Our experience here was wonderful! My mom was having an issue with her exhaust pipe after hitting something and was worried to drive back to Chicago with it. We walked into Firestone to have it checked out and a kind gentleman working there fixed it for us within 2 minutes! We really appreciated the great service!

I was in St Louis for the weekend and right when I was headed out of town to go home, I discovered 2 screws in my tire. I can’t say enough about the speed, courtesy and professionalism of this friendly staff. Amazing work! I was on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

I have used this place for several years. They service my wifes car when I am out of town, have done numerous state inspections for us, as well as mount my racing tires when I replace them (once to twice a year). If you plan ahead and schedule with them the service is fast and on time.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation online to wait with the car. Employee called me and said that they have not been offering any waiting appointments since the pandemic (why can you still choose this on the website?). I told him ok, we would drop off the car at the scheduled time (10:00) and that I would call him back if I discovered that my daughter would not be able to leave the car for the remainder of the day.After discovering that my daughter had an appointment at noon and therefore couldnt drop off her car until 2, I called 3 times between 5:30 and 6 to discuss; but nobody answered. The website says they close at 6.This morning I called again and actually reached someone. Come to find out, they really close at 5. Why does the website say 6? They also have no record of my appointment as they cancelled it (although the manager does remember talking to me). They now tell me they have too many cars on their schedule and they most likely will not be able to get it done today at all.Not sure the point of making an appointment. Not sure why you can make an appointment online if they dont take them. Not sure why the website says they are open until 6 if they close at 5.I have used this Firestone before and have been pleased with their work and integrity, but actually getting IN now is a fiasco. Just realize, that IF you actually make an appointment it really doesnt mean anything. Your car may, or may not, get completed.

These pros are my go-to guys and gals. They are reliable and they get it right. I have taken mine and my wifes car here for multiple issues and they are always very accommodating. I would call ahead these days post covid shutdown. They are very busy and workin hard to stay on top of things. Hours have been moved back to 8am. I will definitely be back. My wife and 2 month old daughter got a flat tire on their way to KC in the pouring rain. They managed to make their way to the Chesterfield Valley Firestone. The employee was extremely rude and refused to help them until the next day. Fixing a flat tire takes about 20 minutes. My Grandfather had to air up her tire in the Firestone parking lot and drive it to Costco where they were helped immediately.

I normally get my tire service and anything regular maintenance needs here. Good crew of people, easy to work with. Can leave your car there with them or stay and wait. Which is excellent for me to leave my car with work being a few miles down the road. I just have someone drop me off after work to pay and pick it up. You can trust these people to do excellent work with technician engineers who have several aes certifications to work on all major vehicles. I highly recommend.

When I arrived for an appointment made a week in advance, I was told that they couldnt see my car because there wasnt time to do the services we made the appointment for. When I expressed my discontent at this response, I was told that it was the mistake of the person who made the appointment, but they wouldnt see my car that day. Its incredibly unacceptable, and while their prices are competitive, its not worth going there for the lack of good customer service thats reliable and trustworthy. Ive been there several times over the past few years, and each time has yielded mediocre service that did what it needed to without being particularly good, but Im not using this location anymore.

I was concerned at first when I arrived and found many new faces. The folks I came to like and trust over the last year of new tires and alignments (Charlie and JR) were no longer there. However, the interim manager there, Dave, heard my concerns and assured me that my car is in good hands. Matthew did a thorough job with the courtesy inspection (even tested my battery), balancing and rotating the tires, and finally the alignment was corrected as well. Everything was thoroughly explained after and the car came back to me with no issues. It tracked straight with no vibrations. I left a happy customer because I was treated with courtesy and respect and because my car was also treated right.Kudos to the team at Firestone in Chesterfield and big thank you as well! Keep it up!-LennyUpdate:Once again, the store manager, Ralph, has exceeeded my expectations by going above and beyond to assure my satisfaction and by treating me fairly, professionally, and with respect. Firestone is the only auto care place that Ive recieved consistently great service. Phil goes the extra mile to make sure you know what youre getting and that you understand the service theyre doing. Their prices are fair for the service and quality of work and they try to give you discounts wherever they can. I will never take my car anywhere else!

I have a 2008 Toyota Camry. Back in January I went to get my rear brakes changed. I got new rear rotors and pads installed and an oil change. Cost about $400. About 2,000 miles later my car is alarming Low engine oil pressure. So I checked my oil and sure enough, there was just enough to cover the tip of the dipstick. Normally I go closer to 5000 miles before I get an oil change, so Im thinking I have a leak. (either that or they never changed my oil, right?) I added a quart and a half of oil to my car and checked it every other day for a week. It kept its oil level fine on the dipstick. A week later my brother in law (who knows his way around vehicles) came to visit and ended up changing my front brakes for me. I mentioned to him about the oil issue I had and we checked the oil. It was low again. So he got under the car and looked at the filter and felt it. When he pulled his hand away he had fresh oil all over his hand. So we now see there is a slow leak at the oil filter. We bring it back to Firestone. They cant find a leak anywhere, not even at the filter. So they tell us they want to put a dye in my oil to help diagnose where the leak is, for $45. We said no, but when they came back they said there was a misunderstanding, and the tech already put the dye and more oil in. We did not get charged but we were told to come back after 50-100 miles so they could diagnose the leak. We left. When we got home, my brother in law got back under the car. Mysteriously we had a NEW and DIFFERENT type of oil filter on my car. Even though there was NO LEAK found. So basically they screwed up and tried to cover it up. Never went back, never will. I dont think you should either.

