I had a substantial amount of damage to my SUV after some drunk guy hit me. I didnt really want to let his out of state insurance have me work with any of their recommended body shops. So I contacted Lexus and asked if they had any shops they could recommend instead, thats when I was introduced to Mr. Hernan. He has an office in the service department at Lexus. He was very easy to work with as everything was explained thoroughly, he and Jack and the rest of the team over at fix auto Chicago that worked on my car went the extra mile to make my car look brand new again. I realised my rear lights were out two days later . So I contacted Jack and he assured me that it will be taken care of, he asked me to bring it in right away. I spent maybe ten minutes at the body shop location where he was able to resolve the issue in minutes. I would highly recommend this shop. They were very professional and in my opinion very polite. I was involved in an accident, and Fix Auto is where the Lexus dealer sent me for the body work. I dealt with Juan personally, although receptionist and everyone else was very courteous and responsive as well. My car looks PERFECT, literally brand new and better than before. The body work took 24 days, which was a long time (parts took a while to arrive, plus insurance adjuster delays) but I was updated with texts on a regular basis. When I picked it up, it looked truly new. They even cleaned my car’s interior, practically detailed it! Juan pointed out that I was missing a plastic trim piece on a different part of the car from the accident, which he replaced free of charge. So nice!!! Recommend Fix Auto 110% 👍🏼

On Feb.24,2021 I brought my vehicle to the Fix Auto Shop located at 4700 W. Fullerton in Chicago. When I got my vehicle back after service, I noticed previous damage to my vehicle that I had overlooked previously.I made an irrational judgement upon taking my vehicle back in my possession and accused that shop of causing that damage. I even wrote a review on the website to that regard.I was granted the opportunity to speak in person with the owner of the company, Peter Reszczynski, and he was able to show me the area on my vehicle that I had previously overlooked before the service was conducted by showing me photos of my vehicle prior to any work being done. It was clear that the area I was concerned about was damaged when I brought the vehicle in for service. It is with my sincerest apologies to Peter, to the estimator Aurelio, and to anyone else that was affected by my premature judgement of the job that was done that I post this notice and to proclaim that Fix Auto is an excellent place to take a vehicle for service and/or repair, In fact, this location performed work on my vehicle(the same vehicle in this narrative) previously with my total satisfaction, that is why I returned for this service. The photos from the previous job also showed the damage that I had overlooked. I must make a public apology to Peter and Aurelio for the unfavorable light I must have demonstrated. This is a shop that does excellent work and makes sure it is a thorough job completed to my, and any customers satisfaction.

I cant tell you how happy I was that I chose Fix Auto to repair my Lexus NX300 after I got into an accident. My motorcycle broke down in front of their shop and they came outside and asked if I needed any help and let me come inside while I waited for a tow. they also ended up FIXING my bike and saving me a tow. Thats exactly the problem, i went in to get an estimate for an insurance claim that they said they would email to me. they took pictures and everything. I never got an email and whenever i tried calling no one answered

FixIt Auto was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. This was my first time using their services so I was a little suspect. I had to use them cause of insurance partnerships. I had a hit run with my husbands car at Lexus and although the insurance made us responsible for the deductible I Fix Auto Hernan was very professional and explained the process in great detail, and made the fact that the insurance side (sucks) I felt they honored my request of all original parts to be replaced and kept me updated on the repairs and actually completed it ahead of schedule with a lifetime warranty.
