This is not a bad review towards the company but towards one of its employees. When driving a company vehicle, double check your mirrors before changing lanes. Almost caused and accident.

We have an older refrigerator that was leaking from some unknown source under the appliance. We called That Appliance Guy for the first time for this repair. The serviceman, Matt, was the definition of professional. His services were provided very promptly, indeed faster than we expected, by far. Further little needed repaired, but what did, he repaired on the spot.

Dryer was not heating, I am in a Rental, the rental agency used this repair company. Not only did they not fix the appliance after multiple appointments, often they would either be late to the appointment or have to reschedule. When they would appear, they would leave a mess for me to clean up without even mentioning anything. Also, when I would call their office to inquire about their whereabouts especially with their lack of punctuality, they would hang up on me. Very disappointing service. If it would have been my dryer, I would have bought a new one instead of calling them.

Ryan was very honest and professional! He had a great attitude and taught me how to use my washer after 10 years of thinking it was broke! Thank you for your phenomenal service!

Incapable of or unwilling to work on restaurant grade equipment. They do residential OK. Dont have the equipment or licensing to deal with freon.

Matt is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and punctual. He diagnosed and fixed a noise problem in my fridge, showed me how to replace a water filter that was stuck, replaced the leaking seal in my vintage dishwasher, and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my vintage oven. Hes really gone the extra mile!

He was friendly and figured thenissuenout with pur fridge that no one else in town would even come look at because it was a Samsung. I appreciate the fact he was able to repair it when everyone else said to go buy a new one. He did say to stay away from Samsung and LG in the future. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted them to find a replacement part for my dryer, they sent photos to confirm the parts and then I never heard back from them.

On time and professional, but not very knowledgeable. Spent an hour trying to find a problem with my fridge, couldnt figure it out; tried to sell me on replacing a part he couldnt even say for sure was bad. Still charged me a service fee. Another provider found the problem within 2 minutes, and it wasnt related to what this guy said at all.

At first, was very helpful. However after replacing the mother board in the refrigerator, absolutely nothing was fixed and still having same problem as before. Only difference is, we are out $350 for absolutely nothing. Now, they will not return calls or respond to several voicemails left. We have been without a working refrigerator for 5weeks now. Feel like they got our money, and they don’t care if their service was adequate or not.

He did not actually look at the machine ok n his first visit, then when he came out the 2nd time and i asked him why not, he became very defensive. Threatening not to return to my home to finish the job, rather than just explain he relied on his experience? Seemed to be a hot headed, hot tempered person. Not my first call for future jobs. Though job did get done correctly. Temperment is not what i would want from a so called professional in the industry. Proceed with caution here. Dont ask questions or get your head bit off.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable about appliance

I needed to have my dryer repaired. No other repair shop was able to respond any sooner than one week. Matt was there within 3 hours and did an awesome job for a very reasonable price.

Within this past month I got a washer and dryer and a stove from that appliance guy they are the best the best washer and dryer I could have received Cabrio and it is huge and has agitator and I absolutely love it plus I got a new stove and it is just beautiful and it is almost like a gas stove it works great they installed it and got it working for me I could not be more happy! Matthew and his staff are professional friendly knowledgeable and I would recommend them to any of my friends way to go that appliance guy!!!!

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He didnt want to make a mess of my hardwood floors so he removed my dishwasher and brought it to his shop to work on at no additional cost. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future.

Avoid this con artist! Bought washer and dryer - had delivered to house. He said free delivery but turned out that he only brought it to the yard - wanted to charge extra $60 to help get it in the house. Have used it for 3 weeks - the dryer has always had an annoying thump - and now the washer will not agitate or spin. It is still under warranty but from the reviews I have read about the warranty and from the dishonest and rude service I have already experienced from this guy, theres no way I am dealing with him again. I have called B & B to repair the washer.

Well there is not much to tell . The guys came out looked at my fridge and there was no anything they could do.

Put my washer back together and left a piece out of and said I dont need it. Now my washer is not draining correctly. He said its not related. Job never finished correctly the first time.

Poor!very poor! Not good to his word. He put a set up on the garage sale site. He said he would hold it for me. I told him I would be in to pay him that afternoon. He said they was open from 10-5. When I got there at 200 pm there was a sign on the door that they was closed. He had another person who was confused as well. I text him he said he would be there in 15 mins. When I came back to pay him 20 mins later. I was informed that the set I was told was mine had been sold. I believe you are as good as your word. No offer for another set at the price. Nothing!

Do NOT use these guys!!!! I had a washer that worked but was making noise. They picked it up and charged me half of what it would cost to buy new. They dropped the washer off while I was at work and when I returned home there were black marks all over my carpet from their dolly. I left voice mails but never received a return phone call. Couple days later I used the machine. It had many more issues than when they picked it up including new squeaks and now shuts down during the spin cycle. They came out again and now want the other half of the money it would have cost to buy new to fix what they broke! Lesson learned.Update. After having 2 more guys out both said the work that was done shouldnt have been completed like it was. Turns out Im shopping for a new machine. Thanks thieves for ripping me off. Wish there was a lower rating.

Awesome experience with That appliance guy Matt! As we are new here, you never know who to call (thats good) when things break beyond your know-how. After 2 weeks of our ice maker on its last leg, I gave him a call. He came out next day, as I called at 4 something, and was on time, checked on what was going on, listened to my story of what it was doing, and found a solution quickly. It needed a new part to repair, and he was upfront and specific on cost, so we could decide to proceed with fixing or not. He had the new part ordered and installed a few days later, and he called me to reschedule a time to install. He really made himself available right away and provided great customer service. Everything has a 90 day guarantee on all parts and labor, though I doubt itll be needed. I will definitely reccomend him to others and will call on him again in the future!

Terrible experience for my friend. They purchased a washer and dryer. The washer came broken and rusty. After two visits to fix the problem, the machine was still not fixed. Now he is avoiding their calls and refusing to fix it for free within the 90 days. Very very disappointing. He has a terrible manner when talking to a woman.

Horrible! Tryed to sell me a used part with the same problem as the one i was replacing. Said it was new and tryed to charge as if it was, even upped the price on the phone.

Was not told the work would not be warrantied in Laramie when ordered to be put in Laramie. Dryer failed in 2 months, and no work would be performed. Would have to drive it back to Cheyenne to have it fixed.
