Our sales rep, Steve McFarland, was personable, professional and proficient, and the entire process was seamless. We live in another state, and the sale went off without a hitch. Steve and his team handled every detail and coordinated with the trucking company to get our Evora to us in a timely manner. All the paperwork was completed and sent to us quickly and we secured title and registration for the car without incident.We couldnt be happier with Holman and would work with Steve again in a heartbeat!

I purchased a 2019 Aston Martin DB11 Volante in 2019 from a private owner, a 900 mile vehicle whom originally purchased it from St Louis Motorcars. I had been looking at new ones when I saw the on-line ad for this vehicle at a savings of over $30,000.00 I called the manager David Humphrey and told him I bought a preowned one and his initial response was, how did you do that? We were trying to buy that car. To make a long story short, I asked him if I could have one of his employees go over the vehicle with me and I would pay for the service and he refused to help me. So I drove my nearly new Aston home without knowing how to operate the windshield washers or the radio for that matter. Fast forward a year later... My one year service was due and they called me to see if I wanted to schedule a service appointment. $2,400 for an oil change and another $1100 to pick up my vehicle in Springfield, Mo for transportation if I wanted. No loaner cars but they could rent me a car for a day. The Aston Martin DB11 has all Mercedes powertrain so I took it to the local Mercedes dealership where they did the Aston Martin service, completely detailed my car, gave me a Mercedes loaner, reset my maintenance light and detailed the service performed in the maintenance book for a total of $345.00. All the exact same service that Holman quoted. The Aston Martin dealer in San Diego quoted that same service for $1,200, half of Holman Motor Cars price. I love the car but I would definitely not recommend David or Holman Motor Cars under Davids leadership. World class cars, unfortunately not world class service...
Great Dealership and Friendly -What an amazing place and everyone is so friendly.
Took my Bentley for service here for the first time, got an extra key programmed for the car. After the service, went on my way... found the key started the car, but didnt unlock or lock the doors. So had to go back to the dealer... so they could fix that. On top of that, service double-charged me for the key, so they had to refund one of the charges, $1000+ charge. Ugh. Not a good first experience at all.
I bought my Lotus from these folks. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Ive had 2 normal maintenance services and both were done well and were finished as promised. I travel 6 hours since this is the nearest dealer and they work to accommodate my schedule. Id highly recommend them.
I purchased a Rolls Royce Wraith with 8,009 miles for $180,000 last April from St. Louis Motorcars. I had bought 30 cars there over the past 19 years. My salesman, and former friend, was Mark Wetzel. When I went to sell the car this past week, the CarFax showed that the engine and major components as well as wheels and tires had all been replaced prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Wouldn’t you think that they would have told me this before I purchased the car? I was their friend and great customer and got treated this way. When I contacted them yesterday asking for an explanation and relief, I was simply toldby my former friend and salesman for all these years, and I quote, “Like I said, thanks for all your business over the years”. That’s a direct quote from Mark Wetzel. So, the car’s value has diminished significantly, obviously since these major items were replaced. All I asked them to do is give me the wholesale value of the car, $140,000 instead of what I was being offered by another individual, $125,000. I still would be losing $40,000 in one year and after only driving the car 2,000 miles. The car only has10,000 miles on it now. I want to be very clear. Mark Wetzel is still selling cars there. The dealership has changed owners recently and they (Holman Motorcars), were not involved in any way with my transaction at that time. If you do decide to purchase a car there from Mark Wetzel, make sure he shows you the CarFax and complete history of the car. After all, he didn’t disclose to me that the engine was replaced and I bought 30 cars from him. Obviously I never asked about the CarFax there, why would I need to after buying 30 cars there. I used to trust them. Buyer Beware!
Zach Hill in the parts department is always awesome to deal with, and always makes things happen for me in the time frame needed, even though I can ask for some near impossible help sometimes! A1 customer service.

Brian was a pleasure to deal with buying from out of state. Car had a few minor issues found during inspection (what 10yr old Lambo doesnt) and he corrected everything before delivery. I have had mixed experiences buying from exotic car dealers in the past and I can say I would buy from STL again without question.FYI to some other reviewers - many people IGers, YTers or enthusiasts like to come and browse at all exotic dealerships. Giving you space isnt being rude (I personally hate hovering salespeople when Im just looking). If you need help ask. And if I sold $300k+ cars I wouldnt want random people touching without a salesperson. Trust me, if you are a real buyer get a salesperson and you can touch, sit in AND drive the car.

Why would your salesman Mark Wetzel call my work without my consent asking where I am and how much I make? I Asked one question and you couldn’t even answer that. I will tell everyone I know to drive to Chicago for their supercars and never to go here.
