I have been coming to J&M in Chesterfield since they opened. The manager, Joe, and his staff are top notch and Joe in particular has been great to work with. Ive bought several pairs of shoes, boots, shirts, coats, and Ive been impressed with the quality on every item. I get several compliments on their shoes and shirts. I also bought a pair of boots for my wife recently and she loves them. Highly recommend this store and their products.

I bought my first pair of nice dress shoes from J&M at the West County Mall, but since the outlet store is right next to my house,I went there just to check it out. I ended up getting 4 pairs of dress shoes. Why? Because I felt like I was in such good hands being taken care of by Joe (the manager) who also sold me my first pair when he was at the West County Mall. He works 6 days a week and is super passionate about shoes and will love to find the right pair for you. He helped a guy for hours and at one point had 41 boxes of shoes out for him... and he didnt care the slightest bit. He stands by J&Ms products and will take care of you if there is ever an issue, no questions asked. Treat him with respect and have a little fun with him and hell make the shoe buying experience an awesome one.
