I have been renting for nearly 2 years now and have always had the best experience from the Cheyenne RAC staff. They are always on top of everything and make sure you have effortless service every single time. I had to move at one point and they made sure they could help us get it to our new place. Will always look here for future services. What I genuinely appreciate most is that after being a customer for a time, they do not change. They are consistent in performance and highly recommended their services. 👌🏽

After a horrendous experience with Aarons, I called Rent A Center and spoke with Abe. I asked questions regarding what they had available and how quickly it could be delivered. He was regretful that they couldnt deliver that day, it was about noon on Saturday. Considering the fact that we had just waited multiple weeks and had the delivery rescheduled three times with Aarons, this was a breath of fresh air. I was thankful that they could even deliver as soon as Monday! He told us to come on in, or he could do it all over the phone which is very convenient. We went in, spoke with another individual in the store who was helpful and very straight forward. He got to the point immediately and everything he told us was truthful. We also met the delivery personnel. Both the sales associate and delivery personnel were pleasant and sincerely felt sorry for the way the other company acted. It was like they took it upon themselves to make up for what Aarons did wrong. They delivered the washer and dryer first thing Monday morning, efficiently and professionally. A day or two later, we received a follow up phone call from Abe to ensure that everything was well. All in all, we had an amazing experience!

The worst looks on a predjudice face do not go there shop on facebook marketplace or craigslist because you will find a better value .

All around a great experience. The person we worked with did an excellent job working around the covid regulations to get us taken care of in store. We got same day delivery and the delivery guys were professional, courteous and quick. This seems like a company that actually wants your business and it shows.

Always and always will be the best rental store to go to but thats just my opinion.

I just moved to Cheyenne from Fort Collins training to be an assistant superintendent, I applied for RAC and was told they’d get back to me in 10 min. I call back the next day after getting ghosted and am told I can’t get approved because my address had items stolen sometime in the past.(p.s) I’ve been here one month now. Luckily because of this I found Aaron’s the same day. Instead of paying $1300 for a switch from RAC I’m paying under $800 and if I pay it off under four months it’s about $525, the best part is it’s under half the price and In the same parking lot please don’t pass up the opportunity of a good deal and check out Aaron’s

Avoid. I would give 0 stars if I could. The price will fluctuate with no notice and even the witch of a store manage can’t tell you why. She is known to be rude. Please find new management for this location. You are much better off to go to Aaron’s which is right next door.

Ever!!! complete headache no comunicatio n i really felt as if i was in the early racism life with the 3 attempts to talk to the supervisor she was just no comunication no people skills no paitence .... Just terriable she try to be little people if i could press charges on her for discrimination i so would .i hope every one relizes wat kind of un professional buisness they run.
