I got a 2018 Camry back in April it in great shape customer service was great, and they try to make sure they can find u the best deals, and dont try to scam u, but let u know everything up front. And even let u do a decent test drive I recommend them for sure, especially if its your first car, theyll help u understand things about wat to do wen buying a car.

Dont judge a book by its cover. This is not a showy dealership with marble floors and an espresso machine. What they do have is nice vehicles at a great price and most importantly, people like Ted. No let me talk to my manager no now Im going to lock you in the Finance office for 2 hours. Ted took care of everything. We were looking for a specific truck and found it online with Gallery Motor Company. We live 4 hours away and were able to get everything accomplished over the phone/email/text. Ted was very helpful and made the process easy. He even did a Zoom call with us so we could hear and see specific areas of the truck to make sure it was what we wanted and expected. Since we were without a vehicle until we could finalize the purchase and keeping in mind we lived 4 hours away, they allowed us to pick up on a day they would have otherwise been closed. My two-star rating is not because i didn’t get a decent car, because I did. It’s also not because of how I was treated by the staff, because they were nice. However, it is because there are issues with the car (that were on the car when I purchased it) that I was told would be covered by the warranty that are not! Like, more than $2,000 not! I understand it’s my responsibility to read every single word on the warranty, but when I flat out ask if this specific issue is covered and I’m told it is, I give the dealer - a “professional”- the benefit of the doubt. Just beware - as with ANY used car - check EVERYTHING out to make sure it works before you sign the papers!!

I had a Subaru Legacy Outback that was on its last leg. I already had a refurbished engine installed and it had about 200,000 miles going. When I originally found the listing for 2014 BMW 335i. The car looked to be in great condition. After inquiring with the dealer, I was informed there were minor damages done to the trunk of the car but it had been repaired and retouched. When I flew up to see the car in person, there was a lot more needing to be done to the car. Fortunately, the car was under warranty and I was able to replace 85% of those parts. The real disappointment was when BMW informed me that there was multiple signs of damage having been done to the car and there were paint mismatches all over. This gave the indication that this car had been in a collision was covered up by the dealer. I remember specifically asking if the car had been in a collision they flat out told me no. There was a carfax on this car but it looks like the accident was never officially reported. I ask anyone going to them to do thorough research on the vehicle and take anything they say with a grain of salt as they are only looking to make their money and be done with you.

Our van had over 140,000 miles on it and it died almost on Gallerys lot. We told them what we needed in a vehicle. They went out and found our new vehicle. We could not be happier. They had our new vehicle within a week. We would definitely go back.

Looked at a Infitiy QX56 yesterday. The finance department got us approved, but we would have to put twice the money down and they would have to take out the middle consoul?!? I have never heard of such a thing!!!! There is something not right about this so we passed on the truck. If you go to this dealership, I hope you have better luck than me.

Custom OrderI have purchased two cars from Gallery and most recently a Nissan Maxima. They had a Maxima in stock that I liked, but I wanted one with less miles. I opted for the custom order option so that I could get exactly what I wanted. The process was much faster than I expected and I am so happy that I didn’t have to settle for a car that wasn’t perfect for me. I am really enjoying my new Maxima!

My girlfriend and I recently had our transmission in our Toyota Camry go out. We needed a vehicle to replace our Camry and Gallery Motor Company was there to help us. We had gone to a ton of other car lots prior to visiting Gallery Motor Company. We found a lot of cars in our price range but when we went to test drive them and view them at other lots they all seemed to have underlying problems which were not mentioned before we arrived. We also had to deal with salesmen who were rude and unknowledgable.Gallery Motor Sports gave us a whole new experience. Our salesmen (ERIC) was the nicest man we had ever met. He was not pushy in the least and knew a ton about the cars on his lot. After checking out the car and before test driving it we had already made up our mind. We knew we wanted to purchase the 2007 Pontiac Vibe they had for sale. Just for our own peace of mind, Eric recommended that we test drive it. The test drive only furthered our decision. Still Eric wanted us to be sure so he suggested that we take the vehicle to our personal mechanic and keep it until we are positive it is the right choice for us. Eric went above and beyond. He got to know me personally and discovered that I am a diehard hockey fan. He informed me that Al Macinnis was at his lot selling him a car and that I could meet him. He also offered me 2 5th row seats to the Blues vs. Flyers game the next night (FOR FREE). On top of everything else, Eric gave me his personal phone number and let me know that if I ever had a problem with my vehicle to contact him first so he can take care of me. I will never buy a car from another dealer again. He has my business for life. If you are in the market for a vehicle, dont waste your time and money at other dealerships. I live 70 miles from this dealership and I would recommend, no matter where you live, go see Eric. If he does not have the car you are looking for he can locate the particular vehicle you have in mind and will get you the best deal on the highest quality vehicle.A++++++
