I just moved to Cheyenne, in a little bit of a hurry to get some furniture (esp. a bed!) since I arrived on a Friday with a packed SUV & started a full-time job the following Monday. These guys were friendly, responded quickly, and put together a great set for my new home!I’m very grateful for their stellar customer service and flexibility in explaining how the whole set up works/different ways they can make it work. Everything was unbelievably clean too, appears brand new!Thank you for such a positive experience during my introduction to Cheyenne!!

They general man that I dealt with was very nice and very helpful. I was able to get me a washer and dryer. I was tight in money and he worked me. I would go back their for anything that I need for my house.

My experience with the Guys at the Cheyenne location are great!! I talked to Dave from my home in Texas before moving. He was super nice and friendly! Once I was in Cheyenne, I went in and picked out what I wanted. Again Dave was super! He delivered my furniture along with Mike and I cannot say enough good things about these two. Both were very polite and took the time to set up the furniture (after lugging up 3 flights of stairs). They are both great!!!! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture!!!

These guys are terrific! Dave and Jason are very easy to work with. The store had reasonable prices and a decent selection. I selected the option for rental furniture and they went out of their way to help me get what I needed. Dave and Mike delivered everything on the promised delivery date with no issues. These two took great care in getting the furniture upstairs and assembled, and even set up the television to make sure everything worked properly. Go check these guys out - I highly recommend them!

We have been RentAll customers for around 10 years. The employees have always taken real good care of us. We opened a new account, just the other day. We had a new coach and loveseat delivered to the house. After the delivery drivers left, I had a question about one of the zippers on my new loveseat, and called the center for help. The delivery drivers were back at my place within 20 min to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied with my rental. I highly recommend this company.

I have always purchased my furniture here and my T.Vs. Their customer service is excellent they all have wonderful personalities and always make you feel welcomed. Its a great environment and I would not go to any other rental place.

They are always nice they explain everything before we get anything and ask if we need anything before we do anything and always good people around when you need to ask something and never push to get anything.

Worst experience of my life, if you ask these guys questions before you sign the contract they will lie right to your face, when you confront them about anything they told you they say we have lawyers and you signed the contract. If you have any options at all, even not having furniture, would be better than doing business with these guys.Also some pretty serious allegations on the news for the delivery guy who comes in your house with your family.Just saying.Beware beware beware.(They said they would get the lawyers involved for slander if I went online and posted any of this)