HORRIBLE SERVICE is what I think when this store comes to my mind now. There is a lot of disconnect between the staff members and even after writing down the requirements - they DID NOT do a complete job.Initially promised on the same day, I was ok when the store manager called me to check if they could keep the card overnight and complete the job - but to my dismay .. the next day as well they did not complete the work and the store manager on duty kept on throwing it back at me, trying to prove that they did a favour by taking in my car (as they were full )... Guys ... if you are full .. say NO... but dont waste peoples time - now I will have to again plan for getting the remaining work done from somewhere (DEFINITELY NOT YOU) ...This really makes me DOUBT the INTEGRITY of this store.. even after writing the requirement it was not done.. not sure what about the things that I cant verify.. like the oil change...

Great customer service. Did not make me wait for no reason like other places. Had nails in 2 of my tires and they took care immediately. Rotation plus alignment all in 90 minutes. Tire repair was covered under warranty cause I had bought the tires from Firestone.

Very rude, i wanted to get a appointment so that i could schedule a repair well in advance, they did not know how much time it will take to give me a timeframe, so i asked to split the issues, so that i can go back and come back again for the second issue. they were asking all rude questions on why i cant make the time to leave the car there for extended time...glad i got know their behavior before i gave them the car. never going there again, even if they charge less than the others

After I got off work and saw I had a flat tire I rushed my car to the nearest Firestone which happened to be on midrivers mall drive (even though the Chesterfield location is where I usually go). There they offered me no help because they were busy. I called over to the Chesterfield location and the lady who works there was so helpful (I cannot remember her name unfortunately). She made this bad situation a little better. This is why we have continued to have our cars serviced at this location. Great customer service.

I went to get my emissions test and they also did their, complimentary inspection. I was told that all 4 of my tires had much more wear on the inside then the outside due to cupping and it needed an alignment. I had an alignment done less than 3 months before, when I got 4 new tires, and the most common cause of cupping is broken suspension parts. I passed on the alignment even after they tried to put a bit of pressure on when I was paying for the emission test. I took it to another place to check it out and of course nothing was wrong. They put it on the alignment machine and everything was spot on. From my own driving it didnt feel like anything was off and the tires visually looked to be wearing evenly.

I arrived for my appointment that I had scheduled a week prior and a guy named Ralp had taken the liberty to cancel my appointment because according to him the vehicle was under a national account and there was too much work to be done (regular maintenance at 65k...basically oil and filter change). He mentioned that he had called twice and left a message notifying the cancellation but I have not received any calls or any messages regarding this. I could had taken my vehicle to get serviced somewhere else earlier this week but instead I had trusted this location and as I result I wasted my entire Saturday morning and still need an oil change. This particular location does not respect costumers!

Although I moved further away from this location, I still try to always go to this location because of their customer service. Plus, they always check or inform you of issues and explain if they are urgent or less pressing and then let you decide if you want to fix it then or at a later time.

They under-promise and over deliver on times it takes to fix things. Friendly guys.EDITED 7/19/2017Had a broken seat inspected. They ordered the part. I scheduled to come in. Part didnt come in and they rescheduled me to the next day. I run a company and have six kids so it is really difficult to get stuff like this done.I took it in the next day, walked out to a local restaurant and did phone meetings for an hour and a half or so. Turns out they called me about 10 minutes after I left to tell me they ordered the wrong part. i didnt get the message for an hour and a half.Frustrating. No time to come back and do it again. I have no idea whose fault it is, and i font think the desk guy was negligent. No solution offered except cmon back in again and take off a work day(that i definitely cannot do).Gave three stars because Ive had a 5 star experience before, and this experience was not god awful just a huge bummer and super inconvenient. May or may not try them again as there are a ton of repair places on same street.

Chesterfield, MO Location: Terrible setting expectations. Feel like I got ripped off. Quoted what I thought was an out the door price. When I asked questions about NTB they dropped the price $60. When I picked up the car, the $60 was back in taxes and other fees. Very sketchy way to do business. Never coming back!!!

Not worth the stress they cause. Purely incompetent. Blames everyone else and still cant fix it. Nor do they care as they are busy enough that someone else is standing right behind you to be the next sucker.I have been a firestone customer on and off for more than 17 years.Usually leave a location after experiencing a bad manager.The valley location does a large amount of volume. And as a result systems and processes are stressed. The quality of the craftsmanship is substantially degraded as a result.All of my recent services have come with issues and serious delays. Most recently I was in for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation with road force balance. The bread and butter of their business.Firestone had sold and installed the tires. The previous tech over torqued the nuts and the new tech broke the wheel locks as a result. They failed to complete the oil change correctly, installing the wrong oil and leaving the drain plug loose so oil leaked all over my driveway and parking spot at work. They didnt even reset the oil change light. Never mind they failed to do the alignment, rotate and balance due to breaking my wheel locks. When I brought this up to Charlie he made excuses and blamed me for coming in on a weekend. Even stated it was worse than normal because his assistant manager Mitch was out.The long and the short of it is they lied about lead times and schedules, damaged parts on my wheels from poorly maintained equipment, failed to complete the service and blamed me for the timing of it all.As a manager, I accept responsibility for my direct reports. Then I fix it. After a series of issues over a period of months I dont want anyone here touching my vehicle. The tech that worked on my car was in the bay right behind Charlie. He was also new. Turnover is an issue.As a result of the issues I decided to validate the following. Age and experience of the techs, tenure at location, age of equipment, quality of equipment. I found plaza tire down airport road a bit to have all of these requirements. They were able to fix firestones issues and complete all services as requested in 2 hours on a busy Saturday. Something firestone is physically incapable of doing led alone doing right.

After another 15 mins wait a guy turned up and said it will take another 30 mins or so. They did nothonor my prior appointment nor told in advance that it will be delayed. I dont trust them
