I had placed an order (approx $400) one item was still being processed while the others had been shipped. I changed my mind on the item still being processed, so I contacted Coach outlet to have them cancel that part of my order. I received a response the next morning denying my request stating:“We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. As such, your order cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, you are welcome to return or exchange your order within the next 30 days using the return form and shipping label included in your package. Please click here for additional details. “30 minutes later I got an email informing me the item was processed and shipped and charged to my credit card. Shame on Coach, every other brand name does it, but you don’t. I might just return all 3 things and keep my $400.

Not to bussy but crasy

Shops there tend to trick customers into buying stuff by using fraudulent price tags. I went to the Coach store and bought a purse. I made sure with the salesperson at least three times that the price on the purse was correct. I was charged with a much higher price at the counter but I only noticed after I paid and left, since obviously no one told me that there had been a mistake or change of the price. I called Coach store several times to get to their manager only to be told that the higher price was actually correct in their system and that they just forgot to update the price tag so there was nothing they could do about it. Then I tried to call Metzingen Outlets but nobody cares either. Extremely unpleasant shopping experience. Everyone who goes there should be very cautious about their promotion tricks and pay extra attention when paying.

Ive never been treated so rudely in a store in my life! The saleswomen do not even think about serving one (I was the only customer in the store), preferring to stand in small groups and gossip.
