Jerry and his crew are the best!

Really liked this place until they stopped taking credit cards over the phone. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering lumber. Ill take my business elsewhere that delivers to save me a trip into town if you guys want to be like that.

This place has gone downhill for sure. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Pretty sad they can’t even keep managers around, always someone new. It says a lot when management won’t stick around. Maybe that’s why the customer service is so bad! For a while last year orders were actually getting out in a timely manner and the employees actually cared about their customers, wish I could say the same now. Better wake up or you’ll just continue to keep losing customers.

These guys always take care of their customers. I ordered some doors and the product that arrived was wrong, they happily took care of the problem and got me what I needed. Pays to shop locally.
