huge selection of things. Lots of space with very little actual products.

Underwhelmed. The gentleman working by the fitting room was terribly rude to my daughter. It was almost closing time, which I understood clearly by the absurd number of times we were reminded. We were simply organizing our selections so that we could return our unwanted items to the racks for them and he very harshly told us we had to leave the dressing room area(we were standing in front of it. I love their products, and I live just a few blocks away, but sadly, after I make a return today, I will not return nor will I purchase their products anywhere else. I have been treated rudely in the past by the staff, and I can let that go, but they made my daughter cry on a day that was supposed to be special. Unforgivable.

Great store right in the heart of Gold Coast. I love finding fun stuff for my teens here.

They’re very expensive even when things are on sale and I don’t like “all genders” changing rooms. Only giving 2 stars because the store design is nice and everything is easy to find.

The clothing and products are very cool here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall one of my favorite Urban Outfitters in Chicago.

Their in-store prices do not match their online prices. When I called to get a price adjustment, the employee told me that they did not necessarily overcharge me and I was responsible for letting them know if there is a price discrepancy. Does it make sense that the customer has to look up every item while they’re in the store shopping? They could not adjust the price or me through the phone or online, I was told I would have to go back to the store to get the price difference refunded.

Good clothes

Sometimes cute fashions for my teen daughter but a lot of the items are not appropriate for her; too many rips in jeans, too low cut. I did, however, find a cute age appropriate a line dress she loved for Christmas and New Year. She even said it is something she would have picked. Be prepared to wait in line. There is usually one cashier and the line is ever so long, which was terrible, especially during holidays.

The clothes are organized, clean, and easy to sort through. It wasnt super crowded and I was there on a weekend afternoon! I really admired their products.

I love this urban outfitters.They always have the best clothing in the area and for some reason have better prices than the other ones. This one in particular is great.I love how they have an upstairs and downstairs it really showcases the great items they have.

For such a large store you would think they would have more inventory dont get me wrong the things they have are in the now and right on Time buy there is just not a lot of it... Almost as if its a front for some mafia business or a group of super hip vampires who dress funky chic and only bite ppl in the gold coast or Lincoln Park. I bought a rug and two wicker square tables that turned my living room into a boss space so I am thankful for that

Searching for tights when they werent exactly in season. The associate saw my sad face when he told me, but told me to wait for a second. After a minute, he brought out a GIANT TUB of discounted, out of season tights JUST FOR ME! I was in Heaven! The extra effort was moving and made my day. Thank you!

Huge store. 3 stories. Nice decor and friendly staff. Have some cool turntables, instant cameras and other tech stuff (they are more expensive than Amazon though) to look at. This store carries some branded clothes such as Adidas and Nike that other stores dont have.

This location is much larger and more luxurious than the old location, which adds to the pleasant shopping experience. I like the guys clothes because the womens are flowy and flimsy. Large guys probably dont like the slimmer cut of the shirts, but it works for women if you want a simpler or tailored look. I also like their jewelry and scents.

This is place exists for the hipster, the indie lover and the people who love being off the beaten path. Not a fan of this store at all anymore. Mens and home department are half the size of what they use to be. The mens selection is not good and the prices are high. You could find a majority of this stuff at good will or a thrift store for way cheaper. Stores have become boring and I could see them closing locations soon because I know they are losing popularity fast. Id skip this store, there are way better options in the neighborhood.

Urban Outfitters is a great place to shop, especially being in a great neighborhood. It has a nice selection of clothing and at very good prices when on sale. In addition to clothing, the accessories are unique and fun.

Having one person working the check out while watching 3 other staff watching me wait in line, was an interesting situation. I understood the lady in front of me was having some difficulty, and the check out assistant was doing her best. I was in no great hurry, but something about that whole experience really seemed unnecessary.

Nice selection, a little overpriced. Ill just visit the surplus shop on Clark.

Great selection, and it is near a bunch of other clothing stores and restaurants. Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier but overall I had a good time shopping there.

Ohhh chicago your stores I swear.... I only came in drunk from the blue agave sorry didnt buy anything not my store. There were lots of other people in there though. Mainly a womens clothing store.

This is the typical Urban Outfitter multi story layout. However when I entered the store there was nothing bright and cheery that caught my eye and absolutely no one talked me or asked me what I was looking for. I have 6 kids kids, they should have asked and I would have bought something.

I miss the old space. This one is beautiful but their inventory is as minimalistic as their design.
