Out of all the Vera Bradley stores, this one is my favorite. They have clean stores, always in stock and have new designs very often. One time I went in here about a year ago and they gave me two free $15 purses. When I went to check out they just said, Dont worry about it, we have you covered. The person behind me had the same purse, but did not have the same deal, and they spent around the same amount on the same things.

This store was fabulous! I had bought a wallet from a different store and could not find a matching lanyard there. So when I could not find it in this store I asked the sales woman if they had any and she searched long and hard and found me one! I appreciated all the trouble she went to and I finally have the lanyard i was searching for! I would recommend this store location based on excellent customer service!! Not to mention all of the good deals they have on items around the holidays!

My wife bought a bag online that was smaller than she thought it would me. So we went to the outlet store to return it, but she then ended up finding another larger bag that she ended up liking. They currently having 50% off + 30% off sale, so they ended up basically the same price.

This is my second visit in 2 weeks. I would have given 5 stars except I’m a bit confused. When I came in this time I asked about RFID protection. I had heard it was throughout the Vera Bradley line. The gal told me the way the line can afford to have their products discounted is to eliminate the RFID protection. Also, there were no RFID products in the store. I did purchase a Twist Close RFID wallet. So, which is it? RFID or not?
My fav stop in Chesterfield. Never miss stopping when I get down there. Always a good selection and always good sales.
