Initially had my car taken here by United Equitable, then State Farm came to this shop and let me tell you from start to finish i knew EVERYTHING going on with my car. Alyssa is a doll, beyond sweet never once rude. They even washed and detailed my car! Personally everyone here seems to have issues with their insurance but this shop has worked WONDERS! I highly recommend them!

They had my sons car for a month!! And then they charged an extra $300 plus my deductible for what??

Just got my jeep back today after two months...but it was more so united equitable than the shop itselfThey definitely outdid themselves!!! Car looks like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. Thanks to the mechanics for exceeding my expectations. No complaints...I was patient with them and they were patient with me. Thank you all so much!!!!!!!

I was forced by the insurance company(United Equitable ) to have my car repaired he and thought it was going to be a good experience but it wasnt. They have my car locked inside and are trying to extort a five hundred dollar deductible from me.So Im without my car,until I can get this situation straight. They also wouldnt return the check sent to me from United Equitable. I would strongly suggest not to use this repair shop.They also have poor customer service. And laughed as I stood out front with my car. MY RATING NEGATIVE 10

Do not recommend this place they had my car for two weeks and had to repaint the bumper twice and still could not match the color. I finally gave up and just took my car back the way it was. Paint is not even close to existing color.

They customer service is horrible a bunch of lazy ass people that sit behind a desk and smoke cigeretts all day old man chuck is the owner and shisty as hell i took my car there they had it for a mo .....and the ransacked my whole vehicle .....looking for only God knows what... FROM THE GLOVE BOX TO THE TRUNK the are very rude and obviously thieves too ...NOT TO BE TRUSTED..... BELIEVE ME !!!!! ......

They fixed my car didn’t have a issue seems to me from reading this most of you have issues with your insurance company and not the bossy shop itself I’m a realistic person I do understand that it takes time to fix a car sometimes you have to think to yourself do you want it fixed fast or do you want it fixed right

Bad place to take your Vehicle,took my car their to have the drivers side of my doors repair so we had bad rain last week come out to get in vehicle only to step in a river of water,So I takes my vehicle back up to Grand Body Shop only for the owner to tell me it nothing that they done we done what the insurance company paid them to do,did the insurance company paid you to have leaks in your customers vehicle it wasnt leaking water in my vehicle before you guys work on it never never never, Worst Place every
