The worst staff ever I’m African American and they meaning the Black employees are the worst! It’s sad because they are the ones on top of stopping customers from coming in at 7:15 and it’s advertised on Google and the door that the store closes st 7:30PM

I am so happy they are open! They literally have anything you may need for selfcare. The customer service is amazing, I always find what Im looking for. There are usually specials listed on the door, they have a variety of beautiful wigs and hair to choose frm no matter what style you are going for. They also have stylish hats, gloves, scarfs, socks, bags....

They young lady at the register today clearly wasnt in the mood for work. She didnt take the time to explain to the woman at the register that they werent taking credit cards today, so the woman just left. then when it was my turn to check out she just added my items on top of the items that were already on there so when I told her that total was wrong she tried to get an attitude and say well I can ring it over and when she did ring it up again, she then realized that she made a mistake, didnt offer an apology, just real nonchalant and not a good way either. Answered the phone and passed it off to another worker saying here, I dont understand what she wants, I dont have time for this today. Clearly we can see that. Maybe today should have been a call off day for her. I miss the ladies that used to work in there earlier in the year I havent seen them in a while

Good customer service

The store owner was very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to try on a wig and she told me I can only try on 3 wigs and that I could not use the wig cap I had brought with me and to buy one of theirs. Why would I buy another wig cap when I have my own. I didn’t quite understand why so I asked her. Like most women, I like to take my time and find a wig that that I fits me. For instance I might try on more 3 different wig styles because of course there are so many to choose from. She got upset and told me to leave and go to another beauty supply store if I don’t like her rules. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend going there.

Their curbside service is wonderful! The two ladies who work there are friendly, helpful, and patient! I will be back soon.

They have increased their selection of #34 grey hair for braiding and weaving since my last review. Very good to see. Otherwise, they are very well stocked and kept neat.

The store is in the neighborhood so thats a plus. I dont know if the store is under new management, the products I often used to purchase are no longer at this store. Lately Ive noticed a lot of things they used to have arent being sold anymore or run low in stock. I do like that all the sales clerks are very friendly.

Horrible customer service. I was going to buy some brushes there. I had them behind the register. They re priced the brushes and then tried to pretend they didn’t. They even went as far as grabbing other generic brushes at lower price and adding them to my hold like I wouldn’t notice the difference. Complete scam artist. NEVER GO HERE.

Google said they opened at 9. The sign on the door said they opened at 9. I got there at 9:07; the doors were still gated & the lights were still off.

They have a lot of products and customer service is good.

I absolutely hate the owner, this the 2nd time I came in and he was rude and nasty. He told me oh Im about to close in 30 minutes thats after I waited for his trifling azz staff too help me. They never said ish to me and left me in the back of the store for 10min. Fvk this store and I will never do business again. Kiss my entire Azz.

It was lit. I walked right in and found the items I needed and got out in under 10 minutes.

This picture says it all! They kept this brush under lock and key and the Chinese man walked it to the cashier and I paid for it all to get home and see what looks like dandruff, cobwebs, and tan mites at the bottom of the bristles in this wave brush.

It was descent they have many selections but if you cant purchase hair dye remover for your skin why are you a beauty supply??

I had planned on spending $50 or more, the customer service sucks, I asked the owner where the hair was that I was looking for, he didnt know and the two ladies at the counter never came to the floor to help me. I ended up buying 2 things less than $10 dollars. I was very disappointed and will not be going there again!
