I love this outlet store. The prices are always amazing and the staff is courteous and not all up in your face while you shop. I recommend Wilson’s. I love my bags!

I went into Wilson leather store on 1/18/2020 and experienced something that I haven’t experience in many years and that’s great customer service, she was the manager with a great attitude and very patient, which made me buy something and my sister purchased 3 leather jackets to my 1. service was excellent. Happy to know it’s still some great human beings in the world regardless of our race or nationality.

I had an amazing experience at the Chesterfield Outlet Mall location. Vincenta (I hope I have name right...It was on receipt of who cashed me out) was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming. She helped me find the perfect jacket! It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was amazing! I was in and out in 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this store to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Ive been to this store three times in the last 3 years two of which they left the sensor tags on the merchandise after it was sold. There are no alarms to check to make sure they were not missed at the store and it is quite embarrassing to go through this twice for paid merchandise.

They have great deals. Hate to see them go.

I had no idea Wilsons Leather had such a wide range of jackets and brands to choose from! I found two really nice Michael Kors coats at a great price and was excited to receive an additional 20% off my purchase. The service here is also amazing...Thank you, Gary for all your help!

I witnessed a poor display of customer service when I visited this location with a friend. She drove over an hour to return an item she purchased online, and they would not accept it because she used Paypal. To me, they know how big of an inconvenience making the trip was for her and they should be more considerate. The Manager wasnt very friendly, and didnt even want to give out the store managers name. I have worked in retail in the past, and this was not how I would have handled the situation. Wilsons needs to get with the times and update their return/exchange policy. If someone has a receipt or proof of purchase, there should be no questions asked. They also need some sort of dress code. Seeing the Mangers butt crack when she bent over was real classy.
