We just submitted an order for a model Y. We had a wonderful experience and all of our questions were answered. I want to also give a major tip of my cap to our Tesla representative, Dylan. Along with the rest of the staff, he was knowledgeable, not pushy, and went above and beyond to accommodate us with test drives to relieve any concerns we had going electric. An absolute pleasure to work with.
Since the app won’t let me send my feedback for the service center survey (“survey submission failed”), I’ll submit it here:If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with the service we received. Weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment and asked them to check our tire treads in case they needed replacing. They said we around likely need them replaced and that they had them available to replace at our service appointment. Shortly before the appointment, they said they didn’t have them in stock and that we would need to reschedule. We needed to bring the car in for other sensor issues and agreed to bring it in the following week for tires. They said they weren’t sure if they would have the original tires in stock by then but that they could get us some other, better and less expensive tires (a full set) with the appointment the following week. We brought the car in and when we got the invoice through the app, we could tell that they not only put on the wrong tires but only 2. We tried calling the service center several times, but the automated system kept saying to use the app and then hung up. We were only able to get through after over an hour of attempting to call by using a phone number different than that tied to the account. When we talked to the service rep, he said that whoever said he could order us other tires shouldn’t have said that and that they only do stock tires. We went on to say that even still, we asked for 4 tires and they only gave us 2. Service center said we’ll have to come back next week for the other 2 tires. This will be THREE TRIPS to try and get new tires for our car. They aren’t even able to offer us a loaner vehicle, so this is hours and hours of wasted, interrupted time in our incredibly busy schedules to coordinate us driving back and forth several times and carpooling to accommodate the mistakes that that they service center unapologetically made. Extremely disappointed with our service experience and with the extremely glitchy app and automated phone robot that won’t put us through to an actual person that could maybe (but apparently unlikely) help us.
Took my vehicle here after I had to file an insurance claim for damage from a wreck. I dealt with Logan throughout the entire repair process. He was beyond helpful and answered any of my questions thoroughly and quickly. I wouldnt take my Tesla anywhere else after such an amazing experience.
The service experience was honestly awesome and the entire team went above and beyond.Unfortunately, the vehicle had a major malfunction very early on, but Frank and Scott got me in super quick, the parts arrived well ahead of the expected delivery time, my vehicle was actually worked on my the shop foreman which is always reassuring, the loaner I was given was outstanding and I was even able to pick the car up and drop the loaner back off after hours.I originally wrote a pretty critical review directly to Tesla because I was concerned there might have been some minor cosmetic damage done during the service, but in hindsight, I realize that could have happened anywhere and was probably unfair to assume.Overall, I’m in love with my new Model 3 Performance and am legitimately grateful for all the hard work from the entire service department!
Made appointment at the Chesterfield Tesla Service center because my rear spoiler was loose. While there I asked them to check a minor gap in the plastic around the right rear fender well and buff out 2 small blemishes in the paint. My Service advisor was very attentive and every employee I passed greeted me politely. Each of my concerns were addressed perfectly and I couldnt be happier with the service. Love my 2021 Model Y performance after 7 months and 10k miles of ownership. Thanks!

Very poor service department. I purchased tesla and gave me the key not much explanation Goodness I have previous Tesla. They supposed to mail check due to overpayment no check has arrived yet. Late but paper work arrived. Very hard to talk to service department. Phone always leave massage. Hardly I got to speak to any one in service department
The Chesterfield Tesla dealership has failed to deliver my car on three separate occasions and clearly are not concerned about going above and beyond for their customers. Matt McDaniel, Customer Experience Manager is completely disconnected from what is happening at his dealership and I was appalled to have Mohammed ( what appeared to be) an outright lie on two occasions. Absolutely shocked to see the lackof customer service. It’s scary what can happen when a company stands on their product and not on their product and service combined. Shame on them for not delivering on what they should be capable of doing, but clearly decided that their customers are not important. . Look forward to sharing my poor experience with as many people as I can. Not sure how a great experience that I was truly excited about went so wrong!Thanks Matt and Mohammed for making something so special so wrong!
Great staff. As with all locations, dont attempt to get a test drive at the start of a quarter. Biggest regret not ordering earlier.
Did a test drive. Mandy was knowledgeable, polite, and maintained proper covid protocols. Building was clean and professional. Model Y was so amazing. Thought it was a great car for me before. The SUV was so much better than I thought.

