I had been in the market for a specific used car for several months. After setting up alerts across all of the traditional car search websites, the car I was looking for finally appeared at iAutoAgent. I had never purchased a car from a non-traditional (brick and mortar) dealer, but after a couple of hours reading positive reviews, I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did because my experience with iAutoTrader was quite simply, outstanding.It began with Gregg meeting me in the parking lot of the Chesterfield Police Station. He was fully masked up as we are in the middle of COVID, and let me take a walk-around and test drive of the vehicle. Following my test drive, I was confident I wanted the car, and so took pictures of the car I drove there in to see if I could do a trade-in.From there, I spoke with Jay. The price on the car was fair, but the car had not been detailed – something I would expect from a $50K car. Without question, Jay agreed to have the car fully detailed before my purchase. Additionally, he gave me two prices for my trade-in. One was immediate cash value, the other if I chose to sell the car through them on consignment. Both of these prices felt fair to me – especially with some body damage to my car – but I chose to go with the consignment option to get some additional money.Purchasing my car was seamless. Erica sent me over the bill of sale and all other paperwork to take care of the transfer. They even hooked me up with a bank with interest rates so good I decided to finance the car instead of buying it with cash as I had originally intended. When it was time to pick up my car, I met Gregg and basically swapped my trade-in with my new car and was on my way!It only took a few weeks for iAutoTrader to sell my trade-in. Again, it was seamless, and I was paid exactly the price promised for my vehicle.Finally, because I was purchasing my dream car, I wanted to get an extended warranty (following the manufacturer warranty – which iAutoTrader transferred to me). Not only was the insurance better than provided to me than by the other companies (it was exclusionary covering many items not covered by other plans that I looked into), but it was less expensive. I am considering buying a car from iAutoAgent that I test drove the other day. To date the experience of working with them has been perfect. I initially contacted them when I was swamped with work and I was forced to cancel several appointments that I had to see the car. Jordan was incredibly understanding. He finally made arrangements for me to see the car on a Saturday on very short notice. Greg, the concierge who showed me the car, was a true gentleman. The car is beautiful. The only reason I havent purchased it so far is that it is a different model than what I have been looking for. However, I will buy the car from iAutoagent if I cant find exactly what I want soon. I want to finish by saying that I havent felt a bit of pressure from iAutoagent even though I have been an incredibly flighty customer. They are truly a great business to work with.

They mean it when they say they do everything for you. Pictures, video, 3rd party inspection, detailing, marketing, and then post it on 40+ sites for you. Jordan kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any and all my questions. My only involvement before the car sold was giving my keys to the iAutoAgent employee at my front door for customer test drives.

The information that I received was very precise and beneficial.Personally, I am somewhat comfortable purchasing cars on my own. I have purchased 10-15 cars in my life and I have a sales background, so I understand a lot of the tools car salesman utilize. I believe that car salesman are entitled to make a living, as long as it is not gauging me and is done in an ethical manner.The information that I received from the folks at iAutoAgent provided me with tools that I was unaware of, even with me describing my above professional background. Once these tools were implemented, it was obvious that the dealership that was representing their vehicle for sale, respecting my knowledge and provided a fair price for the vehicle. Without this information, it would have cost me at least $1000.I would also suggest that I personally put in about 10 hours of my own time, vs. utilizing the service for the full program. I do have some time and felt above average in my knowledge in purchasing a vehicle on my own. However, I would suggest for the average car buyer without a sales background, you will save the time, stress, and get a GREAT price by utilizing iAutoAgent.I am sold!Paul

So I was leasing a vehicle when I was working from home and then I got an amazing job in medical sales. But little did I know I would be traveling to Columbia and other parts of Missouri and Illinois quite frequently which made my miles go way above what my lease allowed. So when I went to get out of that contract, I really got into a predicament that I didn’t realize I was getting myself into. I ended up owing a lot more for my new vehicle than what it was worth.
