Out of all the Cosmo Prof stores that I have visited this one has the friendliest staff. It makes the constant visits to the beauty supply much easier. The store is always spotless as well.

Great customer service! I was able to exchange the wax I purchased, very friendly, understanding and accommodating staff!

They are so much better now. This is one of the bigger cosmoprof stores I’ve been to, they’re always stocked with what I’m looking for & seemed to have changed some employees. I’ve been to this particular store in total of 4 times, with the first being the worst, every time after has been pleasant. I was hesitant about returning here but I’m so glad I gave them a second chance. Keep up the good work guys.

While in the store the lady was watching my every move, never once asked if I needed any help, just looking annoyed that I was actually in the store.

Wish there was a closer location but its a cosmoprof lol

Everyone was so rude I asked for a recommendation of a good shampoo for moisture and they didnt tell me which one to buy! Never going back ever again and the date of this was Tuesday august 15!