Tough to get a hold of anyone. I have been having issues with screen in my 2018 model S for 1.5 yrs. Keeps freezing and can take 2 to 3 minutes before it responds. Command function in my car is slow. Car was great in the first year but now it feels like an old computer. Each time I visit, they say to restart and say all the checks pass. I would be careful buying a tesla.

One think I dont understand, you have big empty lots to uploading cars, but you need put in danger drivers. And ask them upload from street.... I dont see any sense in this. Only if some get hit you will change your opinion on that, sad, only this way people will realize.

A really great first experience. Brian was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job of answering our questions and explaining features and options. Absolutely no pressure environment and the facility was top notch. The test drive was thrilling and we are excited to take delivery of our Model Y in a few weeks.
I test drove a Tesla Model 3 and had a blast.
Staff was very knowledgeable and professional.Show room is setup in a minimalistic manner that complements the cars.The cars .... wow!!!Test drove the model X and the Model Y.Both cars are perfect for the customers they are slotted for, the Y brings over the pure minimalist interior that the 3 introduced but changed up just enough to set it aside from its sibling.The change to the roof was jaw dropping, but surprising. I would have thought it would have been blinding on a sunny day but it wasnt.Then the X.The car is starting to show its age but its still a head turner.The air ride steps up the game from the Y to give it a more luxurious ride.Of the 2 I prefer the more traditional instrument cluster with a separate center stack but the one on the Y was easy to adjust too.If you are looking at the 6 seat I would suggest the 7, the second row captain seats in the 6 seater dont fold down so it limits your overall storage space and you get to pocket some change with the money you save.You cant go wrong with any of their cars and the people here are great.
Mandy was fantastic. Any questions I had were answered right after I was done with my test drive. Wanted to test drive the model x but sadly they didn’t have on available for myself just walking in. Nothing was pushed to sign paperwork to buy that day. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a car like other dealerships. Overall I would recommend to talk to Mandy about any questions or concerns you will have

Tesla was great, I got a 30 min. Test drive and sales person John was very nice on showing me what the car does and how to operate all the functions of the car.

The car is great! I have had it for 2 years. The distance the car goes on a charge is not even close to the advertised amount. The only really significant problem with the car is the service. No loaners, 2 and a half hours to rotate and balance. When I first bought the car I had snow tires out on before I even saw the car. A tire was damaged in the process and can you believe they charged me? Really the absolute worst service for any car I have had.
Always a great and fast experience. All manufacturers should follow their way of serving the customers.

I dont know why the salesperson was so disrespectful. The majority of the buying process was done online.Once the delivery was setup, I was there for the delivery, the salesman. Brad sent incorrect Buyers Order was sent to the bank.I get there to pickup the car, Im told by Brad we need the 1388 cash for the negative equity on the trade. My bank rep called Tesla, the double check ✔ 😎 the numbers before printing checks. I had the down-payment and cost for the car. The negative equity shows on the buyers order and will be rolled into the loan.Brad and I had a lengthy discussion, instead of admitting fault, he just kept apologizing but insisted I cannot take delivery until this 1388 is taking care of. I asked for the manager, Sam was no help either, Sam told me to go home and reconstruct my loan to include the 1388, he couldnt release the car. I said, Youre gonna jeopardize a deal for 1388? Sam replied, Yes.
Jannett is awesome we got to test drive a tesla she was really nice and knowledgeable she was also bilingual so it helped 100% she gave us all the details about owning a new tesla and was very professional i loved the experience 🥰

I worked with Dyllan primarily on locating and purchasing a used inventory Model S. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the customer service of a relatively young car company but it was excellent. Dyllan was helpful and knowledgeable at every step but not pushy in any way. I have a lot of confidence in the chesterfield Tesla location after my experience with Dyllan and the overall buying experience.
The service department works only from 10am-5pm, and you cant really get a Tesla serviced elsewhere... I had an urgent and concerning problem with the car and I drove it in at 5:30pm, and the salesperson there (Brad) did not have any technical knowledge about the problem and refused to contact anyone who did... he didnt care. Theyll be happy to sell you a car, but Teslas have a lot of quality issues, and if you want to get them fixed, they will do it when its convenient for them (usually 2 wks later), not right away. If they fix it at all. Hope it doesnt catch on fire.
Bought a used model s and picked it up at St. Louis chesterfield Tesla store. They had washed exterior but Inside was dirty. Windows had gunk all over them, found a used q tip in the console, seats were dirty. And about an hour outside St. Louis (we were headed home to Arkansas) noticed the tire pressure light was on. Each tire had about 35-37 psi instead of the 45 suggested. And the “staff” in St. Louis was not very attentive. Very disappointing. I’m very happy with the car. But we Expected better from Tesla.
Arrived for my appointment at 10:00 am. I scheduled a yearly general service appointment. They advised me that there were no loaner cars at the time because it is first come first serve. I’m not sure what time you would need to arrive to get a loaner. My choices were to get an Uber or wait 3 hours for my car to be ready. They only have 4 chairs available in waiting. I had to sit on the concrete floor in the sales room until a chair freed up. If they had just let me know that they didn’t have any available loaners, I would have made other arrangements before I drove 30min to my appointment.
Brad was great. Answered all my questions and let me test drive the car two different times. Spoke with Danny the service manager for 30 minutes to calm my concerns of buying my first full electric car. Ordered it the next day. Cant wait to take delivery and put it to the real test. I went to Tesla for a test drive that I had scheduled online. It was supposed to be contactless and I was told to call a number when I arrived. No matter what I did I could not reach anyone through their auto attendant. Regardless I went inside and talked to a sales rep, very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure, and a very pleasant test drive.
Great, clean, modern showroom. Salesmen are not pushy. Coffee machine and kids toys if youll be there for a while, and comfy chairs. We had a good experience with our test drive. Theres a charging station out front as well.

I went in to test drive one of the cars because I was interested in possibly getting one. So I asked Sam if I could but he said we only let people test drive who are looking to purchase, I just wanted to know why he turned down my request to test drive? Just because I’m 20 years old does not mean I can’t afford it, I felt a little embarrassed to be honest. You should never turn down a customer based on looks, just saying.

CJ and her service team were amazing! I came in unscheduled, under threat of tornadoes, while out of town in the middle of a road trip and they took me in and took care of me without a second thought. I truly appreciate the care and understanding of the team at the Chesterfield location!!
Quite different from a traditional dealership. No pressure. If you need to buy you still need to do it online. They are there to guide you if you need help and test drive. Two words simple and efficient.
Regardless of whether you can afford a Tesla or not, take some time to visit! No pressure at all to buy, all of my questions answered, and my kids were allowed to get in the cars and look around! Cant recommend enough! Thank you all for a great experience!
The guys up here at Tesla are awesome! They even gave me an umbrella! We are shopping for options and they handled us so well and made us feel like we were part of the Tesla family! We definitely plan to lease in the near future and it was these guys that helped us pick out which vehicles we really wanted, try all the top amenities, and choose the best option for having the vehicle in our possession. Now, we are just rearranging things so we can relaunch and secure our Tesla lease by the end of the year.

It was amazing the car was awesome I test drove it Tesla model 3 the service agents there were incredibly polite and super helpful. I found out that none of the employees there are commission paid their all salary so theyre there just to help you get a cool car and have a nice chat if thats what you want. Nothing was forced on me, the place is super clean and it smells clean. I WILL be buying a car in 17 months.
Super friendly here. Had a great delivery experience back in March for my Model 3. The service department is always responsive when I send them an email. The buying process was smooth and I spent less than an hour taking delivery. This is the way car buying should be. All the paperwork done ahead of time...no upselling...no haggling over pennies on commission. Just easy. Best car I have ever had!!

Went to Tesla showroom yesterday. The sales rep had no interest. May be because he does not work on commission. He kept doing something in his phone. Never bothered to get up and show. Most of the sales rep were the same.When I finally got him to take his eye off the phone and asked basic questions like dimension of Y, he did not know. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This was my first time visiting a Tesla store and I have to say, I was impressed by how clean, responsive, and knowledgeable the staff was.If youre thinking about buying a new car, consider one that can filter and vaporize airborne contaminants and pollutants to provide you clean, air conditioned air. Consider one that doesnt pollute the planet to take you to the grocery store. Consider one that is made right here in The United States. And consider one that can take you to the grocery store. Without you actually driving it yourself. Consider a Tesla.As I was leaving, I did a little lawnwork [like I said, BIG Tesla fanboy]. Not recommended.
Brian and Dylan were very helpful throughout. Made purchasing experience a pleasure.Service is as awful as it could be. Travelled from a far away town, handed over to service for a very minor issue on Friday. I was told I would be receiving a call with an update, havent received any till late evening. So, called at about 7pm (place closes at 8:00pm as per google), after hours agent picked up the call, and said car wouldnt be available till Monday. They couldve called, texted or atleast mailed, I havent received any information from the service team.

I am not sure why Tesla hire cheap untrained staff when selling epxensive 100,000.00 cars. I purchased Tesla Model X from this store. The epxeirence in pperwork and purchase was bad from the very beginning. You expect better from this kind of tech company.- They could not process the credit application due to address issues created by their system.- The staff did not inform - how hard is to add the psouse later on the lease and add asa addiitonal driver.- Staff has no knowledege about financing poriton of the Tesla. Nobody there at the store even able to answer it.- the delviery notifcation system incorrect and kept sending worng email about the pick up date.- The lease payments not set up electronically by the agent despite completing all the paperwork.- Noticed 3 days later that one of the covers is missing - told to call the service line. I missed it on inspection as I am not used to this car. but person who is sellign these everyday should have inspected an dknow the fault.When car delivery is there - there is only 50% charge - not sure why they could not have plugged in to keep 90%-100% charge at time of delivery.
They service my friends Tesla. He bought it on the Internet. I went in to test drive their model X and had a great experience as well. Awesome, because there is no haggling, just the best price. Also there is no $199 paperwork fee like the franchise dealers charge you. I would highly recommend.
Sales person was very friendly and a straight shooter. He took time to answer questions and his honestly was refreshing. I would have given 5 stars but the location of the Dealership is obscure and its a make shift arrangement. I understand a new location is being sought.

Wished you didnt have to make an appointment to test drive as I am seriously considering a purchase.I had on shorts, tee shirt and flip flops as we were under a heat warning. Felt as if I was treated less favorably because I didnt have vineyard vine shorts on a Brooks Brothers tank top on.Still am interested in purchasing. Cant fault the car for the people working there. There was a nice young lady who was very helpful and opened up a model S so we could see the inside. (Only model x and 3 in the showroom)
The location was a little off from GPS guidance but they are moving soon. Best experience shopping for a new vehicle I have ever known. Top rated vehicles and my salesperson JD is the greatest.

Went here on my 21st birthday and made it clear right away that we werent planning on buying a car. Nevertheless the employee encouraged us to look around and sit in the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. Even my overly specific ones. Not only that but he offered to pull his own car out for us to look at. He then offered to drive us around in his car without us even having to ask and used ludicrous mode on an on ramp for us! He went out of his way for us even though he wasnt going to make a sale. The way customer service should be!
Great Car - Horrible Parts Service. You wait for months to receive parts. They set up a special number to discuss your parts issue, but they do not call you back and when they do they have no information on the status of your parts. I have been waiting over a month to get parts and know one can tell me anything regarding the completion of the order. I have demanded a loaner or rental car and they do not respond. I will need to think again before I purchase another car from Tesla.
